hey everybody rob from karma comic chameleon today we're looking at a couple of different Pro revenge stories first one in my 35 years of being in sales in sales management that was by far the most interesting performance review I have ever witnessed let's jump right in you can now become a channel member for as low as $1.99 hit the join button down below or the link in the description to become a channel member and get an exclusive channel Members Only video every Friday afternoon and as always hit that subscribe button for more daily Redditt stories guys I know this is long but I assure you this is a juicy one I was working with a b2b sales company we sold services to companies basically and this company had managed to hire the most incompetent lazy and jealous sales manager I have ever come across we were a team of five salespeople and a sales manager all five of us salespeople hated our sales manager for various reasons but we liked her personally I was the top salesperson on the team I was sitting at a hundred and seventy percent of my yearly objective and was well on my way to President's Club this is largely because I was the only sales person on the team with real sales experience and the sales manager was too incompetent to train a team so my VP came down for our yearly performance reviews and I was called in first it was my VP and mrs. be short for I was expecting a positive performance review right off the bat mrs. B hits me with sting you know our location hasn't been performing at objective for a number of years and we suspect this is because salespeople are misrepresenting their daily work I'm taken aback sting I don't think you are actually doing what you say you were doing in your CRM this is something that could get you fired I looked at mrs. B and I said really she said yeah I hit her back with I'm shocked you decided to go this route mrs. B with a confident smile said we got to do what it takes to get this location on objective I said all right let's play a game mrs. B pick a day any day in the CRM and let me prove to you that I went to all my appointments and did all my stops as recorded well staying I'm not saying you never go in the field I just think some days you stay at home and put in BS notes in the CRM I said mrs. B pick a day any day pick a day you think I lied about my sales activities so mrs. B picks a day now I'm smiling ear-to-ear and i'm king heated right now I notice the VP is smiling at me and his head is slanted to one side I suspected he knew mrs. B was about to get absolutely [ __ ] owned and he was right so she gives me the day and I turned to the VP mr. VP are you aware of how Android phones work VP responds enlighten me I said by default Android has location services turned on and in fact Google will track where you went and when naturally I carry my phone everywhere so let's compare what Google says I did that day to what my CRM says so I pull up my Google location services for that day and surprise surprise it's a match mrs. B is obviously very concerned at this point I said I'm actually quite enjoying this performance review let's pick another day mrs. B mrs. B fires back we don't need to do that I turn to the VP mr. VP would you mind picking a day he says sure what about XYZ he pulls up my CRM I pull up my location services for that day guess what it's a match I then get ready to pulled out the big guns mr. VP do you remember company XYZ with a contract value of excess of 1 million that we lost recently yes ding I remember apparently our competitor won them over on price we can't win them all mr. VP here is an email from their VP basically stating that they've decided not to go with us for our failure to provide 3 samples for them to decide on which product work best for them staying can you afford that to me sure not a problem mr. VP forward it over mr. VP while I'm at this let me Ford you over several email chains before this where I clearly asked mrs. B to order those samples in fact in those very same email chains she confirmed that she had in fact ordered the sample he asked me to Ford those emails to him so I did now mr. VP I had our service department look to see if any orders had been placed for these samples no orders were actually placed he said I'm going to look into this mr. VP I have one more thing I'd like to bring to your attention do you mind if I step outside for a minute so I can show you he said sure I need to have a talk with mrs. B anyway now another sales consultant in the office was named Joe Joe was a married man with two beautiful kids and mrs. B had the hots for him she tried to have sex with him multiple times twice on text Joe and I had talked about if he should report this transgression I walked into the sales office and said Joe I think it's time we get a new sales manager you got those texts he looks at me and goes is today going to be the day I said today is going to be the day all the sales staff knew what was going on the mood in the office was lifted Joe and I began walking back to the conference room when the location manager who was not a part of the performance review saw Joe and I he asked what's going on and Joe said you're gonna need to hire a new sales manager soon location manager was confused he said he's coming into the meeting we said fine I knocked on the door mr. VP said come on in so I did there we stood Joe myself and the location manager mrs. B knew exactly what was about to happen we all took our seats and I asked the VP mr. VP I just want to clarify a company policy sure is it true that if a manager tried to engage in a sexual relationship with a direct report that its immediate termination for that manager mr. VP sits up straight takes a moment and goes yes if something like that came to at my attention my hands would be tied I'd have to fire the manager I said well Joe has something he wants to show you mrs. B got up and walked out of the conference room he was about to cry you can tell her world her career had just completely wrecked and I don't think she wanted to be around for the end Joe went on to tell the VP how he's a happily married man with two beautiful kids and mrs. B kept hitting on him in fact she had sent him numerous sexual texts and on two occasions openly invited him to come have sex with her once in the office and once at his home even after he had made it clear he wasn't going to have sex with her mr. VP asked to see the text and Joe provided them the VP asked him to screenshot those and email those over joe said he would then the VP said I'm gonna need both of you to go back to the sales office and location manager and I have some talking to do we walked back into the sales office I noticed the sales manager office has looked cleaned out apparently mrs. B was bawling she was a wreck and crying and said she was going home Joe laughed and said yeah she won't be coming back it was about 20-25 minutes when the VP came into the sales office and asked me to come to the conference room again so I did i sat down and the VP said well I would like to inform you that mrs. B has been terminated effective immediately with this being said after your performance review and looking over your numbers you are our top sales rep in this location and deserve nothing short of stellar remarks under review and you'll be getting that I said thank you I do have one question he said sure anything how do I apply for new sales manager job that just opened up mr. VP laughed and said you sure do like to strike while the iron is hot don't you I said I do he said he would let the location manager know and I'd be able to put in my application I thanked him and he said no thank you in my 35 years of being in sales and sales management that was by far the most interesting performance review I have ever witnessed I did not end up getting promoted I ended up quitting shortly after this I ended up quitting shortly after this because they decided to not promote me and instead hired a guy with no sales experience to be our sales manager and this rubbed me the wrong way also our service department sucked and couldn't deliver on what I was selling and another company offered me more money this revenge story appears to be quite a bit different from ones we normally see where there's a whole bunch of backstory and then just a little bit of revenge at the end this story is basically revenge from after the first minute forward it is amazingly well written congratulations Opie on getting your revenge and I'm glad you found a job with another company that's giving you a little bit more attention and a better paycheck on to our second story illegally Park and blocked driveways in our neighborhood and do it consistently while throwing a party expect what's coming let's jump right in two years ago a new family moved into our quiet little neighborhood and began their reign of terror we've lived here for over 20 years in this neighborhood and except for these past two years it's been wonderful I love our neighbors except this family this family just sucks I'm not even sure where to begin they are loud they're dirty they're obnoxious they're dog barks at all hours they constantly yell at each other they throw parties well into the night they steal my older neighbors paper they actually trained their Rottweiler to fetch the neighbors paper impressive but wrong they throw their dogs poo into other yards ah so much they even cut my 80 something-year-old neighbors prized roses for themselves who does that there are about a hundred issues I can write about in how we've all dealt with them but this past weekend was my own glorious take on it all oh and yes we tried talking to them we tried inviting them over we've done nice things for them and all we've expected is that they act like decent neighbors that's never happened in our neighborhood parking is scarce most of these homes are classic 1950s with single lane driveways and parking is limited even on the streets there's a busy road a few blocks away that has a great nightlife and popular restaurants which means that at times especially on the weekends the street can fill up this family has four drivers and five vehicles with only enough space for two in their driveway at a time constantly they would park and leave their vehicles for days and sometimes weeks in front of others homes sometimes leaving their driveway empty for no reason with all of their cars parked on the road I kind of believe that in itself isn't a big deal except for how and when they would do it they were intentional about it all would do so to try and cause the most grief with everyone and this went on for months a complete view to everyone after months of this and no one retaliating or giving them the satisfaction of how pissed we all are they start parking deliberately in ways to make it difficult to get out of our driveways I had to have my husband come out most mornings to guide me so I wouldn't hit their car as I backed out of my own driveway there were also times where they squeezed my neighbor's car on the street to where they couldn't get out finally an older retired neighbor goes down to city and police station and inquires about what to do they found a code or law stating that so much space from the sides of the driveways and yadda-yadda is required so we come home one night to freshly painted yellow curbs outlining every house surrounding this one a few weeks ago my husband's car breaks down and he has to get towed on his way back he starts talking with the tow truck driver about these pull neighbors and their cars he tells my husband that if these cars are parking illegally we should call the non-emergency line and if they receive a ticket to call him and he can told them at owners expense it's the law my husband and him keep talking and even meet up for a beer a few nights later they are big fans of the Blazers rip City he's a real good guy about a month ago we met a couple in our fair city and it just so happens that the husband is an officer we were already planning on meeting that Friday night and when we met I brought the whole neighbors and their parking he says that he'll drive through on his shift if he gets time and if he sees them parked in the yellow he has no problem ticketing them great he also gets some of his friends to check it out when they have time - fantastic we've been calling almost daily at this point about their cars parked illegally but nothing was happening that's Saturday night he sends me a text saying he'd taken in three cars I missed that text so no tow truck but I kind of figured with the three tickets they'd get the idea they didn't often on all week it was the same this past Saturday the teenage son throws a party and everyone I mean every single one of their guests and them parked in the yellow of someone's driveway or blocked someone out altogether obviously the little told all of his friends to block our driveways or block our cars in I sent a text to our officer friend who told me to call the non-emergency line and he'd be the one to look into it but I'm scheming bigger I call up the tow truck driver and tell him that there's at least fifteen cars parked illegally and all are about to receive parking tickets for blocking driveways and cars I let him know we are friends with an officer and he and I scheme a little further we get a solid plan I call our officer friend back and tell him our plan and I also mentioned that the party is likely going to be filled with underage drinkers now I hate busting parties but I make exceptions for little and especially little underage drinking and driving he and I finalized the plan here's how it all went down officer and three of his partners go through the neighborhood citing all of the cars meanwhile our tow truck driver friend has assembled a group of drivers in the nearby grocery store parking lot my husband and I make an anonymous call about a possible underage party the tow truck drivers start at the ends of our street grabbing the cars as quickly as possible a few alarms here and there but no way could they hear it in the party when they approach the house my husband makes an anonymous call about an underage party in the neighborhood conveniently our officer friend just so happens to still be in the neighborhood so he and his partner go over to the house to check on it as they knock on the door lights go out music shuts off and the house goes quiet at this moment the tow trucks come in and are now towing the remaining five cars right from in front of their home I just wish I could see the kids faces inside as they are all having a dilemma about what to do do they go out and bust themselves for underage drinking and to stop their cars from being towed or do they just sit and bite the bullet and watch 250 dollars plus go down the drain on Sunday they had three cars returned from being towed and all three are part just shy of the yellow lines I'll call this a win my husband and couple of neighbors also spent Sunday putting up some new cameras they were all very giddy and loud about it all something about all the lights and police on Saturday made them nervous laugh out loud hope he added on an edit to clarify it says for the threats against me for busting the underage party how did you skip right over as they knock on the door lights go out music shuts off and the house goes quiet nothing happened to the kids at the party other than them watching their cars get towed off in America the police can't just go into a home without a warrant if the kids aren't opening their door or inviting the officers in there's nothing the police can do other than stand outside this story really resonates with me as I was a tow truck driver and I've pulled a number of cars out of no parking zones for people that really weren't happy with their neighbors there are reasons for those no parking laws being there though and just remember you always want to be friends with a tow truck driver never piss one off I want to thank both of the Opie's for posting their stories to the pro revenge subreddit you can visit both of them at the links in the description below please go there and give them both an upvote once again this is Rob from karma comic chameleon saying thanks for watching if you enjoyed the video I asked you to hit that subscribe button drop a like and share it with your friends and we'll see you in the next one you
