well hello there friends an old classic dessert glamorized to the next level it's a rice pudding brulee white chocolate rum raisins all mixed together with an amazing recipe put together and then we put it in a pipe we took it out of the pipe and put some sugar in a raw and we caramelized it with the torch oh you're gonna love it I promise you remember thumbs up if you liked the video don't love it now we do see this is amazing it really is it's like taking a a a a a simple common dessert and take it up to the next level now really amazing so the first thing you'll cook you guys I use jasmine rice for these friends because I love the fragrance of a jasmine rice I love the size I think it Cooks perfectly we're going to cook it all different than we normally cook a rice first of all we're not going to rinse it that's number one number two we are going to put it in butter and we're going to saute it out we normally do without with all the whites anyway we're going to put a pinch of salt and normally um you cook it uh the jasmine rice for one cup of rice one and a half cup of water and uh and in this case we are gonna put a new cooker for 15 minutes this one we're gonna cook it uh for uh we're gonna add I'm sorry we're gonna add one and a quarter cup of water instead of one and a half and instead of cooking it for 15 minutes we're gonna cook for 12 minutes which means it's going to be a little more Al Dente and that's what we want because we're going to finish cooking it with some cream and half and half and we're gonna add all kind of goodies all right so it's very simple we're gonna saute it right there then I'm gonna put the uh the Water I'm gonna bring it to boil for a little bit right now just for a few minutes then I'm gonna um uh add my cold water I'm gonna bring it to boil mix it up really well then as soon as it's boiling reduce it down to low put a cover on it and let it go for 12 minutes and I'll come back in 12 minutes when the rice is ready all right so we'll see you in 12 minutes actually it'll be just a quick for you okay the 12 minutes went by turn the heat off leave it alone of the heat for five minutes in five minutes we're gonna finish it all be back okay friends we're ready to go it's very important to let it go now we're taking the rice right there out and uh we're gonna fluff and see it's beautiful look how gorgeous that is one still you're beautiful that is so now what we're going to do friends we got um uh six ounce of milk and six ounces of heavy cream you could use half enough if you wanna that's kind of what it is really and we're gonna mix all that in there friends and we're gonna continue cooking it remember the rice is slightly undercooked at this point and uh we're gonna slightly we're gonna continue cooking it uh finish it in uh in with the with the milk and the uh and the cream and then we're gonna put some uh for sugar we're gonna put a lot of we can put regular sugar uh of course but I'm adding for extra texture I'm adding a little bit of white chocolate so I got a quarter cup of white chocolate and I have the exact ounces also on on the recipe friends I roll it down on ounces I rolled down in in in in cups I wrote it on in ounces so we try to please everybody friends so we try you know at the beginning we're not doing it and a lot of our European friends were like hey hey oh we don't use uh cups and stuff so so we're trying we're trying so we're doing it the best we can friends and we're going to also put a little bit of sugar and this is a quarter cup of sugar or whatever the Guam is I forget so forgive me but I forget we're gonna put a pinch of salt right pinch of salt now cinnamon you know a lot of people uh like cinnamon a lot I like cinnamon but very small Doge I mean in the back I don't want to eat it right away and go oh what a cinnamon in them you know I want to like oh is that cinnamon in there you know like it's in the background not in the foreground if it's in the foreground it's so powerful you can't taste nothing so that's why I like to put in the background so I put in just a little bit that's really a matter of opinion here friends you know I I hardly gonna know it's in there and I tell you what for those of you that have tendency of putting too much cinnamon you try to put a little bit of it you're going to be amazed it's completely completely different when you put little vanilla I'm using Tahitian vanilla friends Tahitian vanilla and I have a two teaspoon you I'm measuring write that down on the book The people said I don't measure I measure see look you can't say I don't measure no more now friends let me tell you you know like our dessert video don't do so good and definitely fantastic is amazing uh strawberry mousse that we just did it's just amazing and they're not complicated if you're going to do a dinner party you got to do dessert right so what do you do for dessert if you don't watch the dessert video you're going to get ice cream oh I like ice cream that's good too but still you gotta know how to make dessert fun and you know the beautiful thing about making this dessert you're gonna make it in advance you can make it two days in advance and leave it in the fridge higher from the kids because otherwise you know what they're going to do right all right so look guys we're almost ready to and what I mean by most ready I want it to be the consistency thick consistency and then well you know what we're gonna do we're gonna put two eggs in there and that's gonna help us solidify but we got to go in there when we put the eggs we're gonna be super super fast super fast otherwise we've got scramble leggings say look I imagine the new subscriber gonna say these guys are nuts but we love you okay thank you new subscribers so many new subscribers look look look look what happened friends you see how beautiful that is turn the heat off turn the heat off and now one more thing we're gonna do friends but you got to put butter I mean you don't have to but I do a little by the way and this my friend is a rice pudding and it's amazing oh we're not finished we're not finished we're not finished we mix it all up now at this point we're gonna add D star ingredient the star ingredient I have the over the heat I'm mixing it the star ingredient friends my raisins I I buy like a you know whole pack of Raisin like that and I put it in Captain Morgan's spice room for those of you that don't eat uh don't don't eat don't drink alcohol we have to think because you can marinate them but not not here right here see I can do this and leave it in there three months six months a year they're gonna be fine in rum they get even better they get even more drunk after a year in there you for Thanksgiving I'm getting them ready now for Thanksgiving so um for those of you that don't don't have alcohol what you do friends you um you marinate them in a fruit juice and and I hate to tell you that method but it's a good method and you put them in a microwave oven yes yeah you're pumping them up you got to plump them up okay and so do it some kind of apple juice or or orange juice or some kind of a juice thing you know I've never done uh with the apple juice but I think it'll be good with it all right so look guys we got the sugar we got the salt we got everything ready so now what do we do what you can take it in and put it in a cup it'll be perfectly fine or you can take it because we're going to make it a brulee we're going to make it look like a creme brulee yeah oh what you could do you can take them now you take a PVC pipe where do you get those Home Depot your hardware store this is called a pipe coupler pipe coupling they put pipe in there one here one here this is what tie the pipe together two inch pipe it comes in like that you don't have to cut them pipe coupler 68 cents you take them you spray them with a little non-stick spray they'll be little very little I use this uh this cannoli oil spray from Trader Joe very light like really really quick right and then you take a you take your um your your pudding and you put it in here my friends you see now try not to put too much try not to put too much on the side of it like I said you can put it in a martini glass now and uh and and you can eat it cold or you can eat it hot let me tell you something hot or cold this thing is amazing I remember years ago I did a video and it was really hot that I tested and I forgot it was really hot a boy and I burned myself oh I'm not doing that again so make a nice and even right and then you put them in the fridge uh it's best if you put them in a fridge seven eight ounce or you can leave them overnight but now what I did Friends I made him yesterday and they were in the fridge so now you need to let them get to room temperature for a little while room temperature and then what you do you take a plate oh actually we're gonna Brew lay them first so we take them and then to take them out I find then it's easier if you get one of those this fits perfect in here this kind of uh of canola oil fits perfect you take it like this boom and you take it right there and now what we're going to do friends we are going to take a little spatula we're going to put a little bit of the sugar I use sugar in the Raw you know it's granulated sugar you can use regular sugar right you can use regular sugar it'll be perfectly fine right you put it right on top like this you see and then you take a torch you use this for your plumbing I I'm telling you I highly recommend you get one of those at the hardware store 15 photos three dollars and and get one of those then you don't need to put a lighter on it I don't like to put a lighter on those things right you turn it off right pushing it and now you're ready to go and you're doing the creme brulee now don't go too close if you go too close friends you're going to burn the sugar before it has time to melt you can use regular sugar it's fine regular sugar is fine but I like the crunch I like the crunch of the sugar in the roll in the roll I don't know how you say it exactly raw sugar naked sugar naked sugar that's I think that's what they call it look so now friends you take a you're taking the spatula you take it right there be careful don't put your finger on there right there right and then you take a little sauce you take a little sauce I made these strawberry sauce in the uh in the strawberry mousse that I made I made a fresh strawberry sauce you put it right there my friend see look just like this you put a little dot all the way around it and all of a sudden you got a rice pudding my friends then look like a million dollar a huge real small you see look a child could do this this is not complicated right you have to admit my friends then you can all do this take your time to do a little better than me but look at this look at this now is that a beauty or what now what we're gonna do I'm gonna go in and now now you remember you got to let it get the room temperature before you do that not too much room temperature but room temperature enough so then then when you eat it now if that's if you want to eat a a cold if you want to eat it warm or who do you go right now I need it but ah my friend this is just amazing and you see we took a a a dessert and it's normally served in the glass and we don't make that big of a deal right now and we create a beautiful dessert with him friends I hope you enjoyed making it as much as I did remember thumbs up
