so that i'm at my lowest possible weight so that i give myself a more ego boost but when you initially uh lose weight a lot of it is just water weight i find that the best way to lose weight is to just you have to eat less just eat better for example a hot pocket right a hot pocket is like what 500 calories it's not worth it a hot pocket is not worth 500 calories i'm sorry i find just eating
