Receive Your Forgiveness And Be Set Free

in first Joan [Music] chapter one verse 9 if we confess our sins he is faithful and just that's the same word translated righteous he is faithful and righteous now he is merciful to us he is faithful to us ah but he is righteous to us he's just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness now back up a minute does it say anything in that verse about doing that after we asked him to do it no it says he'll do it whenever you confess that sin whenever you'll speak that sin out he's the high priest of your words right that should have been revelation enough right there to get a at least a Wow now people because of sin consciousness get embarrassed and and truck will do anything they possibly can to keep from calling a sin what the Bible calls it adultery becomes this problem that I'm working on the Bible didn't tell you to work on it has that been working out for you anyway and you just go to the Lord Jesus and you're very frank and you're very open with him he loves you he's merciful his mercy endures forever whatever you did has already had its back broken by his blood when he was raised from the dead the thing has no business or any authority over you now let me tell you there I said this to one brother one time made him mad at me wouldn't don't do me no more the devil let me put it this way now Jesus is faithful over his house correct whose house we are mice in my room doing is none of the devil's business it is Jesus business don't ever don't ever ever let the devil shame you in Jesus presence you know but he's so holy yeah so are you and you can stay that way when you go to him he's faithful and just to cleanse you from all unrighteousness when you confess the thing not when you've cried about it for six months the longer you cry about it the deeper the whole that thing has on and if you begin to exercise your faith concerning grace thank you lord I believe I believe great grace is upon me that the Bible tells you that you can do that there is increasing grace and the Bible says grace be multiplied unto you all glory to God grace is being multiplied to me receive it act on it it's not just a funny way to write a letter Grace and peace and just read by it like it wasn't even there every time you see that Grace and peace be multiplied say yes I take it it's mine I receive it and I'm growing in grace I'm multiplying in grace I'm coming to gray grace is upon me but your mouth the word doing its duty in the world of the Spirit amen yes in it and now as you do this and you get to that place where you it's come right on over that of Jesus take communion it's that Lord this blood was shed for me I'll tell you I love it this body was broken for me this is the thing that made me the righteousness of God and I do answer let me let me give you a little background to this for I before going in front of that I was preaching a meeting years ago and in a little place that was how can I be lovely about this it was a challenge no it wasn't isn't bad is more than a challenge and anyway that lets get by that I was preaching up dinner for been there for a couple of weeks had another week to go and I did something I was ashamed of and said something that I thought I was ashamed of and I went to the Lord I tell you I felt like a dog I felt like I just been kicked in the belly I just didn't and of course the devil was just having a heyday with me and boy that the longer than that afternoon went on and and I'm praying over this service I got to preach over there tonight and and the longer the longer it went on and the heavier and the more condemnation got on me about it and and the more I thought about it instead of doing what I was supposed to do and I the more I thought was bad to worship God of course it did and I'm walking around the floor and I said O Lord o Lord forgive me oh Jesus well now when I say Lord Jesus forgive me that's a form of asking for forgiveness unless you know what you're doing Lord forgive me I receive my forgiveness right now amen I just do that while I'm on the move thank you Lord for forgiving me that I praise you for it and I received my forgiveness and my cleansing from all unrighteousness don't worry be to God amen ain't got time to mess around with all that crying around better that's like getting mud on your new suit and saying oh no ya know the more you rub it the worse it gets you'd have been better off you ain't never touched it and just said taking this to the cleaners they gonna get the mud out of my jacket well I took me to the cleaners and Jesus got the mud out of me hey man you understand so it got to her I finally said lord I don't know what I'm gonna do tonight well first of all let me say this I did that what I just told you there I went to the Lord I confessed before him just what I did I didn't make it any bigger any worse I told him exactly what I said I told him exactly what I thought exactly what I did ain't gonna tell you so don't even sit down and think about it don't try to use your faith on me either folks ain't gonna work I am on today anyway I went through the prescribed process I never got to do that but I tell you it just kept coming up across my mind kept coming on across my mind and I kept feeling worse about it and worse about it and worse about it it is on me man I mean and I wasn't I wasn't enjoying this meeting all that much anyway and how to close that the day before City Board wouldn't let me do it and so and I finally I said lord I don't know what you're gonna do overnight but you're just gonna do whatever you want dying on priests over tonight it's just quiet as it got in here right then I said I'm not gonna I'm not going over and preach tonight not after what I did and what I said you just get you somebody else I'm not gonna preach tonight I said Lord I'm not gonna go over there and preach tonight and right in here he said I'd like to know why not I said you know exactly why not I just got through telling you I know it's because of what I said and what I did he said what are you talking about I said what I said and what I did this afternoon I'm not going over there tonight and stick my big bony finger up and say thus saith the Lord God just get you another boy I'm not going well I'm getting in trouble now because I'm talking sassy to the Lord you know I'm this ain't working out real good this is just dumb if he won't look true no it's disobedience what it was I'm letting my feelings Rumi he said Kenneth when you confessed no at first he said didn't you confess that sin before me earlier today I said yes sir I did he said when you confess that sin and not when I found out about it that's when you got rid of it now he said while we're talking about this he said stop bringing that stuff up to me about what kind of a man you weren't how you acted that first four or five years first full year for the first four and a half years before you got a hold of the word of faith he said I knew what she's like when I called you man they changed my thinking he said when you confess that sin wouldn't when I found out about it boy in fact I got some real good news for you this helped you and all your praying and all your talking to God over all these years you ain't never informed him of anything amen but the words that you said had effect on you hallelujah now remember I said faithful no I didn't say it the scripture said remember the word said faithful remember said merciful remember said righteous he is merciful High Priest he is a faithful high priest and he is a righteous hydration now if I confess my sin he is faithful and he is righteous to forgive me my sin when I confess them now I don't care how my body feels about it or what kind of shame the devil is trying to put on me in fact it'll do you good to go get the scriptures and find out how many places it says that he will never cause you to be shamed he bore our shame at the same time he bore our sins and there is no condemnation and there is no shame for those who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit amen though we to go oh but Lord I'm so ashamed of I said I'm so sorry for myself people have gotten sin consciousness all balled up in this door they have the idea if you ain't squalling and bawling over your sin they know forgiveness for you and actually if you won't know the truth squalling and bawling about it is a form of unbelief and you're being driven by your feelings now under the old covenant yes you had to be sorry for it there wasn't nothing else you could do we repent well in that being sorry no I can get in my car and start down the highway and repent my car which means to turn it around repent and go the other way listen I'm not being sorry do you know what the scripture does sorrow not for we are not a people without hope amen you just find it in the word glory to God I'm gonna tell you something devil you ain't putting that on me no more no Jesus has already taken that he's already spilled his blood over that in the name of Jesus and I can tell you right now I'm delivered from it I am free from it I'll never put anything else in my mouth anymore and all of a sudden the strongest surge of smoke cigarettes you ever had in your life come right all over you Oh Lord Lord I just see there I just can't get rid of it I can't quit this you know why how many times have you said I can't quit I can't quit I can't quit okay quit I can't quit I can't quit I can't go oh yeah a grid oh Jesus take his snuff away from me oh he don't dip no use your words thank God he's able he has made me able to receive he is faithful and he's just and I'm putting words of victory in my mouth in the name of Christ Jesus I don't care you cut a snuff can in your hip pocket and a cigar in your shirt pocket and a package of cigarettes in your side pocket before you smoke dipper to say thank God I'm free from nicotine I'm free from tobacco I glorify God in it I don't care if you take one light it and put it in your mouth said Lord I'll tell you what I believe I received my victory over this sorry thing in the name of Jesus it's crosswise with my with my body of this living sacrifice that I have sacrificed to you and given unto you and you said it's holy you said it's accepted I say it's holy I say it's accepted I think of Jesus I'm free thank God I am holy and accepted in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ don't you ever change your words in favor of sin no sir that's a whole lot worse than smoking that cigarette all perricone you need to give people license of smoke I'm like creflo you've been smoking without a license well I believe smoking has send you to hell let me ask you this you believe lying I'll send you to hell well certainly well you really you believe stealing sends you well you go to hell for a line just the same as you do see then no you don't line is not sending nobody stealing isn't sending anybody smoking is not sending anybody to hell adultery is not sending anybody to hell the only see left after the resurrection of Jesus that will send any human being to hell is the rejection of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior amen hallelujah and if somebody comes and you believe once saved always say well I'll see you bringing up you don't even know what you're talking about when you're talking about once a if you you ain't got the guts to take the answer to that so I'm gonna get into it right now you understand there is a sin unto death and it's a sin that the scripture said don't even pray for Oh brother Copeland I believe I committed it Oh God if you're upset about it you didn't commit it and if you're not a spiritual a duck you can't quit commit it there's one way into this and there's one way out you can get if going to hell is one of your priorities yeah you can get there there is a way to get out of this because you still have a free choice oh I never heard of such a thing well that's obvious trampling underfoot the blood of Jesus by which you were sanctified willfully rejecting him and you being a full-grown Christian believer the scripture doesn't say God won't forgive that person dressed down in the book of Hebrews chapter 6 through chapter 10 it didn't say God won't forgive that you know what it does say it's impossible to bring them to repentance now so somebody said oh god I don't believe I committed the unpardonable sin how should I go have breakfast and get over that and know you'll see it certainly wouldn't be impossible to bring you to reap residency you're crying about it all day hallelujah now then preach to all of that just to get to see this I confess that sin I believe I receive my forgiveness I believe I received and I take my cleansing from all on the curse side of things and just thinking like the curse all the time I don't care if you found it up 20 times a day I mean deal with it 20 times a day get up from there and said thank God for my forgiveness glory let's try just stay with it and stay in there put the words of victory in your mouth and then just stay with it and stay with it and stay with it until it completely renews your mind
