yeah I didn't think I'd get emotional watching Super Smash Brothers reactions and stuff like that but I did as we go into the last one I just want everyone to know that I do have some smash content along the way but obviously as you've seen with the recent experimentation I got a lot of big videos in the works I got a lot of different videos in the works and I hope you guys stick around and it Just the other day I had the thought "I wanna watch all the smash reveals now that it's done". And then Alpha uploads this. Exactly what I wanted

That little retrospective near the end there, it's a good extended talk I'm glad to hear from him. Even before he was direct about not being in a good place mentally, I was getting that sort of feeling from him and the sort of enviornment that was created around him.

The pandemic, last year's Smash controversies that had him cut ties with likely a lot of friends, 'plussies' annoying his friends, annoying gimmick accounts that were on all his social posts which he was posting less often, Fio feeling the need for privacy, and just his enthusiasm beginning to grow absent in his uploads a while ago.

Jacob had it real damn rough, and I'm really glad to hear him reiterate that he's doing better. I wish he'd post more in general, and I know a lot of this is likely parasocial for myself, but honestly he could stop altogether and I wouldn't mind one bit knowing he's most likely happy.
