prepared the cabbage leaves now this it's the green it's that one outside i got a two three a four this i gotta use after stuffed everything this you use for cover on the pots right on the top and we leave this on the side now i want to show this i did already some you see you got to take it out of this it's a little piece hey i want to show everybody what i want to do i got a two piece not done yet actually you pick it up like that and you start over here with a knife and you cut this piece get this it's hard when you stop the it's easy way to roll yeah i got one agar this other one over here and you take it out like i say cut this aft it's easy when you put the stuffed inside it's easy to roll now we're gonna stove gotta start the fry the garlic and onion this it's on a garlic this it's the onion and the cabbage we raised the gas and this is olive oil olio di or liva okay now we started with the chopped onion this is for the stuff and we put it right over here and i got the garlic it got together with this one over here now this other one we got an onion this is a sliced onion it's a little big the the other one and we started over here and we sauteed on the frost a little bit the only thing you keep with the gas a little low cut on you gotta be really good at the no burn okay now this one i saute a little bit already and now we put the cabbage this one it's raw and you saute together with onion and look at this nasi you want to buy this if this click below is so good okay now we need to salt a little bit over here because this is gonna go in the mix and salt over here and now black pepper a little bit over here a black pepper over here all right and now we give a nice mix both onion egg garlic and this is gonna be delicious tonight this one will turn off it's done and this one we turn off two because we gotta go and a mix on the table okay now we start with the stuff i left to cool off the garlic the onion like this is not cooked first of the meat and we started the mix and we started with the meat okay now this little bit i want to break down a little bit of the meat okay good now we got the rice and we put it together with the meat and with the rice i like to use our body rice it gets really sticky together and we break the rice like this now we got the onion our saute garlic and we put it right over here together but the only thing i want to clean it up good to the pots okay got a lot of stuff over here yeah i wanna take everything okay now we need a little salt a black pepper good now you need a good mix all together okay now this is a nice mix but i want to put a little my tomato sauce inside but not too much that's it and we do more mix with the tomato sauce okay now we gotta start the stuff and we got over here and let's start i gotta use my hands up too you know for me my hands it's so easy like that and now what we gotta do on this you gotta roll like a boss okay let's go and you start like that not one time you close like this a little bit take it aside and you put inside take it this other side and you put inside can my wife and she say make sure to put inside the inside aft you roll it again like this that's what you gotta call roll like a boss ava perfect perfect you see my wash is polish fine finally you listen oh say finally i'm listening i gotta list all the time everybody know you gotta listen to big boss that's why i'm rolling like a boss and we put ryan this dish and one time i finished the roll everything he gotta go on the bigger paths and we gotta start to heal the business okay now we turn the gas back up we gotta start fix all the stuff you gotta go on the bottle on top of the onion and the cabbage that was sauteed together and now we fill it up with the pots one by one like this and make sure the tie this one the bee and the bottle no on the top and you put on the top you lose all the meat of inside and we put it nice okay now it's a time to put the sauce all over the place over here and we got a chicken stock okay good i got a couple of leaves in the bed leaves and i put right inside over here now this is the green cabbage you cover like this really good i got one more right over here and i got the rest of the chicken stock and we put everything over here together now i use this dish to keep everything done like that okay after we we cover now when you start the boil i put the gas really low you gotta cook for one hour okay now it's one hour and let's turn the gas off and let's bring the pots on the table over here let's take the cover off it look beautiful but i gotta take the dish out now and let's just see now this dish i think it's too tough to eat i don't think my titty can handle this okay now let's remove this and leave us a green the guy use it for the top it lets it take my stuffing cabbage one oh you look delicious and look you see in no break no look there this is really good it's really hard to tune now no burn yourself a pasqua can we need you you gotta cook no um good cool right one hour it's a delicious taste really good i want to say everybody salute each engine i salute the everybody so okay now we put over here you see when i do this i like a lot of beef inside what is the beef the cabbage okay beef roll okay but i do the same like you told me i gotta listen to you oh my boss just say today we're making guam what today we're making gowonky in polish that's how you say today we make a kohumpki it's a really good the home cake the company it's really good i speak really good polish how do you say it how do you say it come on go home you said my wife got a home picky coconut king they're really good the last trophy go complicated stuffed cabbage or garbage stuffed garbage why what stop cabbage it's really good if there was a chapel the machine it come out the delicious
