all the Castforms, right? I thought that was just like,
"Here's the region I made up. "Here's the Pokemon. "Here's the story." I didn't realize a playable
game was being made. "I happen to be a lead
developer working extremely hard "on the fan game." Oh, well, that's really cool. I would love to play that once it's done. I gotta have my Castforms. Hey, if you're watching this, anybody who's working

same name, first names? "No, that's not how names
work, you land creature." "No, it's because you look
just like, never mind." "Bulbasaur, it's going terribly. "Let me handle this. "Mikey, is it true that
good girls like bad guys?" What? "I would say so. "Not to brag, but Winona would agree too." It's going well with the Winona? "If you were a hot Dragonair girl, "would you date someone
who looked like this?" "Oh, yes, definitely. "Girls love a Pokemon in uniform." (laughs) "And a Dragonair would love the sky." "How can I join?" "What? "Squirrel, no, he's evil and
you're a pure water type. "Even if he can get past
your lack of flying, "aren't you still better
for Team Aqua-esk?" "Even in 2-D, I'm still
a little plush Squirtle "that's physically incapable
of squirting water." (laughs) "Eh, works for me. "Welcome to Team Sky. "You'll be the third member." That's amazing, I love this. I gotta upvote these comics. They were amazing last time. They have continued to be excellent. And Squirtle and Bulbasaur
were so cute in this form. Oh, I loved it. What was my favorite? I think my favorite line from this was, "No possible about it. "I'm 110%, I'm 110%," why
can't I say that word? "I'm 110% evil, 120% in a team." (laughs) Oh, I love these. Please keep making these. "Hey, are you going to sleep?" "Yes, now shut up." "Pokemon Sword and Shield
are already two years old." Oh, they're two and a half. No, they're not. No, they're not. They're one and a half or
one and a half years old. They'll be two and a half
at the end of this year. But do you know what that means? Sword and Shield came out in 2019. Three years prior, Sun and Moon came out. Three years prior, X and Y came out. Three years prior, Black
and White came out. Four years prior, Diamond
and Pearl came out. Four years prior, Ruby and Sapphire. Three years, Gold and Silver. Three years, Red and Green. So every gap between
generations except II, so there's five total gaps, has been three years, which means, like yeah, Sword and Shield
are going to be two years old at the end of this year. But if the trend continues,
that means there's like, we're already halfway
to the next generation if the three-year window
continues, which is exciting. "When you're just trying to sleep "and everyone keeps waking

in the Sinnoh remakes. "These games about to be way easier." (laughs) I mean, that's true, but also you can, if you know the Garchomp's coming, you literally have the whole

upvotes on your subreddit "and it's going to go into your video." And I'm like, "Ooh, okay, very well." (laughs) This is amazing. I, like, I, it's funny
that Torkoal was excluded. I mean, it also bums
me out, but it's funny. But Torkoal's face specifically
on this specific person is the perfect fit. This is a masterpiece. "How TF is there no dolphin Pokemon?" So, should I get into this? I don't want to get into too much detail, but in short Japan's
relationship with dolphins is in short, controversial. So I think there are reasons aside from they just haven't gotten around to it for why there's not been a dolphin Pokemon and I don't expect there to be maybe ever. "Looking for Sootopolis City be like." (laughs) I like that they have his
hat on in all the pictures. Can we just like take a moment
to give some appreciation to Brendan, the Hoenn protagonist, for having the coolest
and most unique headwear of all the Pokemon protagonists? Every other Pokemon protagonist has had some kind of cap, forward or backwards. They've got the, what is the
kind of hat that Lucas wears? I just picture it like old men golfing. That's what I think of that hat. And then the Galar protagonist wears like a big poofy beanie, but Brendan's got a weird
hat that no one else has that looks like hair and I
think he deserves quite a lot of style points because
somehow it looks cool? Excuse you? This is on a 3DS that's full odds? "Just started my nuzlocke
and that happened." Well, if it dies, just
put it in a death box. Do not release it. Ooh, this is cool. I want to take a closer look at this. Slaking is Thanos. Deoxys is Iron Man. Blaziken is, oh, Blaziken is Thor. I was having trouble figuring that out because there was no blondness, but I guess he had short
brown hair in this. Oh, it says it all at the time. Medicham is Okoye. Decidueye is Hawkeye. Durant is Ant-Man. I don't need to read through all of these, but this looks so dope. I love the Captain America Bisharp. Oh, and Decidueye as
Hawkeye looks so dope. Who's War Machine? Oh, it's also Deoxys. I guess that makes sense. Man, that is really awesome art. The art is by vim_a_r_t. Vim_a_r_t, you did amazing. "Deino, Zweilous, Hydreigon, hold up." Yeah, (in foreign language). They're one, two, three in German. Okay.

are the human versions "of Bulbasaur and Squirtle." I mean, I can kind of see it. God, my hair is long in those screenshots. Man, I went many months without a haircut. "Speedrunners when naming their rival. "What was my grandson's name again? "Ah, yes, how could I forget, it's-" (yells) In reality, it would just be, "Ah." A Lego Grunty Boi? Oh my gosh, that's adorable. "It is I." That's so good. I love that. "Other starters using their

God. (laughs) "Molecules chilling, molecules "when you start applying heat." Is this supposed to be animated? Oh, okay, now I understand. I like the dancing duck. Or actually that might be a goose. No, that's a duck. "It is I, Grunty Boi. "I've hacked into MandJTV's community tab. "I'm expanding my brand." Ah, Grunty Boi. "Give it a few years "and everyone will simp Sword and Shield. "There's nothing Unova
has that Galar doesn't. "A waifu, a plot involving heroes "and ancient royalty, several
small areas to explore, "a rival with character
development and catches a legend, "an ugly evil murder dragon. "We were hated, been there," yeah? How I see it is that a lot of regions that get a lot of hate at the start get a lot of hate from older fans, fans that are basically adults, and they don't get to see how many kids played the
newest games and loved them. And then those kids get older and have a ton of nostalgia for it. So a lot of people
really have, love Gen V. Like Gen V wasn't that
popular at the start of it. I wasn't as tapped into
the Pokemon community as a whole back then, but it's been 10 years
since those came out. So if you were 10
playing it, you're 20 now and like you have a lot
of nostalgia for it. Sword and shield, like it
says, give it a few years. Not everyone, I'm sure
there's going to be plenty of adults who still don't
like Sword and Shield. But like I think they're
going to become more liked as time goes along because
the kids who played them, who are kids right now,
are going to get older and have a lot of nostalgia for the games. "Zacian's weak, Zacian, weak

even onigiri, a rice ball." "These donuts are great. "Jelly-filled are my favorite." Clearly a blueberry. Well it's, the eyes are a lot brighter. I don't know. Next time you get a
Glalie, name it "Donut." Captain Picard has all eight Jim badges. Oh my God, he does. Good work, Picard. God, that man has not aged. "Pokemon KIDZ BOP." (laughs) That's actually pretty cute. You made a rug? Wait, wow, that's really cool. People can just make rugs? Wow, that's amazing. "Me trying to figure out "whether I should get Sinnoh
remakes or Legends:Arcoos." If you have to only get
one, get Legends:Arcoos. It'll be like a totally fresh game, whereas Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl are just going to be,
like we already know. It's like, if you've
already played Sinnoh, then it's the same thing. I mean, it's fun to revisit it, but it would be great to do both, but Legends:Arcoos is going to be a, I think a more special game because it's going to be fresh stuff. "Time traveler accidentally
drops a pencil in the past. "The new timeline: Ash
wins the Kalos League." He should have from the beginning. I didn't watch much of the anime, but he was robbed by the writers. "Dex number ends in 51. "Small, cute, has a special ability." Special ability? Mew just has Synchronize. Celebi has Natural Cure. Those are not special. So what this means is that Castform is better than the two of them. Castform is a mythical pokemon, hell yeah. Aww, you have my
condolences for your loss. That's sad, but that
was a very nice gesture from your friend. That is a good friend. I hope you keep that friend
in your life for a long time. "Sunny Day should instantly
thaw frozen Pokemon." I don't disagree with that. I also don't know why this

say Pidgeotto's evolution." Oh, that's quite the throwback reference. It's a Pidgeot spinner. "Every time you eat lamb chops, "you're killing a Wooloo," oh. "Every time you eat steak,

Yay, Pixelmon. Okay, I've seen this before. The joke is that Lily is buff because she like has Cosmoem in her bag. Cosmoem is floating under its own power. Like it's asleep, but she
like, it's just floating there. Like, and with no friction,
cause weight causes friction if it's on something. But if it's floating under its own power, equal up and down force, the only thing that she
has to pull it with ... Oh, I guess it has like ... Somebody who was taken
Physics more recently, help me out here. If something that heavy is floating, so equals down force equal
up force, with no friction, how hard would it be to push? Like would you still like,
it's got a lot of inertia. Is it? Oh my gosh, I haven't taken Physics. Oh God, how long has it been? Has it been seven years? Eight years? Oh my God, it's been eight
years since I took Physics. Someone who's taken Physics
more recently just help me. What Cosmoem, if floating
and no friction other than air resistance, well
could someone push it or would it have too much force? No, force equals mass times acceleration and the mass is going to be huge, so the force to give it the small ... Okay, yeah, okay, okay,
all right, all right. It took me a second. It took my, I may have a
mechanical engineering degree, but it's been a while. It took me a second. I figured out, okay. The meme is accurate. Lily is ripped 'cause that's
1,000 kilograms of mass and the friction would only
make it harder to push. Like you, okay. So she, I'm going too long on this. Katie in editing, trim out
most of my rambling here, but like it's force equals
mass times acceleration. It's a ton of mass, but
if there's no friction, if there is no friction to push the force in the other direction, she could move it. But it would move very little because the force she could
realistically exert as a girl, as a small girl, would not be very large. So she couldn't move it, but
she would move it slowly. Long story short, Lily is ripped. "I'll never be as cool as him
and I just have to accept it." You just need some
sunglasses and a nice drink then you're going to be cool as him. "This is Zamazenta. "Good boy, soft fur if remove shield. "Will protect, bork,

Like if I had a nickel for every piece of Zamazenta propaganda I've seen so far, well I'd have two nickels. Which isn't very much, but it's weird that it happened twice. If you get that reference,
comment, "Hell yeah." Where have I seen this guy? Oh, hey, yeah. Wait, I could finally know which version they wanted me to do. Then I level up the mighty Bjorn Ironside. He is super powerful during siege attacks. They picked the disco version. (laughs) So, a little bit of behind the scenes. Rise of Kingdoms paid me to
make a commercial for them, not a brand deal on my channel, but make a commercial for them and I wasn't sure what music they wanted, so I made five versions with
five different kinds of music. I was like, "Just take the one you want," and I didn't know which one they picked until now someone saw it, so now I know they picked the disco track. "Me needing to charge my phone. "My battery being at 3% and me remembering "that if it's not-" (laughs) Gosh dang it. This has been gilded four times? "You know that's permanent, right? "Me."
Oh man. I don't know if I ever foresee
myself getting a tattoo. I'm too indecisive. "Child in the Pokemon universe turns 10. "His parents, get out." (laughs) Oh, that's terrible. "Grunty Boi waiting for
the next sponsorship "so he can break into Mikey's house." Fricking Grunty Boi. "People who got the most
upvotes on the subreddit. "People who got an upvote from Mikey. "That person that actually
got a downvote from Mikey." (laughs) Sorry, you said I was wrong about Giotto, Wonder of the Worlds and
I had to set you straight. "About to lose a joined
shiny raid due to sandstorm. "Martin's Solrock KO's the
shiny and you catch it." Martin's Solrock doing something? Weird, "The Pokemon Company understands "that the people love Yamper's butt." Wow, they really do. I also have several questions. "The Aura Guardian walks into Mikey peeing "without the lights on. "You turn the lights on in
the bathroom at 2:00 AM? Yup, that's why I don't. I pee under the cover of night. - [Narrator] Later that night. - Oh.
(trickling) (laughs) - Why is it so dark in here? (dramatic spooky music) (door closing) (laughs) - That was a really good edit. "Being a valuable and productive
member of Team Rocket. "Being a mild annoyance
to one guy for years." (laughs) I love how, I must say, I really am happy about how much everyone loves Grunty Boi. It makes doing the brand
deals like a lot more fun for I think everyone
involved, but it also is a, it's a testament to how well it's been, how well Grunty Boi has been received and adopted by you all. And that this says "years" ... The first appearance of Grunty
Boi was less than a year ago. (laughs) It was August of 2020. So I think it's great
how he's become so iconic in such a short amount of time. All right, everyone,
