[Music] [Music] [Music] we're over here pouring the gravel for the new slob that we're working on and the cows are all looking at us and we just caught the big bowl staring ass through the barn I think they think that we're pouring food out or something oh hello I'm sorry buddy that's not food I can grab you a treat though good boy you've got a seriously big noggin that must have been some good bread you guys wanna know the secret to staying cool while working in this 100 plus degree heat popsicles and I've been craving strawberry so that's a plus [Laughter] oh my god looking Atlas wad baby yaki bougie [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] I didn't check underneath to see where the studs fall on the shipping Tanner so the hole that I tried cutting through is dead center of one of the steel studs I mean I did I didn't get through totally through the floor but made a hole that didn't need to be there so which isn't the end of the world because I could just backfill that with insulation it's just annoying that I forgot to check to see where the stuff was yeah I was very nervous about cutting this hole in the floor and rightfully so yeah if we had just been literally one inch more over we would have cleared it wall anything that can't go wrong in the will yeah Katie was using the hole saw and I'm like how many layers exactly are you going through because it seemed to be taking longer than I thought just it was more difficult and he's like oh we'll fix it though it's not a huge deal this is just what we do here at life uncontained you know guys [Music] [Applause] [Music] come on bear get on the tank laughter water down [Music] for every second [Music] [Applause] [Music] you know where [Music] so in order to make our whole water heating system super efficient let me go ahead and show you guys the seed ourselves another water heater the way our system is going to work is the water heater outside is going to work as the pre heater so the sun's going to keep that the outlet of that one is going to be the inlet of this one and it's just going to make this water heater act as a storage tank for any of the heat so the heats gonna obviously rise and fill this one it since this water heater is going to be few feet higher than the one outside the hot water is just going to warm up naturally rise to the highest point which will be this tank the water heater outside is going to preheat our water which is probably going well during the summer it's going to keep 90 to 100 percent of our water in the winter it will at least at very least preheat the water and that way this doesn't have to work nearly as hard well you know what they say there are no the food chain we could be every day I am brave [Music] so let's go stop we should be kings and queen all right so in the process of trying to fish all this pecks through we've come to a quick realization I wanted to run it all the way to the in bathrooms continuously without having any other connections well the wall cavities and this three quarter inch pecs don't go together they don't really work together we tried our first 90 right here this is our literally our first one and we're we got a kink just trying to fit it within that wall cavity so I think what I'm gonna have to do is just a few turns I do have just go ahead and use 90 degree connections and that be that it's not ideal but it'll work [Music] you [Music] [Music] now [Music] oh my gosh half-inch pecs so much easier to work with it it's like it's a dream compared to that three-quarter inch especially at least two by four walls but the reason why we ran three quarter-inch APEC's initially is because we're doing a what pretty much a traditional house would do a trunk and branch design so if you have your main feed line that comes into the house and then you branch off to a smaller diameter pipe which is the up edge to all our fixtures so it's pretty cool seeing our first water fixture installed we've still got many other pictures ago the reason why I haven't teeth those off and we're on the branches for those it's just because I want all those to line up perfectly with the drainage plumbing and the vents and everything so I'm not a 100% sure where everything's gonna be so I'm gonna wait on running any more water feed lines and teeing off until I get all my drainage and everything taken care of watch out for our next video well we finally get some rain and we get to see if our rainwater catchment system work [Music]
