yes we had promised an update on my health situation and that's what I'd like to do at this time in August of 2019 most of you know I was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma I've received 20 radiation treatments for the lymphoma but in the battery of scans and tests that they ran after the diagnosis of diagnosis of the lymphoma they found a spot on my pancreas at first they thought it was just a non malignant cyst my doctor decided to monitor the cyst and a later scan turned up that it was precancerous and needed to come out needed to be removed in mid March of 2020 I had Whipple surgery and they removed part of my pancreas I was told in pre-op that it would take six for me to expect six to seven days in the hospital on day three I was able to do without narcotics no opioids and on the morning of day four they discharged me from the hospital I know that extremely quick recovery was the result of your prayers and the answer to your prayers for myself after the surgery the pathology report revealed that they did remove a pre or I should say an early stage one tumor and that was found in the part of the pancreas that they removed I feel very blessed that this pancreatic condition was discovered so quickly my prognosis is that I have 70 percent chance of surviving five years which may not sound good to some of you however it's much better than being diagnosed with stage-four Bank attic cancer being told that the tumor is inoperable and being sent home and told you have four or five months to live so my doctor my surgeon is encouraging me to consider further chemotherapy to follow up the surgery once I've recovered from the Whipple surgery and I'm considering my options and praying about that I do want to thank all of you for your prayers and those that was overwhelming the number of you that took time from your busy days to write letters and to send cards of encouragement I am humbled by your outpouring of love thank you for your support pestilence a pestilence is basically the same thing as a plague I believe that the current coronavirus situation in our country and the world for that matter is a pestilence and a pestilence sent by our Father to let us know he's not happy the way things are this has become a pandemic a pandemic is simply an epidemic which has spread worldwide the Lord can send a pestilence to chastise the enemy of his children father can also send a pestilence among his children to correct them look around beloved we have men marrying men we have women marrying women all over the world homosexuality is an abomination to our Heavenly Father we have transgenders who aren't quite sure whether they are male or they're female we've removed God for the most part from our schools atheist would love nothing more than to see God removed from our very a vocabulary we're not going to let that happen but look around all too many today have turned their back on our Heavenly Father the novel corona virus is a pestilence that God has sent upon his children to let us know that he isn't happy with the way things are there is a way to stop a pestilence there is a way to stop the coronavirus we're going to learn how to stop the corona virus today let's begin our study today in Exodus chapter 5 where the word pestilence first appears in the King James Version Bible open your Bibles to Exodus chapter 5 verse 1 we ask that word of wisdom and Yeshua's precious name father we ask you to open eyes open ears this day Exodus chapter 5 verse 1 and it reads and afterward Moses and Aaron went in and told Pharaoh now understand Pharaoh is the most powerful man in the world at this point in time Pharaoh is not used to be being told what to do by anyone let alone a couple of Hebrews thus saith the Lord God of Israel let my people go that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness now in Chapter four God gave Moses the power to perform miracles to turn the rod into a serpent to make his hand leprous and then to cleanse his hand of leprosy he also gave Moses the power to turn the water of their Nile River into blood how will Pharoah respond to Moses and Aaron's demand and Pharaoh said who is the Lord that's yeah Ave and that I should obey his voice to let Israel go I know not the Lord neither will I let Israel go Moses and Aaron had already been told by our Heavenly Father that the Pharaohs heart would be hardened in chapter 4 verse 21 pharaoh claims he doesn't know yah ha they he's about to become very familiar all too familiar I'm sure in his opinion with yah have a verse 3 and they said the God of the Hebrews have met with us let us go we pray the three days journey into the desert and sacrifice unto the Lord our God lest he that being the Lord fall upon us with pestilence or with the sword again a pestilence is the same thing as a plague it would take ten plagues for Pharaoh to change his mind about letting the people of Israel go you know God can utilize small things to plague a people he utilized frogs lice and flies to plague the nation of Egypt father has chosen a virus something as small as a virus the corona virus to plague the world today and the king of Egypt said unto them wherefore do ye Moses and Aaron let our hinder the people from their works get ye unto your burdens get back to work making bricks you're wasting time and Pharaoh said Behold the people of the land now are many speaking of the Israelites Moffat translates this the work the people of the land the work people as common laborers in other words the workers are many and you make them rest from their burdens you're stopping these many from work you're you're delaying my building projects and Pharaoh commanded the same day the task masters of the people and their officers saying the working to conditions for the people of Israel were hard they're about to become even harsher verse 7 you shall no more give the people straw to make brick as heretofore as before let them go and gather straw for themselves if they've got time to go in to the wilderness for three days and worship Jehovah then they don't have enough to do make it to where no longer will the Egyptians provide straw to make the bricks they'll gather their own straw and the tale this being the count of the bricks which they did make heretofore up until this point he shall lay upon them he shall not diminish aught thereof for they be idle therefore they cry saying let us go and sacrifice to our God they're not going to have one less brick a sign for them to make even though they have to gather their own straw let their more work be laid upon the men make them gather their own straw in other words that they may labor therein and let them not regard vain words now wait a minute vain words or empty words let me ask you are these Moses and Aaron's words no this is the Word of God being spoken through Moses and Aaron yaver is becoming increasingly angry with Pharaoh's attitude toward him and the taskmasters of the people went out and their officers and they spake to the people saying thus saith Pharaoh I will not give you straw in the future you're going to gather your own draw to make the bricks go he gets you straw where you can find it yet not all of your work shall be diminished not one less brick is expected so the people this the people of Israel were scattered abroad throughout all the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw now you have to understand at this time bricks were made of clay now the straw would serve two purposes it would one speed the drying process of the clay that the bricks were made of but much as rebar reinforces concrete the straw also reinforced the clay bricks if you didn't use clay when making these bricks the bricks were easily broken and they crumbled verse thirteen and the taskmasters hasted them saying fulfil your works your daily task as when there was straw just as when we provided you straw you're expected to do the same same amount of production and the officers of the children of Israel these being the straw bosses no pun intended which Pharaoh's task masters had said over them were beaten and demanded wherefore have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick with yesterday both yesterday and today as heretofore you aren't making the same number of bricks why well because you got us running all over Egypt gathering straw they had been given an impossible task now the Lord would send ten plagues upon Pharaoh and Egypt before Pharaoh would finally let the children of Israel go God warned the children of Israel that he would send pestilence even on the nation of Israel if they didn't do his way turn with me to Leviticus chapter 26 as we continue our study concerning the pestilence now chapter 26 of Leviticus is a sister chapter 2 chapter 28 of Deuteronomy wherein we find the blessings and the curses of God the first part of chapter 26 we have the blessings of God if you do things his way you'll receive his blessings starting in verse 16 we have the curses of God and there are four levels of cursings that God will bring upon his children verse the the first phase begins in chapter 16 as I said the second phase begins in verse 21 we're going to pick it up in the third phase now the thing to note too is that each progressive phase the punishment the chastisement becomes even more severe Leviticus 26 verse 23 and if you will not be reformed by me the Lord speaking by these things but will walk contrary unto me we're going to learn that if you walk contrary to God he will walk contrary to you then will I also walk contrary unto you and will punish you yet seven times for your sins now there's a whole lot of sevens going on here back up to verse 18 in the first phase of God's punishment if you walk contrary to him he will punish you seven times more for your sins verse 21 and the second phase he will punish you seven times more plagues than in verse 24 seven times for your sins seven times seven is 949 times seven is 343 that's a lot of times verse 25 and I the Lord speaking will bring a sword upon you that shall avenge the coral or the breach of my covenant and when ye are gathered together within your cities a city supposedly fortified where one would feel safe I will send the pestilence among you and ye the survivors of the pestilence shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy if you abide by God's covenant he promises blessings if you breach his covenant if you break his covenant you can expect cursings you have forfeited your blessings verse 26 and when I the Lord speaking have broken the staff of your bread in other words of the support of your livelihood ten women shall bake your bread in one oven normally each woman would have her own oven the number ten in biblical numeric signifies measure of responsibility and its judgment or rewards and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight by ration in other words and you shall eat and not be satisfied spiritually we learn in Amos chapter eight verse 11 that the famine of the end times is not for bread or water but for hearing the Word of God may ask you are you spiritually being well-fed or are you being served rations rations that you eat but you're still not satisfied and if you will not for all this hearken unto me but walk contrary unto me now we come to the fourth stage of God's chastisement and the most severe here up to this point he's using the two before he's about to pull out the tuba 6 verse 28 then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury and I even I for emphasis will chastise you it's 7 times for your sins let's see we had 343 times times 7 is 2400 and 1 times this is a situation you don't ever want to get in beloved verse 29 and you shall eat the flesh of your sons and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat this came to pass well johor 'm the king of the northern 10 tribes was king Benna dad the king of syria besieged their capital samaria when a siege was laid against a city nothing went in nothing came out they became so hungry that there were two women both of them had sons and the one said to the other let's see your Lord speaking will destroy your high places your illegal places of ahave worship and cut down your images this is kamar in the hebrew it's son pillars their Canaanite 'is nature worship and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols and my soul shall abhor you again a situation you never want to find yourself in and I will make your cities waste and bring your sanctuaries into desolation and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odors when you make worship when when you worship me by making sacrifice I won't find the I won't take pleasure in your offerings and I will bring the land into desolation and your enemy shalt dwell therein that dwell therein shall be Astana it they'll be terrified by it and I the Lord speaking will scatter you among the heathen to the four winds of the earth and will draw out a sword after you and your land shall be desolate and your cities waste look around beloved then shall the land enjoy her Sabbath's as long as it lieth desolate and ye be in your enemy's land in captivity in other words even then shall the land rest and enjoy her Sabbath's here we learned the reason for the Babylonian captivity in second chronicles chapter 36 verse 21 we learned the reason for the number of years seventy of the captivity why because Israel wasn't allowing the land to rest in the Sabbath year as God commanded God commanded them you'll plant crops and harvest them for six years but in the seventh year you're to let the land rest God also promised that he would provide sufficient harvest in the sixty year that would carry them over through the seventh year even into the eighth year when the harvest would come in verse 35 as long as it lieth desolate it shall rest because it did not rest in your Sabbath's when you dwelt upon it you didn't follow my instructions verse 36 and upon them that are left alive ever fewer and fewer of you I will send a faintness into your hearts I'll make cowards of you in the lands of their enemies and the sound of the shaken leaf shall chase them and they shall flee as fleeing from a sword and they shall fall when none pursue it no rest no peace of mind this verse made me think about Revelation chapter 9 verse 5 where you have the locust army and you have the the torment of the locust army is as a scorpions sting when a scorpion stings its prey it basically envelops the prey in its stomach and then the stomach acids begin to dissolve the prey turning their backbone to mush this made me think of that verse but they run when nobody even chases them and they shall fall one upon another as it were before a sword when none pursue earth and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies many will not have the power to stand before our enemy the Antichrist when he is here on earth you will have the power why because you're standing in place with the gospel our more on which allows you to stand against the fiery darts of Satan verse 38 and you shall perish among the heathen and the land of your enemies shall eat you up came to pass in the past it will come to pass in the future during the captivity of Antichrist and they that are left of you shall pine away that means to rot or mould away in their iniquity that's their sins in your enemy's lands and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them now how do you stop God's judgment how do you stop God's chastisement how do you stop the coronavirus listen up if that's a big word if they shall confess their iniquity that's confess their sins repent in other words and the iniquity of their fathers with their trespass which they trespassed against me and that also they have walked contrary into me verse 41 and that I also have walked contrary unto them and have brought them into the land of their enemies into captivity if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled and then except of the punishment of their iniquity that's a big part of repentance that's a big part of receiving forgiveness is realizing that the punishment that God doled out to you was deserved verse 42 then will I remember my covenant with Jacob and also my covenant with Isaac and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember and I will remember the land when God remembers the Covenant will back up when we repent of our sins God reinstitute the Covenant the Covenant whereby you can claim the promises of his blessings but that's what it takes beloved is repentance realizing the error of your ways and correcting the error of your ways our Father is jealous nothing will bring a plague or a pestilence upon the land faster than his children worshipping other gods turn with me to numbers chapter 25 one book over still in the law our schoolmaster that leads us on to Christ now numbers chapter 22 23 and 24 cover the fact that Balak the king of Moab tried to hire Balaam to curse Israel well it didn't work Balaam finally said Balak how can I curse someone that the Lord has chosen to bless that's where we pick it up in chapter 25 verse 1 and Israel abode and shittim and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab they began to commit physical and spiritual whoredom as we'll see plan a hiring Balaam to curse Israel didn't work let's try Plan B which is to seduce Israel into a pasta sizing against the Lord then he'll forsake Israel and they the Moabites called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods small G and the people that's Israel did eat and bow down to their gods figuratively this may that they served their gods they worshiped their gods and Israel joined himself unto Bale peor and the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel to Kindle means to burn with anger or to burn with jealousy we learned in Exodus chapter 34 verse 14 God says you'll have no other gods before me my name is jealous and that's jealous with a capital J and the Lord said unto Moses take all the heads of the people all the heads of the people who worshiped bale peor and hang them up before the Lord against the son that the fierce anger of the Lord may be turned away from Israel that the plague may be stopped this word hang in Hebrew is yo yuck I should say and it means to impale or to hang on a cross now they didn't hang them or impale them alive they killed them first and then as a further expression of the seriousness of their offense their head was impaled much as the punishment for a man who took a wife and then took her mother also to wife Leviticus chapter 20 verse 14 verse 5 and Moses said unto the judges of Israel slay e-everyone his men that were joined unto bale P or turn the judges who are assigned to help Moses govern the land loose on those who ad committed whoredom with bail P or verse six and behold one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brother and right into the very camp of Israel a median eightish woman in the side of Moses and in the sight of all the congregation of the children of Israel didn't even bother to hide it who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation well why were they weeping because they were afraid of the divine wrath that was about to come forth on those who had committed apostasy verse 7 and when finis Hass the son of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest saw it he rose up from among the congregation and took a javelin that's a spear in his hand now if any Haas was zealous he was a priest who could get things done and he this is Finney Haas the priest went after the man of Israel this word after is a car it means the hind apart where the sleeping quarters of the ten were got it and thrust both of them through the man of Israel and the woman through her belly so the plague was stayed from the children of Israel you had a priest who had the brass to step in and intercede on the part of the people verse 9 and those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand now Paul reports in first corinthians chapter 10 verse 8 that it was 23,000 that perished in the plague i think the difference is easily explained away that the judges at Moses's orders killed 1000 and impaled their heads on the polls let's take another look at an example of what will stop the pestilence turn with me to second chronicles chapter 7 and we pick it up with 2nd chronicles chapter 7 now and we're gonna pick it up by the way with verse 12 and what has just happened is the dedication of the temple came to pass in chapter 6 and Solomon asked the Lord that if the people of Israel sinned against the Lord but then they repent that he hear their repentance and and then relieved them of whatever distressed they were in and we pick it up with God's response 2nd chronicles chapter 7 verse 12 and the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said unto him I have heard thy prayer and have chosen this place referring to the temple to myself for in house of sacrifice now this would be the second time that the Lord would appear to Solomon by night in a dream the first was in 1st Kings chapter 3 verse 5 and the following verses and that is where God asked Solomon what he would have of him and Solomon said I would like to have wisdom so I can rule so great a nation as Israel the saying please the Lord very much verse 13 the Lord continues if I shut up heaven that there be no rain is physical rain and their spiritual rain make a note of Deuteronomy chapter 11 if you're not familiar with what I'm talking about or if I the Lord speaking commend the locusts to devour the land or if I send pestilence among my people these are curses that were a result of the sins of the people listed in chapter 6 how do you stop God's judgment how do you stop the coronavirus verse 14 if my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face not turn their backs on me but seek my face and turn from their wicked ways that means repent beloved that is what stops a pestilence that is what stops the coronavirus then will I hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and I will heal their land the dedicatory prayer the request of Solomon answered by our Heavenly Father now mine eyes shall be open and mine ears a tent unto the prayer that is made in this place and that was the closing remarks of Solomon and his dedicatory prayer of chapter 6 verse 40 everything that Solomon had asked had been promised if the people will turn back to the Lord will seek the Lord unfortunately today beloved we have all too many who have turned their back on the Lord we need to turn to the Lord and repent for now have I chosen and sanctified this house Solomon's Temple that thy name that my name may be there forever and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually that means forever now the Lord what he's been saying applies to all of Israel now he turns his attention to Solomon individually and as for thee referring to Solomon if thou will walk before me as David thy father walked now was David perfect no David wasn't perfect but guess what none of the rest of us are perfect either one thing David never ever did was worship anyone or anything other than yave all the future judges of Judah and some of Israel would be judged or compared to David as far as their faithfulness to the Lord and do according to all that I have commanded thee and shalt observe my statutes and my judgments now Solomon would have a bit of a problem with some of that you see Solomon had six hundred wives and 300 concubines many of them were foreign and unfortunately in his older years they seduced him into worshipping other gods verse 18 then will I the Lord speaking established the throne of thy kingdom according as I have coveted with David thy father saying there shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel now that covenant or contract you could think of it that the Lord made with David was a covenant of salt it was enviable it could not be changed and we're blessed by that why because that covenant with David in it we find the key of David which leads us to Messiah and we all are certainly blessed by Messiah Solomon would not have someone who would sit on the throne of Israel in his agenda gee why because Jesus wasn't in his genealogy Jesus came through us through the seed line of David's son Nathan easily documented in Luke chapter 3 verse 19 but if he turn away and forsake my statutes and my Commandments which I have set before you and shall go and serve other gods and worship them and that is exactly what Solomon was guilty of Solomon's son Rehoboam under his reign the nation was torn in two Jeroboam took the ten northern tribes Rehoboam Judah and that which remained with Judah then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land what did the Lord just say out of my land do you think you own a piece of property no God owns everything he has simply loaned it to you for a period of time my land which I have given them and this house the very temple that Solomon built which I have sanctified for my name will I cast out of my sight even Solomon's Temple the Lord saying that won't save you and you know what I think many today think that their church would save them I'm not talking about the church as far as the people that make up the church I'm talking about their fantastic church building they think that is going to save them it won't and will make it to be a prob and a byword a byword means to reproach with taunting words among all nations even the heathen nations will see your calamity and laugh at you and this house Solomon's Temple which is high it did it set high upon a mount and therefore was a lofty example of either Israel being blessed or Israel's rejection shall be an astonishment to everyone that passes by it so that he shall say why hath the Lord done thus unto this land and unto this house God can either raise his rayul up with blessings or he can make the temple stand out as an example of the curses he brought upon the land and the people and it shall be answered because they forsook the Lord God of their fathers one of the last bits of advice David gave to Solomon when Solomon was but probably nineteen years old and about to assume the throne from his father David 1st chronicles 28 verse 9 David told Solomon if you'll seek the Lord you will find him but if you forsake him he will cast you off forever good advice which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt and laid hold on other gods and worship them and served them therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them and we're not talking about less serious sins we're talking about idolatry and you know beloved that's exactly the way God is going to feel about those when Jesus returns and finds them spiritually in bed with the Antichrist the Lord will utilize the excellence the sword and the famine to chastise those who worship Antichrist in closing turn with me to Ezekiel chapter 7 Ezekiel chapter 7 verse 1 moreover the word of the Lord came unto me saying now is this the word of Ezekiel no this is the word of the Lord also thou son of man referring to Ezekiel thus saith the Lord God unto the land of Israel and end the end has come upon the four corners of the land what end are we talking about well the four corners of the earth there's an angel standing on each four angels standing on each of the four corners of the earth talking about Revelation chapter 7 you're familiar with it and what are they doing they're holding back the four winds of Daniel chapter 7 and Revelation chapter 7 why that they not hurt the earth or the Seas until all of those that are to be sealed with the word of God are sealed that's what we're doing today beloved we're talking about the end of this dispensation now is the in come upon thee and I will send my anger upon thee and will judge thee according to thy ways and will recompense upon the all thine abominations galatians chapter 6 verse 7 States God will not be mocked we reap what we sow now let me tell you if if you want to practice homosexuality you're going to pay for it it's an abomination to our Heavenly Father if you want to blame God or say God didn't know what he was doing when he created you because you're so messed up that you don't know whether you're male or female you're gonna pay for it that's what this verse says I will recompense upon thee all thine abominations and am i teaching hate no I'm not teaching hate but I am teaching God's Word and I feel it's partially my responsibility to warn those of you who are practicing that which is an abomination to our Heavenly Father repent and change your ways and mine I this is the Lord speaking shall not spare thee neither will I have pity but I will recompense thy ways upon thee and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee there's no place to hide them they're gonna stick out like a red flag and you shall know that I am the Lord thus saith the Lord God and evil and only evil behold is come i think this verse refers to the Antichrist the end is come the end has come that's twice it watch it for thee behold it is come it has come three times for emphasis and watch and don't miss the point the end watches for thee let me ask you do you watch for the end watch Watchmen watch the morning is common to thee what are we supposed to do in the morning wake up o thou that dwellest in the land the time has come the day of trouble is near and not the sounding again the mountains Moffat translates this last phrase a day of panic no Mary shouts upon the hills look around you beloved people panic today people panic over the silliest thing toilet paper of all things and let me tell you if you think a six-month supply reserve of toilet paper in your house is going to protect you from getting the coronavirus you're sadly mistaken repenting and changing your ways will prevent the corona virus verse eight now will i shortly pour out my fury upon thee the cup of God's wrath will be poured out you don't want to be on the receiving end and accomplish mine anger upon thee and I will judge the according to thy ways and I will recompense thee for all thine abominations I think he means it and mine I shall not spare neither will I have pity I will recompense the according to thy ways and thine abominations that are in the midst of thee and you shall know that i am the lord i am the lord that smite a--the you're not going to sit around and go gee I wonder why I'm having such a bad day you're gonna know that your abominations have caused the Lord to smite you behold the day what day the Lord's Day behold it has come too late to wake up for many the five virgins of Matthew chapter 25 who run into town and try and buy some knowledge it's too late the morning is gone forth the rod hath blasts blossom the rod of chastisement that will be in Christ's hand provide my pride hath budded verse 11 violence has risen up into the rod of wickedness none of them shall remain nor of their multitude nor of any of theirs neither shall there be wailing for them none that honor tears going to be shed for Satan and those who follow him the time has come the day draws near let not the buyer rejoice nor the seller mourn for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof there's no time to rejoice or mourn Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon is coming to take everything away and of course Antichrist that king of Babylon Nebuchadnezzar is a type for the Antichrist for the seller shall not return to that which is sold although there were yet alive although they were among the land of the living although they were yet alive for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof which shall not return neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life your sins won't strengthen you that's what your iniquity is the Lord can strengthen you they have blown the trumpet the seventh even to make already but none goeth to battle for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof well why don't they go to battle well most of them are spiritually in bed with Antichrist they think he is Jesus verse 15 to close the sword is without the pestilence and the famine within he that is in the field shall die with the sword and he that is in the city famine and pestle shall devour him that sword of course Revelation chapter 1 verse 16 the two-edged sword of Christ tongue it cuts both ways there is a day of correction coming gore the Lord will use that two-edged sword he will use the famine which is the people's ignorance of his word he will use the pestilence and these unprecedented unprecedented times beloved I encourage you to stay safe keep your families safe follow the center of Disease Control's recommendations wash your hands frequently don't touch your face with your hands if you go into public in an area that you know the virus is possible wear a mask wear gloves do what you have to to protect yourself from the corona bias most of all though reprint repent and pray pray for our nation pray for us to find our way and to turn back to the Lord which will stop the plague will stop the pestilence let's go to his throne Yahweh Heavenly Father we do thank you for your word father
