Also I skipped randomly to 1:45:00 and I agree with his point about the artstyle going against the idea of Ann being more beautiful than everyone. The game tells you characters like Mishima are unattractive and that Ann is a cut above the rest, but thats really not the case. I recall how Tae was initially designed as being a lot creepier and uglier, but Hashino said "no, make her cute." I can't help but let the cynic in me out and say the fact that there are no ACTUALLY ugly characters like in P3 is because the escapism factor matters more than making characters who are visually real. Mishima is "below average." No girl is allowed to be anything less than cute. Ann is the most beautiful despite not actually standing out from the crowd in that department.
I want to watch more to see what this guy thinks cuz that one bit alone was really interesting, but jesus fucking christ this video is so long I'm not even sure if its worth it.

after watching the whole thing, I have to commend Cvit for keeping it entertaining for so long. And yes this game is extremely inconsistent
Based title, but Jesus Christ 5 hours. I won't watch in a single sitting, but I'll come back later (probably a couple of days) to give feedback.
I think the complaint that the characters' skills not aligning with what they're actually capable of irl is pretty stupid. The whole game beats into your head that the Metaverse reflects the state of mind, so it does make sense that honing your skills at a shooter or strategy game would heighten those skills in there.
It's fine if Futaba wants to know more about her generation. The guy in the video says "she already knows about games, movies and memes. What else is there to know?" Uuuuuuuhhhhh… how to interact with people who aren't into that kind of thing. Scratch that: how to interact with people in general. I agree that she isn't as socially inept as the game tells you she is, but this is invalid proof.

Who cares about the space air-locks logic. Palaces are magic, nothing else to see here.
The "rule" of being able to hear Morgana is just having being in the Metaverse, regardless of whether they came across each other or not.

Why is this bullshit that the english voice actors mispronounce the japanese names still being flung around?
Did nobody ever bother to check to prove or disprove that claim?
