Overnight Bus in Turkey - 12 hour Bus Cappadocia to Istanbul

this it's kind of exciting because we are officially on vacation right welcome to Portugal everybody a family vacation is not complete without two special people making an appearance [Music] hello alrighty guys that's pretty much like the end of our time in Cappadocia pretty much our end here in Turkey which is catching an overnight bus making our way to Eastern ball I think 10 or 11 hours it's got to be something like that fingers crossed we get some sleep hopefully it's as good as the other buses that we've had in Turkey there's so far the buses have been pretty good yeah and I'm excited to show you the overnight buses cuz they're different because they can like recline more so you can sleep yeah so to get here we had a day bus and went with soo ha I think they called but with the overnight bus we're not using them we're using Metro so you just got 'told plans of names slightly we're jumping on a shuttle then we're going to the main city which I'm actually not sure the name of it I'll have to check for you guys and when were there where to take our bags or from ever wait a bit longer can't want to add past some men we are hardy stem as well even the shuttle buses are so nice buses with TV screens [Music] wake up and listen to my anthem tune out the noise is from my past day ok so we just got to the main terminal bus station puffs now you know I think the town is never CEO probably saying that wrong because there's the little inner and I say could be anywhere from half an hour to more than half an hour's we later hopefully it's half now parties we had to wait about an hour jumping on our bus it's the double-decker bus that just dropped off heading to Istanbul about 150 liras get onto this bus into the sleeper bus but it was included in our tool which is fine but just in case you guys were wondering we are upstairs which is cool so I think we are at the back of the bus 37 onwards and actually looked like a lot of legroom just yeah and enough to like lean back if you need to so like an aeroplane headrest where you can move it but that actually feels pretty comfy there's some screens notice it is a bit smaller than the ones we used to but to be honest most of us been in Turkish which is fine but I'm just happy for there's the leg room this is really good especially because we have a couple of backpacks which usually don't fit these things here usually try to put them in between us try and get as much of two or legree responsible because itself laptops and sound camera gear are you ready for the next round are you ready you wanna look ready for the next copy yeah push back we tired of feeling broken truth brings louder than emotion take time remember what it means to love all righty guys well ished hours later we are back in East End girls it's like four eight eight of those hours so where was the success can confirm there are no beverages or coffee but it's fine I can go get myself a coke another Lucy [Applause] [Music] oh yes oh it's still nice and warm guys welcome back to Istanbul we've checked into our hotel got freshened up and this is our last day here so oh and I also got a semi this is our last day here and we let okay we need to go and see the things that we missed when we were here last and one of the most important things is the pea Sofia I hug you Sofia the aya sofia sofia ahoy say it wrong we're gonna go inside here and this I guess enjoy our last day here in Turkey now if you guys are wondering where it is the Blue Mosque is just there is this incredible garden with the fountain and just kind of leads straight into this is that point Lehrer to get in 10 Australian dollars and it was built in like 536 ad it was originally a Greek Orthodox Basilica and then taken over and turned into a Ottoman mosque and now which is really cool to Museum so you can just come in here have a walk around and it is very grand like I'm still deciding which is more grand the mosque the blue mosque or the aya sofya oh my goodness so interesting because you have Jesus Christ just there and then of course he also have some Arabic writings this is so interesting see it and the dome is massive of course we're on holiday something's got to be under construction you really can find cats anywhere here [Music] one thing I find really cool here is that they actually use one of the seven wonders of the world to build this place they grab two columns from the Temple of Artemis and helped construct this church Wow that's kind of cool fun facts myth yes so we're just on our way to the next spot and the girls kind of saw this very small boutique shop and like let's check it out they're already in the change rooms you guys are doing a bit of a shuffle of the change room is just a shower curtain at the moment the lira he's like really large which is good for tourists not the best for Turkey but yeah we keep fighting these really cute little boutique stores and closer [Music] Oh our IP you've been good to us but your wheels good morning everybody it's the next day and we are leaving Turkey it's been amazing just quickly heading to the airport what are you welcome to atatürk International and Wow you know it's a busy Airport if it is this crazy at 4:00 in the morning by the way a quick tip just his tax these guys it cost us like 50 lira at this time of night to get in from the Blue Mosque area where we're staying a hotel guy said he knew a guy for a hundred lira which is still so cheaper he never robbed up village from this junk on the side of the road in a taxi whose taxis super-safe arrived in Lisbon and we got a few new additions to climb in this family that will be joining us for the next couple of weeks as always Turkish Airlines thumbs up on that always recommend them this is kind of exciting because we are officially on an unavailing the next three weeks are going to be so much fun because our family is queen family vacationing so it's gonna be different very healthy very homey cut my vacations come on we've been teasing these full day of but this is my vacation vacation series is going to be a bit different it's gonna slow down a bit and you guys can see what it's like when we're just relaxing with the fan but of course a family vacation is not complete without two special people making an appearance the whole family guys a bit of a room tour cool so it looks like we have a bit of a lounge room ah they've left us a bit of a drink and if this is local de Portugal bathroom this place is huge just keeps going and going got a bit of an outdoor shower my mom
