It’s funny to me that a couple whose usually so vilified on this sub has a video about their love story with millions of views. The comments section is full of ppl who have never watched Arrow yet now want to just because of the love story. This is why I say the narrative that “EvErYoNe HaTeS oLiCiTy” is false.

Damn! I must say Olicity became a HUGE ship of its own. It's amazing how their ship has created a huge fandom of its own. It's commendable to be honest.

I can totally understand why Olicity fans say that Olicity was better than any other ship on the show.... because.... in a way, it was.

Other ships on the show, got stuff that was not even close to what Olicity had.

Olicity had Romance, Friendship, Partnership, Build-up, Break-up, Patch-up, Children, Family, Drama, Action, Emotion, Reunion, Redemption...heck even Afterlife. I mean, the writers gave them EVERYTHING.

I won't lie. I am partial to Laurel Lance because I loved the character since s1, and also coz BC is my favorite female superhero from DC. I really hated the unfair treatment almost all the canaries got from the writers.

BUT talking about which ship was destined to be endgame.. it's Olicity all the way, within the context of this show.

It's funny how I didnt like arrow past the initial power up (when we went from normal humans to super humans) stuff that happened in, I dont know, season 4-5? I quit the show, the best part for me was always Olicity, it was more like it was a romance show with a superhero background not the otherway around. I quit arrow many years ago, and when I found this video, it made me want to go back and watch everything, just for the couple, I think it was a better written story then the rest of the series, better acted, the chemistry between those two was something near perfect.
