New TRUCK delivery & Spearfishing! Catch and Cook

[Applause] [Music] thank you I got big news we're about to hop in the Range Rover and it's gonna be our last Drive in her forever that's because I got a new vehicle showing up pouring my eggs in here that's about 10 eggs creatine half a scoop of protein powder and one big scoop of peanut butter powder for six years now I've been listening to your guys comments telling me that I need to get rid of my Range Rover and as much as I hated reading those comments you guys were right that Range Rover was nothing but a money pit but I still love her and I love her till the day she dies and I told myself I never want to see another man inside of her so I have to figure out what I'm gonna do with her but that's for another story in this story we're gonna get ourselves a new vehicle it is about wait I got an app my new vehicle actually has an app that tells me where it's at and as you can see it is in Homestead right now so probably about 30 minutes away oh oh Lord I thought I had more time than 30 minutes I thought I had at least two hours I was actually gonna go to the DMV ah so we got a new vehicle delivery the south Florida fishy channel is changing forever oh hey buds what are you doing outside you're on the wrong side of the glass oh my God it's actually not in Homestead it's right down the road but I don't got time to get donuts I gotta get my camera gear set up hold on the hecticness has begun I need to finish this before I do anything wait is the truck already outside I thought I heard something pull up haven't even made my bed yet ah come on buddy you want to watch the new truck pull up I might have time to go get some donuts oh that just texted me and said the truck's getting delivered a little early I thought I have at least another hour and a half so excited I can't even explain it I'm finally gonna have a reliable vehicle and this is probably going to be the last time that you see me driving my Range Rover suede interior white leather seats supercharged I'm gonna miss her but my new vehicle is also supercharged so my vehicle is coming all the way from Michigan and let me play some footage for you guys exactly it's Journey on its way down here this is fair Thailand Mich hour outside of Detroit and you know a lot of us subscribers to the South Florida fishing channel have been working on Hico and telling them he's got to get rid of that piece of insert whatever you want vehicle is driving that Land Rover that keeps breaking down on him and get into something new and we finally today convinced him that he should be driving a new truck because he's getting a new boat too so today we have the keys to haiko's brand new 2023 Ram TRX baby and we are taking this over to get it wrapped we're going to pull it off the showroom right now so come on along for the ride we're gonna take this baby right off the showroom floor babies even got sick wheel locks too there she is in all her glory look at this movie we're gonna start this bad boy up we're hard hey all right what do we got 108 dollars okay gotta really pull it out of there made sure I had all the paperwork for the truck so I just brought it in there gave it to them and I said do your thing boom boom all the paperwork was there bam I sent out the door and I am officially legally all good to go I think I'm gonna go spear fishing but first I want to put the pedal to the middle [Music] oh my God oh okay uh yesterday went there and if I was with you we would have shot a couple more grouper all right grab all my and head over if you want to go I'm down hell yeah man all right let's do it all right that was Carson on the phone that was my first phone call through the through the TRX Bluetooth system and it worked freaking great I've never heard before I'm freaking out and throw all my truck we're gonna drive over to Carson's we're gonna head offshore maybe shoot something and then at the end of this video I'm gonna do a little compilation of the truck and all its features with some good music and it'll be real cool but first we gonna kill a fish let's go got my camera bag now I'm gonna go grab all my spear fishing gear we're gonna load up the truck and hopefully we shoot a fish oh my God look at her but oh my God look at that rap satin black so much room for activities and even though there's a truck bed liner on here I'll be honest I don't want to scratch it my Kill Shot spear gun yeah so for a fishing channel I also got my gat to pull spear which I'm gonna bring just in case you know if I shoot a grouper with the speargun I'll probably switch to the pole spear it is so nice just being able to like throw stuff in the back of a truck I finally understand why people buy trucks it all makes so much sense to me now I thought the Range Rover was cool but a truck that's like a it's like a toy we got our dive belt with our knife attached to it underwear don't need that we got a backup mask uh underwater light for to look in holes with man it's messy back here I gotta clean up but uh that'll be for another day because today we are celebrating and we are having a good time all right we got our spear guns we got my fins bucket with all my wetsuit stuff got an extra empty bucket now I got a serious question if I'm going fast is all this stuff gonna blow out of my bucket like will my fins blow out of the back of the truck these are all things I got no clue about good thing I got the overpriced Yeti bucket lid imagine this thing flew out and all the rope from the float line came zooming out I gotta make sure I don't break an ankle jumping off this thing I'm really high right now I'm like wow okay check out this awesome side uh is it called like a side step you know those cost a beautiful dime so you got to make sure you step on it every single time you get into your truck get your money's worth actually that hooked that one up so start your engines I'm actually driving pretty well behaved right now because I passed like three cops one of them pulled out behind me and I was like nah I'm getting pulled over already I haven't even first time driving the car I'm getting pulled over but uh he didn't pull me over I'm gonna go pick up some Chum and then we're gonna go to Carson's and we're gonna hop on his Pathfinder and then we're gonna head out to the reef and probably spearfish in like 60 feet of water I think and try to shoot a grouper oh look there's a guy pulled over right there in a black truck damn that was a ram too Black Ram pulled over right in front of me we are at Angler are Eddies and I just met a Super Fan in there but I just picked up uh three boxes of chum and time to go to Carson's we are in Tavernier here in the Florida Keys all right we have arrived yeah man oh what up congrats bro yeah Matt black man fun to keep clean but when it's clean it's gonna look good yeah it's like you can already see all the water droplets on it but it's all good oh it's a wrap yeah it's a wrap yeah the inside's pretty uh don't just need a reliable boat and I'm good to go all right buddy yeah let's kill something should I bring this float line I have mine it's up to you man oh my God I'm gonna giggle like a little girl every time I see my truck all right we're on the boat Carson what are we gonna do today I'm gonna go snorkeling just look for a fish we're not going to shoot anything okay no shooting fish just gonna hang out with a maybe we'll tickle them a little bit with our sticks but um he's trying to meet some friends today just hanging out with the fish today all right we're hanging out with the fish onwards [Music] we got the anchor down we got some crystal clear water today we're in like 50 60 feet I'm gonna put a chum bag out and then we're gonna hop in okay I think I saw a huge grouper a huge black really yeah that first spot I dove I think I saw one swimming to a ledge over there somewhere [Music] thank you foreign ER crab in that hole that thing went way back but I didn't see a group right there oh yes just planted myself see that macro that swim up to me he looked really big at the angle he was coming and then like then like as I took the shot I'm like oh my God you smoke did something kick out there's a bunch of sand down there he's attacking the trumpet [Applause] oh my God yeah I'll take the Pulse here yeah it's pretty beat up but he's like staying down at the bottom now all right he's wary of me [Applause] [Music] you get him back I'm excited what his buddy's following him up or maybe not see where you got them nice he ain't getting off that Trump I should have got a better breathe up I got too excited all right well my dumbass just shot a rock trying to get a Yellow Tail dude yeah baby dude that was so sick did that opened over him and they were just like sweat yeah wow damn he looks so much bigger underwater oh well he didn't look that big but he looked like a poor teenager oh [Applause] oh yeah start dude Nice Shot man yeah yeah yeah that was a big shark that thing was huge and then he was like almost like swim into the grouper wow body nice work yeah as soon as you see it right when you got in the water um I I was looking at the shark and then I saw him and then I went down thank you oh the cheeks that's like dessert right there they might break this guy down collars and oh yeah yeah fat slob look at how white that meat is [Music] about as good as it gets we are at Publix and I'm about to go inside and get everything to make some baked Key West style grouper who would have thought we got a black truck and a black grouper all on the same date but before I walk into Publix I'll take a little bit of video of the truck still getting pretty used to it so this won't be like a review video but this will be a damn look at that kind of video editor adds some music to this all right [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign I got some Florida oranges and some key limes because we're making a Key West baked grouper and here we have our grouper fillets and we also have the grouper collars which is like the throat meat and the grouper cheeks so we're gonna season them up put them in the pan bake them this pan is not that big so I'm just gonna cut a piece of the grouper fillet what a delectable piece of meat look at that that's a Primo piece of grouper you know what I'm gonna put this in there just like this I don't need to cut that down in this bag we have our grouper cheeks which is like the most delectable part of a grouper and then we have the grouper collar which you can see it's thin on it still but that's basically the collar or the throat of the fish and that's all the fish we're gonna put inside of here for now because that's all that's going to fit so let's season it up for seasonings we're going to use our garlic and onion and lemon pepper available on South Florida fishingchannel.com and whoops give it a don't go too heavy on the seasoning lemon pepper all right this filet I'm gonna do both sides take some butter and line the inside of your baking tray before we put the fish in there we're gonna take half of an orange and one lime we got our juice squeezer so we'll start with the lime and we will just squeeze it in there and we're gonna do half of an orange and the orange doesn't really fit in here can we still do it we gonna find out I don't think so okay squeeze the orange by hand oh squirt it everywhere smells heavenly let's put in our seasoned fish okay this actually might not fit um thank you and then the two grouper cheeks boom bam it is smelling good and to finish her off we're gonna squeeze another whole lemon on top of the fish this ain't no lemon this is a lime oh that just squirted all over the place squeeze one more orange on top we're gonna get real fancy with it we're gonna cut a couple of lime slices and orange slices and we're gonna lay that on top of the fish to help the fish contain some moisture and it absorbs some delicious flavors a couple of lemons there a couple lemons there a couple of limes [Music] the oven is preheated to 325 and we're gonna drop this beautiful beautiful Key West Style grouper in there and it should take maybe oh I don't know 15 20 minutes we'll just keep checking it until you can push a fork through it nicely and it's starting to flake easily then we know it's ready see you then it's been in the oven for like 30 minutes because it's a 325 it took way longer than I thought but I believe it is done now Fork poke test let's go actually that was still a little firm inside sorry fish maybe another like six minutes it's been another 10 minutes let's do the fork test oh yeah the fork goes straight through it that was a big filet of grouper so it took a while I also steamed some broccoli and carrots and I don't have any dishware so I'll just Boo this is my plate all right we're gonna try this is the collar look how flaky that is some premium meat we're gonna try the color first and then we're gonna try the filet here we go Key West style black grouper this is the color okay let me try the filet right off the bat I will say I should have put some salt on this it is not salty at all very very flavorful but no salty punch the grouper filet is perfectly salted because I put a little more of the garlic and onion seasoning on that and this is salted that bite was perfect I don't think I put enough seasoning on the collar let's try a grouper cheek tell you what though this is some beautiful looking white flaky meat grouper Cheeks is melt in your mouth delicious Carson thank you for giving me both the cheeks that is the best part of a grouper in my opinion here this is the rest of that cheek it's like a scallop hot very fresh flavors with the with the lime in the orange whoa the flay the grouper cheeks perfect the grouper collar could use a little bit of salt on it or maybe I just had a not salty piece hold on let me try a different piece from the other side of the fish this part this bite right here looks more seasoned you can see the seasoning on top of it so let's try that oh it has a bone in it I don't want to eat that okay that was an outer season crispy piece that was really good all right this is a very lean healthy easy way to prepare grouper I think if I was cooking for a big group of people this is probably would be a perfect thing to make I'll probably cook it at 350 next time so it goes a little quicker because at 3 25 this took a long time that took a while to cook I also have some cookies in the oven I am rewarding myself today it has been such a good day we got some exciting things
