[Music] what up dude bros i'm frank this is a series overview for the nerf modulus series 2020 update i made a modulus series overview many years ago this is an updated version with the same idea in this video i will summarize every nerf modulus blaster available right now show you them firing and give you my top picks if you'd like more information on any one of these blasters i'm going to discuss i already have a dedicated review on all of them so type that blaster name into my channel for a dedicated review this video is a brief overview of the entire series so let's get into it first up what is the modulus series it's very similar to the elite series but it uses white darts instead of blue the darts themselves are actually identical they're just colored a little different the nerf modulus series came out trying to be modular in order to be more tactical they emphasize tactical rails muzzle attachment points stock attachment points and really unique very cool attachments so if you're into tactics and customizing your stuff the modulus series is where it's at other than that it's very similar to elite and very similar to all of the other available blasters on the market right now so that's the intro to modulus let's get to the blaster breakdowns first up is the modulus this is actually called the modulus ecs10. ecs10 is the blaster's suffix the name is actually called modulus the modulus is a flywheel-powered semi-auto magazine-fed blaster very similar to a strife it features a barrel attachment point up here with an included modulus barrel tactical rail and a vertical grip another tactical rail another tactical rail and the cool modulus optic obviously it takes magazines and it comes with a cool 10 round banana mag which looks super tactical and a stock attachment point includes the modulus stock which i have pretty much bent which holds an extra magazine which is super tactical this was the first modulus blaster very cool when it came out with all of the rails but i think most people just stick to the strife instead of this one it's very similar to a strike except it has a longer faux barrel the modulus has a chrono velocity of 75 feet per second that is the modulus next up is the modulus battle scout unfortunately i lost mine i don't know where it went but the battle scout is a 10 round clip fed blaster that's spring-powered pump action the battle scout has a chrono velocity of 43 feet per second which is pretty bad it also comes with a very low quality camera if you want to record gameplay footage which i really wouldn't recommend i'm pretty sure your smartphone has a better camera than that but you know whatever that is the battle scout an absolute piece of garbage next up is the modulus ion fire the ion fire is spring-powered single-shot with a breech loading action to fire pull back in the priming handle you manually load your one dart into the breech shut the priming handle and fire the ion fire comes with this miniature little barrel extension but it has an in-strike barrel lug so if you want to put on a different barrel you can as a tactical rail under here another tack rail right here and a stock attachment point extremely tactical considering it's just a single shot breech loading pistol but the chrono velocity of the iron fire is 58 feet per second which is pretty bad that is the ion fire next up is the recon mark ii this is a spring-powered top prime magazine fed blaster up front we have the included barrel extension which has an in-strike tactical rail under here when you remove that it reveals a standard n-strike barrel lug we have another tack rail on the priming handle and a stock attachment point this is the included stock it's super short similar to the retaliator but that's a standard stock attachment point so if you wanted to throw something else on you can of course it's magazine fed and has an extra tactical rail over here on the side and the recon mark ii has a chrono velocity of 68 feet per second which is pretty close to average that is the recon mark ii next up is the tri-strike a unique blaster because it fires elite darts mega darts and missiles this is the core blaster itself this is a spring-powered magazine-fed blaster to prime you pull back on the bolt handle like that and it's magazine-fed so you can throw in other n-strike mags if you'd like to the core blaster even has slam fire for improved rate of fire up front it's got an in-strike barrel lug attack to cool rail and a stock attachment point if you've ever shot a long strike operating the tri-strike is very similar but it's shorter what makes this blaster special is the attachments though not the core blaster because it's pretty plain this is the front barrel attachment which can go on other blasters if you'd like it to but it slides on like that and the top it has a through barrel just like a normal barrel attachment but below it has four more barrels which hold nerf mega darts and this is a direct fire blaster so you pull out on the handle and pull in really quickly like the nerf thunderblast or the demolisher missile launcher but instead of a missile it fires mega darts like that it uses a smart ar system so it fires one at a time this is pretty helpful if your game types over value mega darts because you can slap this barrel attachment onto any blaster you'd like to and lastly is the missile launcher the barrel area is an in-strike attachment itself so this slides onto a tactical rail but in the rear it has a stock attachment point so it can actually connect to itself to act as a standalone launcher but if you want to attach it to this tri-strike you disassemble and attach it's even got another tack rail up here so if you want to put a scope or something up there you totally can one complaint i have about this launcher it makes this grip area extremely cramped and uncomfortable but it's pretty cool to be able to slap this missile launcher onto any in-strike blaster that has a stock attachment point and one rail this is also direct fire just like the front thing so it doesn't have a spring or an air tank you just pull back and push forward really fast just like the thunder blast in the demolisher missile launcher the chronograph readings of the tri-strike core blaster are 67 feet per second chrono of the front mega firing blaster is 44 feet per second and the chrono of the missile launcher is 40 feet per second the tri-strike is super unique because it fires three different projectiles which can be useful for certain game types if your game types over value missiles and mega launchers it's super cool to be able to slap these attachments on your stripe or a different blaster i personally don't really care about the tri-strike core blaster but the attachments are awesome that is the modulus tri-strike next up is the modulus regulator this is a flywheel-powered magazine-fed blaster what makes the regulator special is the selector switch it can fire semi three round burst or full auto so it's like a strife and a rapid strike with the tactical three round burst all wrapped up into one blaster up front we have a standard in-strike barrel lug so you can put on a different barrel if you'd like to these are the attachments that come with the blaster a gigantic carry handle and this cool attachment which has an n-strike attachment thing right here so you can attach a lot of blasters to this rail attachment which is pretty unique it's not really optimized for that because this attachment point is fairly weak but it's cool that you can pull it off up top we have another barrel attachment that they say attached to the top and it turns into a scope doesn't look anything like a scope but marketing good job hasbro standard in-strike magazine well but the mag release is inside the trigger guard which is a little weird in the back a stock attachment point you can change that out to something else and this stock can also hold a spare mag like that the selector switch is by far what makes the regulator special it's really the coolest thing about the blaster i was super excited when the regulator first came out because select fire is super awesome however there's a good amount of delay when you pull the trigger versus when it actually fires compared to a strike which is mechanically operated right when you pull the trigger that dartos injected and you shoot there's a small amount of electronic delay which i find just really frustrating i don't end up using the regulator because of that and the ergonomics are all weird because the magazine well is so far away from the front grip so when i go for a speed reload my muscle memory shoves the magazine into the blaster right here where the magwell should be on any normal blaster but the selector switch is still pretty rad i wish hasbro would fix it so it'd operate just a little bit snappier and quicker if they did then it would be awesome and it could honestly replace the stripe if they change the mag well and essentially just put the select fire switch into the strife platform but running on alkalines with that current draw i'm not sure that's possible i'm just dreaming here bros the chrono velocity of the regulator is 71 feet per second which is pretty much right on that 70 fps par for nerf elite blasters that is the regulator up next is the modulus strife oh yeah the strife if you haven't heard about it is a magazine fed flywheel semi-automatic blaster up front we have the included attachment that comes with the modulus strife not the orange or the blue strife which is the same piece that's included with the ion fire underneath it reveals the n-strike barrel lug so if you want to put on a different barrel other than this one you totally can in-strike tack rail under here with one of these cool vertical grips standard mag well which is compatible with all mags i've tried the included one's just a six round mag with semi-auto flywheel you'll probably want a bigger mag the traditional mag release which was just great the way that it was hasbro you didn't have to change it elite 2.0 psi because it allows you to extend your middle finger like this to activate it or use your offhand thumb to strike it so you can do either way a good design did not need to be revised or improved upon up top we have a tactical rail right here and a stock attachment point the strife is in my opinion just kind of the best elite or modulus platform to build on it works well it's simple if you want to add whatever stock you want to you can a different barrel you can it's just bare bones it's as small as you can reasonably make a semi-auto magazine fed blaster compared to the modulus which is a similar platform mechanically but the shell cosmetically is much larger so you can kind of turn the strife into anything i just like it it's probably my favorite dart blaster that nerf makes but if you've watched more than like three of my videos you probably know i just love the strife and the chrono velocity of the modulus strife is about 72 feet per second which is right on par with the elite standard that is the modulus strife next up is the modulus mediator and its attachments mediator core blaster is a spring-powered magazine fed pump action blaster but it's also got a detachable front barrel which is an air gun in itself and a stock which has an emergency pistol built in but starting with the core blaster this is spring powered pump action and it's also got slam fire so you can spew foam pretty quickly front and strike barrel lug so you can put on a different barrel if you'd like to attack rail up top and stock attachment point as well as a bonus tack rail over on the right side horizontal magazines like this are a little weird and take some time getting used to but it allows you to have pump action in an extremely small platform instead of something like the alpha trooper which is much longer than the mediator obviously if you have the magazine well right here then the pump action has to be in front of the magazine this allows you to have both in a very short platform and the corona velocity of the mediator core blaster is 65fps which is a hair under that 70fps part but overall a pretty usable blaster now to the front barrel attachment which is pretty cool it has a female in-strike barrel lug right there so you can put this on your strife or a different blaster if you'd like to like that along the top is a faux barrel so the mediator can shoot through it but down below are three barrels that you can front load like this and the mediator front barrel is an air gun so the pump you pull back on this little gray handle a couple times and when you're ready to fire it you press the orange button right here and that releases all three darts at the same time it's a three shot shotgun this is a pretty useful front barrel attachment you can pump this up and leave it loaded and sort of ignore it use your primary as you normally would but if you're reloading and you need to shoot somebody you can just pull that off in an emergency you can also leave it pumped and primed and if you're using something like a flywheel blaster you don't want to make noise if you're about to turn a corner because then the opponent will know you're coming and they can start shooting you so if you have this attached to a noisy or a flywheel blaster you can turn a corner in silence and not let your opponent know that you're coming they advertise this as also a standalone blaster if you push just a little button you can pull this handle down and then use this as a dedicated blaster but this trigger is just in a really unusual spot i really wouldn't recommend you use this as a standalone blaster but it's great as a barrel attachment and lastly the mediator stock which attaches like any other stock the length of this thing is gigantic i'm a big dude i'm about 6'4 and it's almost too long for me so if you're like a giant and every other nerf stock is too short for you definitely consider this one but it's not just a boring rigid stock it actually has a built-in emergency pistol right in there this pistol is a hammer action two-shot smart ar system so you fire off two shots one at a time it's even got a little n-strike tactical rail up there you can't put an attachment on and still shove it in there but it looks cool the stock also has this little belt clip built into it so if you want to slide that into your pants it turns into a holster for this pistol which is a pretty clever idea hats off to hasbro back in the day when they were making cool stuff dude burn you guys know what i'm talking about they've completely dropped the ball for the last like year and a half but that's a pretty cool stock that's the overview of the mediator next up is the modulus long strike this blaster is a spring-powered side prime magazine fed blaster this is a reskin of the original long strike however they did enhance the internals so this is competitive in the elite world the original long strike shot a lot softer than this one so it outperforms it by a lot the long strike is kind of the go-to dart blaster if you want to look like a sniper because it looks like a freaking sniper rifle up front we have this gigantic sniper looking barrel but that is a barrel attachment so if you want to put that on your strife you totally can it's also worth noting the inside diameter of this barrel is slightly wider than other barrel attachments so it doesn't negatively impact your performance as you might expect something of this length it obviously doesn't help you but it doesn't hurt that much and it's got attack rail on the top and the bottom with the included bipod attached but if you want to take that off you can the front of the long strike has an n-strike barrel lug but in my opinion this blaster doesn't really look good with any attachment except for the included one and come on it looks like a freaking sniper rifle why would you even need to change that but it's nice that it breaks down for storage in strike tack rail right here another one right here all these tack rails you put three scopes on here if you wanted to for triple the accuracy because that's how that works bros on this rail we have the included long strike scope which looks pretty cool it's identical to the original modulus scope with slightly different paint and down here we have the priming handle to prime you do that it's not a proper bolt action like the ultra ferro but it's pretty close and this is the included magazine it holds six nerf darts it has that cool looking appearance but that's a standard n-strike mag well so if you wanted to put in a drum you totally could you're a real sniper you use six around mags but do what you want i don't care and moving back the grip on the long strike is severely canted so it really feels like a traditional long gun or a bolt gun which adds to the overall sniper feel you pop out the bipod you can perch up and feel like a freaking sniper and the stock will also hold a magazine on each side two total for you know a quick reload the chrono velocity of the modulus long strike is 73 feet per second which is much harder than the original long strike however that's still just about what a strife is so obviously you're not going to be sniping at a longer range than other dart blasters available you don't buy this to actually act as a sniper you buy this to feel like a sniper and you do no scope for days bruh that is the modulus long strike next up is the modulus demolisher customizer pack the modulus is a magazine-fed flywheel-powered semi-automatic blaster very similar to a strife however the modulus has a permanently integrated missile launcher which is super cool this is a reskin of the original demolisher and they didn't change anything mechanically it's just painted white instead of orange however the customizer pack comes with all of these super cool attachments which is different than the original demolisher it's got a cool front barrel which attaches like any other barrel but it's got a rail on the top side and bottom that attaches to the standard n-strike barrel lug in the demolisher then we've got this missile holder thing which holds demolisher missiles which acts as a rail attachment which is really useful on a blaster like this with a missile launcher built into it this attachment here is a braille attachment but it holds in-strike magazines like that so if you want to attack reload without wearing tactical gear or something you can in the back is a standard stock attachment point and this cool stock is included which is probably the coolest looking stock nerf has ever made all these tactics top riser rear riser tac rail what will you put back there i don't care but it's cool that they give you the option to very cool looking stock one of my personal favorites the core demolisher blaster works very similar to a stripe so you rev it up and fire it's semi-auto mechanically operated just like the strike and in the front is the demolisher missile launcher so you load in a rocket like that pull this out and pull in hard this is almost an overwhelming amount of tactics but it's super cool looking the chrono velocity of the demolisher core blaster is 71 feet per second the chrono of the rocket launcher is 48 feet per second very cool blaster that is the modulus demolisher next up is the modulus ghost ops evader the go stop series is a subseries under the modulus series it is included in modulus and this blaster is the evader this is a flywheel-powered semi-automatic magazine-fed blaster comparable to the stripe in the drivetrain but it has a horizontal magazine so it feels considerably different the evader is in the go stop sub-series under modulus which means they painted the whole thing clear so it looks pretty cool and if you like to see how things work you can see the trigger action work you can see the batteries you can see everything because it's clear and up front is this trigger which activates these green lights so it looks super snazzy especially if you play at night or in the dark that just looks cool evader comes with this cool barrel attachment which is painted clear but it has a standard n-strike barrel lug so if you want to put on something else you can it's got an n-strike tactical rail up top down below and right here as well as a stock attachment point so you can put on a stock if you'd like to the chrono velocity of the evader is 77 feet per second which is a little over the 70 fps average the evader's got a very unique feel to it it feels almost like a sub gun not like a pistol like the strife i think the main selling point is the fact that it's painted clear it's super cool to see the trigger activate which is unique but that's an overview of the modulus go stops evader next blaster is also in the go stop series which again is a subset of the modulus series this is the shadow the shadow is a spring-powered top prime internally mag fed blaster which is pretty unique to load this one you push darts into the internal magazine like this this is a magazine but it's not a detachable magazine so to reload it you have to shove darts into it you can't quickly drop out the magazine and throw in a fully loaded one like most other modulus blasters the priming handle is painted clear so it's invisible but it's right here that's how you prime it up front we have a clear barrel attachment but that is detachable you can put this on your stride for a different blaster or put something else on the front of this if you'd like to on the side we have two in-strike tactical rails for double your tactics then another one on the bottom and another one down here not even sure what you put all over these rails but they look freaking sweet don't they and in the rear we have an n-strike stock attachment point for that this is a really weird blaster and i haven't really heard any praise to it because it just doesn't really fill a role that people really want it's so big that you can't really holster it by the time you get this big you can get a mediator or recon or a retaliator something with a detachable magazine which is just far more practical so it's really cool but i think it's just gimmicky it lights up like this when you push the bottom trigger and because it's painted clear with the lights it looks super cool at night but other than that i don't really see another point to buy this one but that's just me and the chrono velocity is 53 feet per second which is way below average so it looks super cool but i don't really recommend anyone buy this one that is the shadow that's it for the main modulus blasters now to some accessory blasters first is the blaster stock the blaster stock is a stock attachment point that's also a single shot spring blaster so you can attach it to a blaster and use it like a stock but at the top here we have a front barrel which you can load like this so if you run around in the game and your blaster goes down you can pull this off and use it as a backup blaster it even has a tack rail up here if you want a mount to scope or something but it's got a t-style priming handle you prime like that then you fire it's not an over performer by any means it's certainly not a primary but it's a pretty usable stock that is the blaster stock next up is the grip blaster this is actually a tactical attachment this isn't a rail this is an attachment point so you put this blaster onto a rail then you can front load the two barrels like this and prime the t-style priming handle down here this fires one at a time using a smart ar the grip blaster only has a chrono velocity of 59 feet per second which is considerably under that 70 fps par but for backup emergency pistols that's actually okay and it's not supposed to be like a primary you're supposed to put this on your primary like this so you're shooting and then you can shoot this one off instead of your primary which is a pretty functional attachment it's definitely more usable than like a red dot or a laser sight that is the grip blaster next up is the barrel strike this blaster is a spring-powered t-style prime with a four-shot smart ar it shoots one at a time not a shotgun but what makes this unique is this is actually a barrel attachment so you can put this on the front of your blaster this little front piece is just a faux barrel to allow your primary to shoot through this works as a pretty comfortable fore grip as well but up front it has a four barrel smart ar system which can be front loaded pretty simply and for every prime you get one shot so four shots in a row which is pretty cool considering it's just a barrel attachment just like the mediator front barrel this could be very useful attached to a flywheel blaster so if you need to turn a corner silently this can be primed ready to go silently so you don't have to pre-rev the corner to be ready to fire with your flywheel blaster and if you wanted to run this alone for some reason you can push this little button and extend this little stock it's like a little too small to be a reasonable stock but you know it looks cool mostly a gimmick but it actually has a legitimate place in our hobby and the barrel strike shoots about 51 feet per second on the chrono that is the barrel strike next up is the stock shot this blaster's spring powered primed with a t-style priming handle with a four-shot smart ar front system so you can front load your four darts like this and fire it off like this it's very similar to the barrel strike however the stock shot is not the barrel it's the stock so you can extend this little front thing and then attach it as a stock so i'm using my strife and then i don't want to use my strife and i want to use this thing so you can have your barrel strike and your stock shot for all these extra blasters all attached to the stripe tactics bro this is what the modulus series is supposed to be about the stock shock also has a chrono velocity of 51 feet per second which is pretty low and that's even just a little under the emergency backup par but considering it's just a stock and it has a four shot capacity that's pretty functional however in my opinion it's a very wobbly stock i wouldn't use this because of that and it's just a little more intrusive and invasive than other stocks available i mean it technically works but it's very wobbly and a little uncomfortable but it's gimmicky and cool so yeah that is the stock shot so that is it for all of the blasters in the modulus series now i'm going to go over a couple of the accessories available i'm not going to cover every single one of them because a lot of them are pretty self-explanatory first up is the modulus go stops chrono barrel this is a chronograph and dart counter that you can attach to the front of your blaster in my opinion this is the most functional thing you could attach to the barrel of your nerf blaster so it attaches like any other barrel attachment then when you fire it gives you the chrono readings my batteries might be a little low and that is exactly why it's so useful when you see your chrono drop in a flywheel power blaster you know maybe you should change your batteries and if your spring is shooting like crap you might have to clean your o-ring or something it also has a count up and a countdown feature which is pretty cool and for 10 us dollars it's ridiculously underpriced people have sold 3d printed versions of something just like this for like 60 us dollars and it's painted clear so it's super tactical that is the modulus chrono barrel if you're interested in this i really recommend you check out my dedicated video review on this product i go over more of its features and how it works in detail type in chrono barrel into my channel and you'll find that video next up is the night vision scope in the modulus series i'll save you some time this is not worth purchasing especially at the 50 msrp that this thing launched at it's just a little camera with a tiny little monitor it's not really night vision it doesn't really help you see but you know it looks cool it's super tactical if you could find one for like under 10 bucks it might be worth it but spending over 20 on this would just be a total waste of money in my opinion but this slides onto the top rail just like any other optic and it's supposed to help you see in the dark it doesn't though i have a dedicated review on this product as well to explain why you should not buy it but that is the night vision scope now i'll quickly go over the rest of the modulus attachments that i have here in my studio they were originally selling these as kits but now they're kind of selling them individually so i'll just represent them individually this thing is a little tactical light attachment so you can put it on to attack rail when you turn it on it emits a laughably weak led light it's not helpful as a flashlight at all but it looks pretty cool so if you're going for style points that's useful next is the modulus bipod originally sold with the little sniper kit the long range kit this slides on like any other in-strike attachment and then you can lower these bipod legs to stabilize your shot it's a pretty wobbly attachment so it's not actually going to help you stabilize shots but it looks pretty cool if you're building like a sniper looking blaster you've got to have a bipod just for the looks this is this is not the best example of a blaster to put this on but that is the modulus bipod next you have these modulus little sock bombs that came in the cqb kit i think it comes with these attachments which attach to in-strike rails then you can clamp them in like that so the idea is you have it on your blaster so if somebody gets really close to you pull it off and throw it at them like a sock kill an hvz they're extremely lightweight though so they're really hard to throw further than like 15 or 20 feet if you're really into that you might build homemade socks and attach some velcro like hvziers do next is the modulus long range barrel which is a barrel attachment if you're trying to make your blaster look like a sniper rifle you should probably add one of these a scope and the bipod it's not going to help you shoot more accurately but it looks sweet and that's the point next we have the camera unit from the battle scout i've seen these sold individually and separately this is supposed to be an action camera that attaches to your rail like this however this is a very low quality low resolution camera and unless you run it on a gimbal your blaster is most likely jerking around like a lot which creates nauseating very shaky footage which is more or less unwatchable and 720p is pretty low resolution i think most people's smartphones actually record at higher resolutions than this thing so i'd save your money i wouldn't really recommend this one but at least they tried way to go hasbro extremely gimmicky wouldn't recommend it you got the laser targeting site which emits a super weak little light it's not really going to help you aim it's very gimmicky but this just like the other tech light looks cool so for style points pretty awesome if if you're into that kind of thing this thing is actually included with the demolisher customizer pack but that's a pretty cool attachment this is a rail attachment in itself so you put that on a rail and then it has three more rails which can be bent and folded a little bit so you can put on different attachments it effectively turns one tack rail into three tack rails which is pretty tactical it's pretty wobbly though so be careful with how much weight you mount to it next is the modulus storage shield so this attaches like a normal and strike attachment like that then it's a storage shield because you can store darts in these little holes elite darts and mega darts and i would not recommend you leave your darts in here too long or you can like permanently indent them but um it folds and that's that's that on the topic of shield here is another modulus shield attaches like that this one is much smaller it's also see-through but it's uh translucent so you can't really see clearly but light is transmitted so you know it looks pretty snazzy and this one also folds down that is that next is the modulus storage stock which attaches like any other stock but in the back it's a storage stock because it has a hole back here so you can you know store stuff in there hence storage stock hey look it's stored now it's not it's also adjustable and looks pretty cool that is the storage stock and last accessory in this overview is the modulus bayonet attachment this has an attachment point right here so you can put that on like that first it looks super cool very intimidating but if your game allows it you can also use this as a barrel tapping device just be careful you don't over tap and hit somebody with the plastic that could be uncomfortable but since it's so light it doesn't like mess with the balance of the blaster so it's pretty useful and functional that is the bayonet attachment that is not every single modulus accessory available right now but that is most of them the optics and stuff you can kind of look at it they're all cosmetic anyways the scope is not going to help you aim more accurately so buy whatever you think looks coolest if you're looking to make your blaster look cool that is an exhaustive overview of the modulus series now i will show you all of these blasters firing modulus [Music] am i on fire [Music] recon mark ii [Music] tri-strike main blaster tri-strike mega blaster [Music] mega blaster round two [Music] try strike missile launcher [Music] regulator blaster stock [Music] grip blaster [Music] barrel strike [Music] [Music] stock shot [Music] so that is the firing demo of the modulus series overview now to my top picks what would i recommend in the modulus series for the modulus series i've chosen five things to recommend that you consider this is a subjective list not the best of the best just coop's recommendations or my personal top picks in no particular order i'm starting with the chrono barrel the chrono barrel is in my opinion the absolutely most functional thing you could put on the front of your blaster having your chrono data available to you while you're playing is extremely useful especially if your flywheeler if your batteries start to go or you're using a different dart and you realize wow i'm shooting 10 fps slow you can see it numerically objectively right in front of you the count up and countdown features are also super useful but i personally like the chrono unit the most and for 10 us dollars it's super underpriced in my opinion i definitely recommend you consider one of these so that's my first top pick the chrono barrel my next top pick is the modulus long strike modulus long strike performs pretty well and i think it's one of the best sniper rifles that nerf sells not as a functional sniper rifle mind you but as far as getting the emotional response of feeling like a sniper it's it's one of the best and at 73 fps chrono velocity it shoots like most other blasters on the market as opposed to the original long strikes in some of the reskins of the long shot they didn't upgrade that quite as well as they upgraded this one long strike just looks super cool i think it's one of the coolest looking sniper rifles that nerf sells and for that reason it's in my top picks that is the long strike the next top pick is the demolisher customizer pack this is one of the most tactical packages that nerf sells all of these tactics the adjustability it's just freaking sweet if you're into tactics definitely consider this one even if you don't care about the demolisher core blaster this stock is the coolest looking stock that nerf makes in my opinion it's got this cool mag attachment thing the missile launcher and that rail extension which i showed you and this barrel extension has three attack rails which is pretty cool the core blaster is pretty cool and all but unless your game types specifically overvalue missiles i don't think it's worth the bulk but you could buy this and put all of these attachments on your strife that is the modulus demolisher customizer pack next up on my top picks is the modulus long range kit the long range kit comes with the long-range barrel a bipod in the modulus scope this is the long strike scope not the actual modulus scope but it looks just like this with different paint this makes the top picks list because if you want to make your blaster look and feel like a sniper rifle this is it every sniper rifle ever needs a super cool looking barrel an awesome looking scope and a bipod and this kit has it all if you're not trying to look like a sniper obviously this isn't going to help you it's not going to help performance at all but if you're going for that emotional reaction definitely consider this kit that is the modulus long range kit and my last top pick for the modulus series i know most of you have already guessed it the modulus strife the strife holds a special part in my heart i absolutely love the blaster i like how it operates i love how it feels stock attachment point barrel attachment point enough tech rails to add enough tactics and after some pretty basic modifications it performs extremely well in stock form you know it's not a great performer but it works okay the motors get bogged down a little bit but i still love the modulus strife however if you are a stock class nerfer and you don't mod at all i would really recommend you consider the adventure force spectrum instead of this one the adventure 4 spectrum actually outperforms the strife in almost every single way if you're a modder you can upgrade the strife to get up to the spectrum's performance but if you don't ever open your blasters or want to learn how to solder the spectrum might be for you but the stripe will always hold a special place in my heart i absolutely love this blaster which is why it makes my top picks that is the modulus strife okay that's it that is the series overview for the modulus series the goal was to break down the whole series so you have a better understanding what it offers and what you might enjoy in it if you'd like any more information on any specific item that i've mentioned in this video search that item name into my channel you should find a dedicated review video on that product this was meant as a quick summary of the whole thing just like other series overviews so that's it thanks so much for watching if you guys want to see a series overview for something else let me know in the comment section below that concludes this video thanks so much for watching bros and as always stay tactical [Music] you
