TOP 5 NERF GUNS! (Favorite, Worst, Under $30, and Best of Each Series)

hey what's up you guys it's Aaron today I'm gonna be doing a top five nerf gun video top five everything my top favorite blasters my top five least favorite blasters my top blasters in each series and my top five lashes that you can get for under $30 are you guys ready well let's do this so we'll start with a zombie strike blasters strike and my favorite zombie strike series blaster is the sling fire I use this a lot for nerf meets zombies one and two my character uses this blaster probably the most the reason this is one of my top favorite blasters the zombie strike is because it's a lot of fun because it has this handle right here she used to Prime but the reason it is number one is because you can do this right here I love that it's so cool probably a six dart mag is actually the best oh you can spin it you can put a bigger one in there if you want put a 22 in there hey that actually still works never mind I'm gonna show you guys how to do this real quick so we're gonna take you take your middle finger I'm gonna put it up the bottom of the handle put forward till it clips then you point the gun towards you and then you let go and it falls forward and then you just catch it and to finish it off you're gonna use your hands to push it forward to spin it around so up and then use your hand that's got on the handle to spin it forward and catch it you can do other stuff too like try using one hand like I'm not very good at though putting in eight or two or no sangre does that that real like shotgun it so if you want to do it one-handed I just put three fingers in and then you got to like you kind of force it up and then Austin let me stop baby alright on to my favorite modulus blaster and that is the regulator which just came out this year I think it is awesome because it is full auto or you can do triple burst or single fire so it's got select fire mode just right here put it on single at first so you just rev it up in the back here and we'll do a semi fire there we go this thing looks awesome it's got a whole bunch of attachments you can put an extra mag in the back here with the stock that it comes with these are scope slash barrels as you can like attach them together and do all different sort of stuff with them which is definitely important for the modulus line there you go if you want to make it look completely different got a pretty cool handle on it I think you get a lot more bang for your buck because of these reasons rather than something like the regular standard modulus or the tri strike and I think the main reason for me is just because it's full auto so we'll try out the full auto right here [Music] now it's not a lot faster because it does have a lipo in there's a little red light here that flashes once it realizes that it's out of ammo so that's pretty cool as well and it's one of my favorites that they've released in a long time because of that as well so definitely my favorite modulus elastic all right so my favourite vortex blaster is new nerve vortex they practice they don't really make the vortex blasters so much anymore they used to a while back and the vortex ones are the blasters that shoot these green disks promising just at the front fires pretty good pretty accurate and decently far I like this one because I find it's very reliable everything with it is pretty simple and this one doesn't Jam as much as some of the other ones and it's easy to switch your mags in and out as well my favourite doom lands blaster is this he subdue lands the vagabonds this blaster looks awesome it's extremely reliable easy to spin easy to prime and fire it's got how much dust this thing it comes with six shots and it's really easy to reload because the drum or barrel or whatever easy cost thing is it's open so then just fire it again and then you can just put more darts and spin this I think it's easier to use it's simpler and takes up less space then a lot of the other zoom lens blaster so this is definitely my favorite let's do this my favorite nerf melee weapon that is out there is the Marauder sword the water longsword it's nurse nothing bad probably they don't make these things anymore so they're kind of rare that's probably one of the reasons why it's one of my favorite it's just absolutely massive it kind of reminds me of like the sort from Zelda I think a lot of cosplayers used to use this and probably still do I want to use it in more videos as well for my favorite n-strike elite blaster at new nerf n-strike elite it's a tie between the strife and the rapid strike it's because there are a decent price and they're both super easy to mod and they look pretty awesome as well the strife is one of the best overall nerve blasters that are out there especially for modding there are so many mod kits out there it's really easy to take apart rewire paint it I've done a couple mods myself so if you're looking for a good blaster to start modding with the strife is definitely an easy one to do and there's so many videos and tutorials and stuff online of how to do it my other favorite n-strike elite blaster is the rapid strike because of this full auto also the stock on the back is adjustable there's a light ball in here so it's got a little bit more power than the standard rapid strike this is also really cool the guys from ammo counter sent me this so you can just turn this on here and you can set it to how many darts there are this is a 22 mag so it'll actually count down as you fire each dart to let you know how many darts you have left in the mag so thanks to the guys from ammo counter for sending me this there'll be a link in the description if you want to check that out and it fits on most of the standard Nerf blasters that are out there so I'll show you how it works [Music] and then BOOM countdown lets me know five darts are available so yeah really versatile really easy to use really popular blaster I'm a fan as well and my favorite mega blaster is the mega Macedon mega monster done this thing is absolutely huge it can shoot 24 darts and when we say the biggest we mean huge it's a lot better than something like the rhino fire because you can actually rev it up here and then you pull the trigger and it'll fire and it is full auto as well which i think is pretty awesome the batteries are pretty low on this right now but if you get brand new batteries which I think it takes six D batteries any freaking a blaster that takes sixty batteries is annoying but it's got a lot of power to it and it can go through 24 darts pretty quickly also it's super easy to reload because this spin extremely easy and then you can just pop all the darts back in which is awesome so test this thing out I love the Magadh darts cuz it makes that whistle sound when you fire them so I think it's the most reliable mega gun out there well let's just jump into my top five blasters just to let you know these are not the five best Nerf blasters out there these are just my top five blasters mostly because of nostalgia or sentimental reasons and I've just used him in different videos and stuff and I just really liked them number five is a blaster you wouldn't expect boom the Centurion it is full of sands we use this in nerf warfare recently and we shot at a sand and gravel pit and it is so full of sand can't even freakin prime it so I'm gonna have to open this up and clean it out it also has a scope on here that I just bought from Amazon makes it look epic and legit but it's not a nervous kelp at all the reason this is my top 5 is because this is the first blaster that I got three years ago to start off my nerf collection I've used it in a whole bunch of videos this inch round is actually a horrible blaster for performance it doesn't shoot any farther than any of the other mega guns and it's just like this massive gun that takes up a lot of space but it just looks so cool gets so big when we say the biggest we mean huge and it's just one of my favorites because I've used it a ton and it's one of the first blasts years that I got several years ago to start this all off number four is another mega gun that you wouldn't expect mega Magnus the reason this is one of my favorites is because I use this in the elite nerf wars film that I did a couple years ago I was looking for a blaster that looked like a massive still and I found this one online when I just started off my nerf arsenal again and I thought it was super awesome it's super comfortable easy to fire can shoot three shots in a row it's like a massive pistol and I just like it cuz it was the main gun in my elite inner-force film my main character buys it online and then he goes aside to play with it and a bully who's the bad guy the film ends up stealing the mega Magnus and then the rest of the film is them trying to get it back and I don't know just because of that film that's one of my favorite films that I've ever done and because this is the main gun it just it means a lot to me so I really like the Magnus and I use it in a ton of videos as well number three on my top 5 blasters is the blazing bow blazing bow shoots these foam arrows here I have 10 of these by the way these gonna reload easy to shoot pull back here switch another arrow and these are one of my favorite blasters is because it's really easy to have legit knife wars with these the arrows are really easy to find and pick back up off the ground and because of that you can have constant nerf wars with your buddies sadly they don't make the big bat bow which is gonna make it into the top two here in a second these are the blasters that they still make and sell today so I've used this a whole bunch just to have nerf wars with and in my videos as well and I remove the safety restrictor out of the tip so that even if the arrow is only on halfway you can still fire it because the stock version you have to have the arrow all the way on and if you don't it won't fire and it's a piece of garbage if you've watched the channel for a while you probably know what my two top favorite nerf guns are and they are the nerf nemesis and the nerf big bad bow I really can't decide which one is number one and number two because they are both so awesome big bad bow is one of my favorites because when I was a kid my mom came home with like 12 of them once and we used to have nerf wars with the big bed bows all the time again easy to fire easy to reload and then someone fires an arrow at you just pick it up off the ground go again and you just keep going we would play that everyone has two lives and then the last man standing or the last team standing wins and it was just a ton of fun also they're really easy to mod and now they're also pretty rare I actually have ten of these because I bought almost all of them off of ebay and then modded them myself so because that we can have nerf wars that are a ton of fun and you don't lose your there's purple or red and so yeah when I was a kid we used to have 12 these purple ones and now I got like five red and five purple I wish they still made these I would buy even more my other top five favorite either number one or two the Nemesis here is something that I waited years for a nerf to create this thing is full auto fits a hundred rounds in the top here and then it's also super easy to reload you just Rev it up here you can get rechargeable batteries in the back or D batteries this thing is just awesome it looks awesome also I'm using head shot ammo in here that you can just get off of Amazon right I think it's like 20 bucks you can get 110 rounds I think they have somewhere around like seven eight or nine different colors so if you want to get head shot ammo which is I think the best way to get bulk rival rounds this is one of my favorite colors that you can get the half white half blue there will be an amazon link down in the description down below and if you use that link it'll also be an affiliation link for me so it also help out the channel and I definitely recommend you use the head shot ammo because I use a ton and I think it's awesome also you can finally get the Nemesis pretty much everywhere now at first it was only released in Canada at Toys R Us now it is on amazon.com and amazon.ca I think it's even on Walmart calm as well so you can pretty much get the Nemesis everywhere now it's a high price point at a hundred US dollars but I still think it is one of the best nerf guns out there it is extremely reliable full auto and I can just talk about the Nemesis all day it's so awesome alright so that is the top five now let's move on to my top five least favorite blasters that are it hit there so number five on my top 5 least favorite blasters out there is one you want to expect I actually use it a ton and it is the rhino fire it looks awesome it's this huge turret that comes with 225 drums so it can shoot 50 darts out of it or you can get even bigger clips or mags if you want it's gonna put two 22s in here for right now the reason this makes it in the top 5 least favorite is because of one major flaw this right here you have to push halfway down to rev it up before you fire otherwise it'll Jam pretty much every time so watch this not firing and then and it's still jammed is the battery zillow freaking rhino fire me I swear so we'll wrap it up and then we'll fire Oh God this one looks like a freakin leave that 22 workers look like a spaceship that's ridiculous my friends use this blaster all the time in my video and they don't realize that you have to push it down to rev it up and most other people and kids out there don't really that you have to do either so they just start pressing down the button and it jams almost every freaking time like it's such a bad design it needs to have a rev button separate from a button to actually fire the blaster if I just push this down all the way it's gonna jam already even though I don't know what's wrong this blaster is jamming constantly already [Music] [Applause] [Music] another thing that really bothers me about the rana fire is the fact that it has two separate spots for mags you only have one mag in you can't rev it up you can't turn it on until both mags are in and then the safety switches will be closed then you can actually start revving it up and fire at any blaster that has two separate spots that you gotta have the freaking magazine to fires such as this blaster right here I find extremely annoying alright I have two rana fires so the other one just might be broken or something like that and hopefully this one works a little bit better so we're gonna rev it up [Applause] there we go the fact that it's got two mags the fact that it takes six D batteries double the mags just means double the chance of a jamming so I'm doing this right and I'm still having problems jamming I'm letting it rev up and then I'm pulling the trigger all the way down let's try this one more time rev it up [Applause] and then fire so that is why the Rhino fire makes it on the top five list number four on my least top favorite blasters is the ravager this thing is super annoying because when you prime it back hey that actually worked pretty good after you problem the back and fire this thing will spin and go to the next Dart but yeah like that right there no misfire and sometimes it'll get stuck there it misfired there we go the fact that after you fire it spins I think it's a horrible design and sometimes it'll get stuck about halfway and then it won't fire and it'll misfire also I don't think it looks that great it's just Oh so knowing I do not like it come on nerve number three on the top five least favorite blasters is double breech darts going aside here and then fire from the back and fire now it has a spot for four mega darts here and this freaking can't open unless you run this back and then you can put in two more darts a problem this is the darts fall off way too easy especially when you're running around or moving it or putting it up in or something like that all the darts will fall off they'll get crushed it takes way too long for two shots I just don't like the breach distant blasters and they have the twin chocolate for this now which is like the rough cut which has eight spots on the front or sections of two and then every time you prime it and fire it shoots two darts come on nerf number two on the list is the RIP shot now hit this blaster because it takes way too long just to fire one freaking dis so we have a disk in there it has to be pushed in before you can prime it back you prime it back by or one disk then you gotta push it forward and then you can reload it with the disk push it back in there then prime it back and fire it again the fact that this thing doesn't push forward I just think it's super I think it's just super dumb also it looks ugly and yeah not a fan come on nerf and my least favorite blaster is this the Chewbacca bow caster bow blaster so it can fit four darts in the which is okay yes the reason this is my least favorite is because only fire is one at the time and it actually uses the string right here it doesn't use the spring our plunge or anything that it uses this string can I put a chart in and then you either go under the dart and come on scratch it like I just did and then you gotta pull it all the way back and make it clip and then fire one dart and it's not very powerful or you can clip it in the knowing safety feature that won't let you fire it without a dart and then this goes back so one reason why it's so bad is because it's attachment right here they'll actually like get in the way trying to close it stupid attachment so you gotta like avoid it and then look at that actually you can accidentally wrap it around here by accident which is horrible also this little school thing which is completely useless nobody got time for that gets in the way and then Wow performance on that is unreal well yep still clipped around the edge I swear it shoots like fifteen or twenty feet also because it's a Star Wars blaster it's like super expensive any of the ones that the Star Wars logo on it instantly is like double the price that it should be so Oh filming this thing for a nerf Star Wars gun game was like a pain in the butt so hit that crap out of here nobody got time for that come on nerd this ain't one of the top five but this one gets an honorable mention this stock the modulus I think it's just such a horrible design so we take a modulus here and we put this on it's a pretty sturdy stock it's cool though because this stock is actually got its own blaster in there so you can prime it back here and then awkwardly have an extra gun an extra shot or do that which is adorable I don't know come on there so the next list is my top 5 starter blasters for about under $30 so this is for people are kids out there who don't have that many nerf guns or just getting the nerf gun for the first time and they're wondering what is the best blaster to have for a cheap price and that I would say would be reliable for your nerf wars they're just having around the house number 5 for this list is a rough cut it's extremely reliable super easy to use super easy to fire just put the darts right in the front prime front back you can slam fire if you want some people think it's really cool that it shoots two darts at a time I think that's annoying whenever we're filming and we get a whole bunch of people together one of the main flashes that I give out to random people that show up that haven't used any of the nerf stuff that much is the rough cut because it's so simple to use and it's so reliable now I have like four of these from just buying like random used nerf bundles out there people always have these in their bundles because they're just really popular and tons of people have them so definitely recommend getting this one number four is the destructor prime from the back let it go and then fire and it's also got slam fires a lot the reason all these blasters make it in the list is because they're extremely easy to reload you're extremely reliable and they don't Jam that often so the disruptor fits all of those requirements also I think it's a really good size and it looks awesome for a pistol next up is the hammer shot again simple reliable easy to reload it's small and really easy to use I'm in the back and there you go you can slam fire and the hammer shot is a blaster that lots of people like to mod because it's very simple to mod I've modded one of these with an orange mod works kit as well I've painted one or two really easy to open it up and just paint the shell and change the internals and stuff like that so definitely a mod favorite very simple to use and very reliable next up is the cyclone shock so whenever we have bad guys in my films a lot of times give them the cyclone shock because it's again a very simple easy to use just like the hammer shot or disruptor applying it from the back and fire doesn't really jam cuz there's not really that many ways for it to jam and then when the bad guys are firing at the good guys in the film and it's a lot easier to see the darts flying through the air because they're bigger and they're bright red the number one blaster that I recommend buying for approximately three dollars or under is the nerf strife as I already said super reliable easy to use rev it up and just go there we go very rarely jams you just switch the mag out and if you want to mod it this is definitely the blaster to start with boom those are my top 5 blasters for the different categories that we did I hope you guys learned something and enjoying the video this is all
