Neighbor Calls The Police on Young Investor!

what's going on guys all right so we're out here at a house and now want to work on the contract to pick up home and for whatever reason the neighbor has called the police on us I just wonder so ma'am did they say when the police would be on the way so she just walked on the inside but I mean this is what we go through young black man I hear trying to do what's right and we get police called on so it hasn't been the first time I've seen this but we've got our paperwork in order we got our contract we have a statement from the owner saying that we can enter the house so I mean I'm really not sure what she wants me to do other than leave the neighborhood but like says one we're gonna keep moving forward with so I'll let you guys know soon as police gets here ma'am cuz they're waiting for the police do you know where they are other way no [Music] [Music] okay I was just waiting on police because I don't want you to come here behind me and do something I thank you don't you I gotta pull these right there hey you doing please just pull it up guys they think we're breaking in the anteroom got the sign out right here you got our paperwork I'm saying even even if you are inside the residence right right right okay receive burglary unless I've got a victim an owner exactly can't prosecute okay now do you mind telling her that because I really do not want her coming behind me I honestly feel threatened and if it's a if it's a way that I can do this I would like to file a complaint against her because there was no reason to do that she she came out threatened to call the police on me she was screaming and shouting I didn't do anything all I'm trying to do was get any get my pictures I mean that's pretty much it but the best I can do on that as I can notate the complaint okay I would definitely like to do that okay well yeah that's fine she but in that case that's fine I mean I just don't want to be harassed while I'm doing my station okay like I see any paperwork you need to see if we are together no we what we do is we buy them as is and then we turn right around and sell them to investors what if it might be but the main areas that I've working and I work out in Frazer on a few out there but for this one we're going term but back right right back around just replaced the latch yes the same lady right here she went crazy on me yeah I don't know what's going on right now we already have the house under contract I got on the contract subject to inspection that's my business card I'm an investor that's my company website and everything I put the sign there so people will know that we're interested in the house so all I have to do is get my pictures yeah let's talk see you got me a little skate like say she's saying something about paperwork I don't have to so hurt my paperwork she's not the owner okay yeah yeah I just wanted to make sure you get this on camera I'm sorry no it's okay this good footage I'm gonna call your souls I five minutes all right I'm they gonna say for five minutes guys I'm gonna get these pills nothing together we get pictures it's house it's Superdog and often try to get out of here now so there's a lady goes crazy the police waiting outside to actually take me so this went away they need to go I send it back anybody else over here they might have some issues with the lair so we're gonna back outside now board up it don't matter how we do it this is gonna be a good story tale this first time isn't happy lady call the police Tommy you know what he called upon these home [Music] alright guys so that was crazy right there the neighbor literally just came outside while I was going in to do my inspection on the house and asked me what are you doing here and I told hey I'm an investor here's my sign I always put a bandit sign out in front of a vacant house so people know that I'm an investor that I'm going in the house and she said no why don't you just leave get off the neighborhood we'll hold on ma'am I'm here to do my inspection you know let me do my job so then she threatened to call the police on me which they came as you saw in the video but again as you saw in the video they were completely in my favorite because I had all of my paperwork with me I had my contract with me and I had a permission to I had a phone with permission to enter in the house so I mean we were good and at the end I mean you saw him sitting there having fun with police because they understood the situation and they could tell that the lady was crazy but just goes to show you guys that this type of stuff is still going on I mean you know why the lady called the police on me I don't look threatening I'm by no means do I look threatening I keep my business cards on me I keep my contracts on me I keep signs on me just so people know hey I'm here to look at a house but at the end of the day she just did not want me in her neighborhood so it got to the point where she started to talk bad to the policemen and telling it they weren't doing their job because they let me enter into the house but keep in mind I had the actual owner on the phone talking to the police letting them know like hey he's fine he's over there to check out my house he's interested in buying it and she heard the owner on the phone and was screaming you won't him in your house why do you want him in your house so come on guys we know what that's all about but at the end of the day she look real dumb so I'm going home happy to pull these they were on my side I told him hey stay here protect me because she's crazy she comes in after me I don't know if I'm gonna make out laughs but to be honest I'm just happy to be going home now I'm gonna go home and see my wife I'm about to hug her I'm about to see my son made to see another day didn't go to jail so ain't we think we are here we're gonna flip some houses let's keep it going pee [Music]

My neighbor once called the fire department on me because I had an "out of control brush fire" going on in my backyard. Fire marshal came down my driveway already starting to fill out a citation. He turned the corner and saw that it was actually a small burn pile that was in a barrel and had a hose immediately next to it. "Oh, is that all you're doing? Well shit, that looks fine to me. Have a good day." Turned around and left. My neighbor then sat in his car angrily for 45 minutes because he is insane.

I kept thinking that this guy, an investor, is going to have a hard time flipping a property with a neighbor like that. If it isn't the racist aspect, it'll be every day things that will have her harassing the new owners. She's used to an empty house and nobody there. The grass will be too long. The trash cans are too close to her property. The music you're listening to is too loud and there's too much smoke coming from your grill. Trust me, I live next to a woman like her.

The neighborhood that I grew up in, Southeast Texas, had a similar situation. A black family moved into the neighborhood and their neighbors called the cops on them. The cops were told that the family couldn't be there because they were black.

The caller was fined for false reporting and I think later arrested for threats.

Never in my life did I think that I would see something like this happen irl.

Edit: For everyone asking this happened in Willis which is about 50 miles north of Houston. I want to say around 1996.

Police officer here, dude seriously the number of people the call us to enforce their "rules" of how society should act makes me want to rip my hair out. When you drop that knowledge on these racist/crybabies and explain to them how fucking wrong they are will leave you with a justice boner.
