hey y'all we just finished up a crazy weekend of training lots of fitness lots of food lots of fun times all the good jams and i'm excited for you all to see it so i hope you enjoy it i'm the point that got the swag i don't know when it got him sad i'll do this [Music] [Music] but i need like a playlist you know drake's playlist like any song you enjoy having the ox yeah we're jamming in here drake's new album what's up [Music] what's up good job so fast so fit i've been doing a lot of like lifting and accessory work with like one or two amazon today so already too hard metcon's deep and uh i'm feeling it feeling it feels good though it's fun working out with mouse just so fun to work out with and he's a good girl we have a lot of fun together little babies we've changed the music for every workout we're just having so much fun music the baby little baby hop smoke who's feisty all about [Music] all the rappers ten seconds [Music] um [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] my pistols were scary we just finished our third intense met con of the day it's more of my con's than i've done in a hot minute i'm feeling it it was 50 cow row or tom 50 cow row 100 foot dumbbell overhead walking lunge with a 70 right arm 50 feet left arm 50 feet 40 pistols 30 depths of handstand pushups with 245s and then back down so 40 150. it hurt rip our shoulders and today we've listened to three different soundtracks and i don't know what we're listening to next maybe some billy what are you doing next i think i have to lift much longer i'm not going to be able to lift anything yeah i'm probably have to lift next how are we right here i'm going to do one more left one more okay i might have to suck it up for one more thing how about we throw it back 2010 hit that's because that's my jam it's like it's 2010 summer hits so it's like i had a different image in my head of what that was gonna look like [Music] we're gonna start right on the beat [Music] [Applause] hmm [Music] hey [Music] good i'm honestly not even sure how many i got anything i should have wrote it down um so we just finished up our morning session we've been here from nine to one follows like literally non-stop um now we're going to go to the gym lift probably do another workout and then we've got an event tonight it's another workout there'll be a fun evening [Music] [Applause] [Music] we've been lifting first a lot of days which we never did um literally one metcon and then maybe a little bit of conditioning in the afternoon so this weekend has been a pass because now yeah we've been grinding it doesn't feel too great right now my legs are burning so i'm like the mom i'm like okay have you guys been drinking water eating food now's the time [Music] i'm i could do whatever um i probably won't burpee again i'll probably do chest bar um but you do whatever you want to do we can do the same format yeah and if i do something else like that's the cool part about it we can change anything it's three sets but it's four so 50 50 50 50. how to play everything no no start with a plate you end with four we should start playing start with one and go one two wait like there's only three sets never mind oh i just think it's like a lot maybe that's the point you said heavy yeah except in the middle of a workout it's fine you know what i'm saying i'm sad i did it did you do another one before big sleep i don't think so i don't know please don't laugh at me [Laughter] we have finally come to the end of training it has been oh my gosh a monster day haven't done this much volume since the game so i'm definitely feeling it but i wanted to go over my loop a little bit i'm at a 20.5 day strain today so you know anything about whoop is kind of high um yeah there's a bunch of different workouts logged in here um it seriously was a crazy day heart rate got really high a lot of times um yeah so i'm excited to see my recovery score tomorrow i've been in the green for a while now so i'm probably gonna be in the red but we'll see what's the hardest workout today i think the hardest workout like hurting the most was a 20-minute amrat that we did it was four dumbbell squats six uh burpee box jump over twenty-five double blinders haven't hurt like that in a while but then i would say the hardest workout we did probably got sled it was like three sets of uh 30 cal bikes biker buy-in and then 50-foot heavy sled down and then a bunch of chest bars so it was really heavy sled um yeah i'd say that was the hardest but as far as hurting the other one and then all the lifting too just to add to it i'm afraid i don't know i'm afraid maybe not haley why is there a pout of mats i ordered mats for my garage gym and um oh my god don't give up i guess the driver just wanted to leave it at the road for us to move and he knew we were fit people we needed another workout he's like they ain't got no horses losers no i just need to reverse engineer this up there what do i do with this do you like [Music] all right thank god for these guys [Music] uh we're starting with some biker intervals and then we're gonna do a 911 memorial one we're gonna lift and then i don't know probably much more working out how are you feeling yesterday pretty sore tired we all feel a little out of it right now i'm sure we'll feel better after this bike [Music] [Music] [Laughter] yeah we got three [Music] this is the future this is my time i grind and shine we just finished up um a 911 memorial wad it was changed it up a little bit 20 20 rounds per time um 9 ghg 11 heavy wall ball and for 20 rounds of that and then end with a mile run it was hard but [Music] never forget heavy dubs instead of echo bike five power snatches at 125 minute five rest so six [Music] we've like killed ourselves all weekend so it's good to like go through the motions but still get some good wraps in good old email so that was good oh yeah where are we going hiking where are we hiking oh i thought you meant like we were going somewhere just go up through on the mountain bike trail so whoever likes spiders the most will go [Music] hey [Music] how did you two become such good friends we just started hanging out between events at the games and uh we just really got along really well and just kind of start from there then after tennessee yeah now she's here trying to think of a caption hey yeah is that the hardest part of the instagram post oh for sure millions of photos just go in the trash because oh can't find a uh i don't know but i always watch the ground that's what i'm waiting for don't talk to haley about that yeah some sort of subject and then trails don't get along anymore honestly i literally can't imagine rolling my ankle that way again it barely even turns you know how people are like like scott he says oh i roll my ankle and like it feels better like it's fine it doesn't hurt anymore i'm like i can't even rolling yeah i literally tore my ankle i would not call it a rule no rachel's like oh mine don't have any ligaments left am i really really because my mom can't relate [Music] you
