guys this is my buddy scott from kentucky ballistics and today we're going to be shooting his uh 500 magnus that sounds better yeah yeah so we got a couple things on the docket to uh to shoot it's clearly not hot enough out here it's not i i haven't sweat enough today no no so we're going to try to fix that before the sun goes down you got dental insurance right why why do you ask no reason let's get started let's just do it okay so what are we shooting 350 grain hollow point and start you out with that gotcha all right yeah i'm gonna start out one two handing this and then maybe we will move over to one hand alrighty son of a [ __ ] that's gnarly that'll put a smile on your face for sure oh yeah okay well here unfortunately i didn't bring any 700 grain rounds but this is close enough that's a 500 grain hard cast and it's got a little more kick than your uh 350. i saw you shoot this earlier it looked like it was do you uh keep your breath no okay it's all good you're attracting the fuds dude so scott had offered uh before he's like hey before we start rolling do you want to just shoot one of these uh just to see how it is before we roll the cameras i'm like no no i don't want to rob the viewers of the experience of watching me get my ass kicked by this beforehand so we're rolling these are my this is my first time shooting is it more or less full power right did you not turn your cell phone it wasn't me so is it fair to say these are full power oh yeah okay it's it's underwood ammo they like they load them hot all right i'm excited about this one are you yeah you're gonna wanted to do uh pink mist yeah with a 500 magnum so i think this will get close i think i think it's gonna work just short of an nd that that we'd get some thinkness too all righty we're gonna get a yeah i think uh technically this counts as a head shot it'll be entertaining i can guarantee it you want to take this one we call that kentucky coleslaw yeah how do you collect it um well you don't because you don't you eat coleslaw no yeah that's the only way to actually eat coleslaw is just not oh yeah okay well that's fair enough what's that look like i could tell you but um it's not going to for it yeah i'm really excited for you yeah yes it's fun and you seem to be pretty tough you're doing all right well you know all right it's all about white claw and vodka you're just numb you're not shot it i think so yeah so i actually filmed with a razor really and between every take i have to shave it's it's crazy man yeah that's just uh that is what is it 500 grains of pure testosterone oh absolutely so speaking of which since you shot a 500 magnum for the first time i felt like this was appropriate i had this in the truck and i think i should give it to you and make you officially a yeah i feel like when you shoot one-handed like you can a lot of that recoil elk wants to come up when you shoot two-handed you're gripping that thing with both hands you've got it locked down you get a lot more uh pressure in your wrists and stuff this you can just kind of flow more so i can't tell if he's [ __ ] with me i slapped your hand way too hard no you're fine no i know i did because i can feel it in the tip of my ring finger yeah like that i hit something really hard [Applause] it looked great on the [ __ ] thing it's gun shots it sounds like waves sounds like an ocean all right ready
