MS Office Professional 2021 FREE Activation (Step by Step)

hello everyone welcome back to our channel in today's video we are going to show you how to download and activate Microsoft Office 2021 free of cost whether you are a student or a professional let's get started first things first open Google Chrome and type office customization tool then select the first link from the search result you can find the download link in the description below once you're on the Microsoft official website download page here you need to select some settings to download the configuration file here you can choose between 32bit or 64bit I am going to select 64-bit after that from Office Suite you need to click on office LTS Professional Plus 2021 volume license now here you can select the VIS if you want I'm going to keep all these options as they are scroll down and here you you can further customize your office package based on your requirement let's say you do not want access and one note you can uncheck them but I am going to leave them checked now click next from here we need to select the primary language I am selecting English United States as the primary language if you are from another region then you can select the language according to your requirements furthermore here you can also select an additional language other than primary language I am happy with only one language so therefore I'm not going to select any other language click next now here you can keep all these settings as they are scroll down and click next then you require to select this option which says uninstall any MSI versions of office including Vio just click to switch it off now scroll down and click next after that Office ltsc Professional Plus 2021 volume license remains select as KMS scroll down and click next now here you can provide further more detail of your organization I'm going to keep it as it is so I'm going to click on next [Music] then scroll down and finally click on [Music] finish now click here on export then select office open XML formats and click [Music] okay then click on I accept the license agreement terms and click export the file now you can see we have successfully downloaded this configuration.xml file after that in a new tab search for the office deployment tool click on the first link which should be from Microsoft then click download to download the [Music] file now create a new folder on C drive and name it office 2021 and let's head over to the location where our files have been downloaded now copy these files and paste them inside the folder office 2021 next right click on the office deployment tool and run it as administrator accept the license terms and click continue here we have to choose the folder that we created office 2021 where the file will be extracted next type CMD in the search bar and from search result select the command prompt and from options select run as an administrator then you will use these commands type CD space c colon back slof space 2021 press enter now type setup space SLC configure space configuration.xml you will find these commands in the description below you can copy and paste it in the command prompt then press enter now the installation process will begin now it will take some time to copy and install the files you just have to be patient for a few [Music] minutes now we have successfully installed Microsoft Office 2021 in our system so let's confirm by opening the [Music] apps accept the license agreement on the left hand side go to the account and click to open here you will see the message that Microsoft Office is not activated in The Next Step you will learn how to activate it free of cost now let's start to activate it you'll need to open a text editor such as notepad then paste the prompts on it which I already copied from my documents don't worry you will find this prompt in the description now save the file as activate.
