guys are honestly so exciting for me and i i feel like this is the beginning of my life your vocals are impeccable you guys all sound so good together thank you i feel so excited i can't even speak i'm so so happy you guys came on this show i mean you all sound great together your flow is fantastic you all had your moments you all blended super well together do you have a group name we're called g nation emerging nation [Music] we went to the same dance school so we already had a connection and we all had the same passion and that's why we came together the further you'll go the higher you're a fan we're the biggest group on the voice so i reckon harmonies is one of our biggest like challenges in a group [Music] six girls trying to sing that could become a little bit of an issue [Music] however we're just ready to get out there and leave it all on the stage so hopefully the coaches like what we bring [Music] believe it or not but i was in a girl group and they were called the young divas basically yeah come on don't so i totally know what it's like to work with a dynamic of women you know all different harmonies you know coming together so it was all about finding each other's kind of groove and for me that was probably the most eye opening for me being with strong women first of all and just watching you guys you have perfected who you are and as a group and it's just it was absolutely superb and it blew me away and i would love to have you on my team nation ladies i mean something to note is that you you didn't go with k nation or r nation or j nation this is a good pitch this is it i think some things are meant to be and you know guy nation i i feel like [Laughter] i feel like it's a thing and look i'll say this often it goes very wrong when six girls sing in unison but you guys sounded bang on with your pitch so that to me as a coach says you're workers you guys are hard workers you've put in the time to get to this level already and you guys are the first girl group that i've seen where you're ready like you're literally now you're ready to go yeah yeah yeah yeah i love muzos and you've got something to develop and i would love to be part of that journey with you it's not one direction it's just the direction [Applause] i would be honored to have you on my team i'm sorry keith the swear to you if you come with me i promise you i will take you they're giving me attitude they're giving me sass the one that i am putting through gnation [Music] congratulations g nation thank you so much getting through as well is also going to like push us even harder to do even better and beat our performances every single time and show australia what we're made of yeah because they are the first group i had to go hard i really wanted to challenge them and so it's bye bye bye and sink [Music] your pitch was just a little off there let's just get you right in the right key there because there's so many voices you never really want to hit a bum harmony because it's problematic i'm doing this tonight probably gonna start a fight i know this can't be right hey baby yeah yeah and then you guys go to the hook i really wanna make it tough i just see it there's definitely added pressures i mean there's the harmonies and the dancing and just being a group and being cohesive when we go out on the stage [Music] everything depends on their chemistry because there are six of them they'd have to perfect the blend the harmony and make sure that their performance is just impeccable [Music] have some faith i'll make you a believer [Applause] would represent something pretty special that none of our teams have it was awesome that's for sure yes but it is decision time now rita the question is will you send g nation straight through to the semi-final say goodbye right now or wait until everyone else on your team has sung before you make your decision no pressure here okay okay look the semi-finals are tough it's gonna get harder from that we weren't even going to get one chair turn and now that we're in the semi-finals it's absolutely surreal just knowing that we've made history within like the voice and like being the first girl group to make it to the semi-finals yeah we're just excited to hopefully keep moving forward and giving you guys a song from one of my favorite pop stars ever it is [Music] seven rings ariana i love that i mean perfect right we love it so it feels really good to be singing one of our biggest inspirations but also adding our own g-nation flair to it should we move the chorus to the start yeah and start with that so it's different i want it yeah i got it and then continue on and then go back into the video i love that yeah that's sick i like seeing their creativeness you know i was taking a seat back and i was watching them sort of conversate with one another and try things out and i was impressed now you guys obviously are a band and we all know that you're going to rely on each other a lot because that's what bands do i want you guys to be able to do this like in your sleep so i have these little things made up and i'm thinking maybe we can give it a go with your eyes actually closed i have a generation on them um so the reason why i'm doing and taking away one of your senses is because you guys have to have trust with each other that's really important i think that i need some percentage in the g nation match just saying oh my god you guys look so cute right now it's crazy we need to get a picture yes [Laughter] it's all right good luck we'll give you a little count in [Music] our challenge was from rita to have the blindfold to be in your own zone and to be listening to each other as a group we vibe off each other when we sing on stage so it was different to have that aspect gone [Applause] [Music] that was actually really impressive i think that should be like proof to yourselves that wow you guys sounded like that without even looking at each other [Music] so i think this week going into it we're going to be more open to listening and connecting with each other without always looking at each other and interacting it's so important to support each other and hear each other and trust each other and fall back on each other seven rings i mean it's full of attitudes sass the performance is going to be off the scale i want to see props i want to see light i want to see attitude i want it [Music] for me we're so close we're so close it would just be a dream to make it to the grand final in the top four as a girl group the first in history it would just
