Minecraft, but it's EXTREME Hardcore Mode

I Was A Boy Scout growing up which means I learned a lot about survival and so my team wanted to put that to the test by creating Minecraft's most dangerous Island and that is where we're at right now I've got 24 hours to see if I can survive here while exploring all the locations uh already looking pretty rough here given the fact that there is oh camel and the current crab the size of actual Bulldog I wonder if it's dangerous oh good see this is this is oh no no no that was it you run away oh and there's a shooter already I'll do with the arrow wait is he chill oh no he's not he's not the first thing I know in survival is you need to get clean water in a shelter and food and honestly I can't remember the order so I'm gonna go for food first that's the first thing we got to do to survive here for 24 hours see if we can get a little bit oh what is happening now the screens what is that just freaking poke out of the ground like a little just Pokey I don't know even what you call that so it seems like there's going to be maybe some weather as well there's like over 13 mods to make this island difficult and none of them I know like what is this like like it's an actual survival situation in a foreign land like what is this thing so food's gonna be an issue all right and then we need to get shelter ASAP in order to surround this but if I can get to High Ground I didn't expect that if I can get to high ground there's a village and also it gives us a good understanding of our surroundings so we can understand how big this is oh good some more berries and bread all right while I'm here I'm gonna take a moment to use my friend Google Voice Scout survival tips stop provide first aid seek shelter that's the first step we gotta do we've already done it so we've got shelter and I think that's good because it looks like we're taking environmental damage bro this is wild oh there we go there we go let's freaking go let's go ahead and get this food as well yeah you can see we're extremely cold and that's convenient because the fourth step for the survival thing is to build a fire I really am like very confident in my abilities though like I I didn't quite get all the way to the end of Boy Scouts but I made it bro chill there's a fire oh and that's pretty convenient oh let's go let's go I need to kill that dude and I don't have any weapons so maybe I can find a blacksmith but I am actually very confident in my abilities I'm in confident in what we can test here today and pull this off I think you're gonna learn a lot honestly about boy scouts or surviving in general we really do have to sit I think by this fight what is it why am I I'm shivering bro shivering because he's so cold and water straining dude there's literally so much here to survive and I feel like this isn't warming and stuff like it should and there's that guy again all right oh my God he's just Relentless let's go ahead and get a run up then oh you can't even Sprint I think because the armor weighs me down I literally can't Sprint and that's a black bear Boy Scouts taught me if you see one of those run obviously we can't stay up here because it's too cold to survive we're going to die in the freezing cold we need to move down to the beach where it's safer well there's a guy there and it seems like an Enderman we can and he's still she's still oh my Lord bro he's still after us it's literally sold like realistic and difficult then mobs do not stop chasing you that's what we're dealing with here guys we can make our beat shelter right here and that should be okay for us if I know one thing from playing Ark survival evolved for years it is live on the beach if you want to get destroyed but this is Minecraft so it might not translate looks like our temperatures a little bit more comfortable and honestly I don't even know what that thing means in the middle there's like a blue circle or it's not a circle line what is that shape all right let's go ahead and get some basic tools here foreign a wooden staff of healing didn't have that when I was a scout bro what should we get I mean I was the battle ax champion of the world so let's go ahead and see if we can put this let's does this actually heal us just seems like that was cap but we can like dual wield this now and like obviously we're looking pretty dang dangerous I mean wow and we have a coconut can I eat it bro are you serious right now the coconut doesn't give us water this really is the world's hardest Island technically we do have sort of a base down here uh maybe should probably make it a little bit more cozy because the first night's gonna be a little bit brutal to get through [Music] there we go I have empty coconut husks now if I know anything about coconuts which I don't but if I did I would assume you could fill them up with water why do I get water can I drink this it's probably gonna poison me bro it's salty okay you can great and it doesn't really work how do I get water oh no oh no we really need water this is super bad okay if I know anything about water which I think I do a little bit what we need to do is purify water right that would realistically make sense to me so if I can make a furnace that is how you use heat to purify water all right let's go let's be smart about this we if we can purify water here we need to get this and then I think we need to actually oh God we need to smell this and get glass bottles I would think the glass bottles can collect the water if they can't this is all waste of time no I'm gonna get more Sandbar here because we're gonna probably need a decent amount of these all right that's not that's enough we got six we don't need any more and night falls approaching but hopefully one more of these we should be able to create what we need to heal okay three bottles so my theory is if we fill this up with water and then purified in the heat I will have saved our lives today with Boy Scouts and we're I'm not sure why that heart is glowing green feels like it's like been infested with nuclear water all right bro purify oh does it work no no purify it I thought this would cook it we're gonna have to figure this out at some point because we will die all right we're gonna try to get some copper because I know that copper has disinfectant properties all right oh is that copper it's really dark and I can't tell but I think it is we now have 22 raw copper which should be enough to create some sort of purifier uh let's try this and is there per chance danger around us great hey let's try this out oh that didn't do anything oh yeah that's not it's not substantially better than a sword it just looks cooler in fact I would eventually argue with this is potentially worse why was that so poor in killing that creature I don't know as long as there's no skeletons I'll be all right at the end of the day I can kill a creeper zombies I can kill oh quite a few I didn't expect such a party down here but okay [Music] all right all right here we go this one has red eyeballs armored sword cool I didn't even know that was her thing and this does the most damage of anything look how cool this is all right just go to bed oh I guess you can but you can't all right guys we explored two locations let's prepare for the third more producer thinks it's gonna get a little harder but I feel pretty confident I hear something ah please don't explode over my base creeper I put a lot of effort into creating that because I'm trying to prove to my friends that I am a capable survivalist today and that's good I craft anything oh copper cauldron does this purify water for us probably not if I take that out yeah okay the copper cauldron won't purify it for us okay I didn't expect it to but well actually I did I'm not gonna lie to you but maybe potentially we can combine this copper cauldron with some sort of heat source to create it uh I have another idea maybe we can craft some sort of device to keep this thing above fire again we are making progress here all we need now is a little bit of iron I'm sure this will not take any time at all [Music] didn't really think that one through all right go back down for more down in the dark cave guys all right iron all right that's oh and more copper I don't think we need it but honestly I'm gonna get it anyway okay step one is to smelt this the idea here is that I want to try to create a campfire or cauldron and I don't remember how to make a oh we need coal we can make coal we're gonna go get some wood I'm breaking The Cauldron there should be a way there it is campfire cauldron I don't know how this thing works and I also feel like we should probably put it inside so we're extra safe so just dig out a little section right here all right we'll just put it down here and then I would assume we could just hang this on the wall okay that doesn't seem to work all right well unless you need the campfire and then you put this on the campfire first we have to actually get the campfire first why is Seoul campfire here not oh there it is three logs coal and sticks so I just need three locks and I smelted them all into my coal which I thought I needed the coal for the campfire but I just actually instead wasted all my time so that's fun bro this is literally exhausting but this is what it's about when you're in survival situation have I been in one before no would I actually survive in real life oh no there it is now theoretically we can place this down put this on top of it look at that it's not very effective maybe a bucket would work better like I'm literally gonna have to haul around like 14 pieces of water in my inventory to make this work let's try this infinite water source right next to it seems intelligent okay I need to stop burning myself that's the problem wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait what's outside invisible Trader man where is he yo y'all just going in my base like you own the okay drink all right let's eat it's a lot of full health all right let's go explore finally we have everything we need full armor we have tools we got a rugged sword it's time to go out on this island and make it our own there is some sort of uh actually I see a stalactite outside and my brain just goes oh look at that swag type I'm gonna just walk over there and see what's going on it's gonna Mosey on up and run because I can run now oh God here comes the cold again so we got cold we got food we got water we're going into potentially a stalactite cave oh oh oh now there's copper oh double creeper it seems like mob spawning is up a little bit as well you just launched him at me wow they're more intelligent than I remember Jesus is so hard see what's in here dude there's a lot of mobs in way in whatever this is you would just assume there would be something there so am I supposed to dig straight out it seems it seems irresponsible all right I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do I trust the sign I'm gonna do I'm gonna dig straight out let's see what we got down here I knew I knew there had to be something on this island to tempt me and this is it I have to know what's down here I gotta test this out and see if it's safe but at the same time our water supplies are dwindling our food is extremely low and somehow my journey here cost me pretty much all my health and we're also freezing and I haven't established how to amaran food and her pickaxe is about to break please don't break please don't break please maybe there's nothing even down here but you would think there is if there's a giant Squidward up there I'm just worried that it's gonna break and I'm gonna fall into a dungeon and I'm not good enough to water bucket clutch oh here we go I hear something down there that sounds the most important things in Boy Scouts is the power of your ears if I can use my ears to translocate certain rooms in this thing theoretically we can get in and out on skates this is risky though because if I hear a mob incorrectly I die if I dig down incorrectly I die oh I don't know about that I don't think I translocated that correctly could you imagine if I felt on my death here because I don't really know if I would make it there's crafting tables this seems relatively safe though let's go ahead and get in here seal her off Seal her off oh baby oh we found the mother lode oh another right scrub let's freaking go uh this sword the armored sword believe it or not it's better we got some pants um nothing in this oh there's one more oh full diamond with an aqua affinity honestly I don't even know what that does we have 53 iron what can I make nothing because I have no wood I'm gonna get out of here guys I'm digging straight up we're just gonna go back home I need to get out of this place because we got the gear we needed and I I I just I know my skill level and I have honestly overstaken my welcome we got lucky once We're Not Gonna Get Lucky again let's freaking go we're done we're going up oh God we're gonna get so cold though dude we gotta get home we're gonna die in the cold and I can't Sprint and I don't remember where my basis there's literally nothing about this it says I could survive and somehow I've literally not died once I just want to point out uh this I probably should be going up we gotta go down to get warmer there is something down there nope that's just a waterfall zombie over to the right skeleton to the left I definitely am picking and there's a spider down there oh man we gotta get warmer bro and there's creepers no kill me why am I so stupid ah bro I don't feel good about what I'm experiencing bro and those those are quick zombies they're fast I'm shivering to death come on come on [Music] go go go go [Music] oh God dang it uh that is one death we're gonna keep that in mind all right that is definitely gonna hurt the final score here there is still one other area we need to explore to complete this Challenge and that would be a red Desert Oasis all right guys we made it to the next area we've got to explore this is the Oasis I'm not sure what this is or what exactly okay look at that that's interesting it's just Scott why are there everywhere I hope every one of your bones dies oh now we're too hot I know that was a thing that could happen let's go one of the Oasis that's fine don't care send it here hopefully it's safe oh it's so pretty it's so peaceful down here now I'm not sure if there's something I need to find on here or not I'm just gonna do a quick explore see what we find get out the beauty here is really ravishing me crates chest something anything Oasis do you have any purpose for me to be here or was a challenge simply to just get me here for no reason I see no purpose next mission all right so in order to get to that pirate ship it's not something I would honestly uh typically do in a survival uh let me do some wood like in a Boy Scout survival situation I wouldn't typically go to a pirate ship this actually got live pirates on it that seem to actively want to kill me but like in this one situation I'm gonna go ahead and give it a go bro there are so many mobs on this island it's like Australia I can't die again that'd be so embarrassing oh God a skeleton with a sword I should be it oh nice I just hate this I just hate this I just hate this I hate everything about this chill chill bro that was so stupid this freaking sword skeleton oh my God there's more you can't see them oh my God another creeper and the stupid plants everywhere and what is this create a super skeleton and despite I literally need to do I can't I can't we're just gonna have to go to it we can't the problem is they're gonna be able to shoot me in the water but that's fine we're just gonna have to get deep this feels like such a terrible idea everything about this is impossible and you can't see in the water either because why not make this the most dense kelp forest ever welcome yo where's oh no guys I'll be honest I am ashamed of myself for that one but unfortunately we do get another shot um bro it's in the water shooting arrows that literally makes no sense I don't even see how it's possible where's my swim boost dolphin this is a chest I don't oh God why is it happen so quick I had aqua affinity should not make me Affinity to the aqua we're done moving on we got that pirate ship to get to all right we got one two three four five six seven pillagers guarding the pirate ship right now definitely unique experience here in terms of survivability stealth attack maneuver here if I can't see me if I'm underwater all right all right they all see me there's a lot more than I thought oh my God bro okay going under going under we're gonna we're gonna trigger this side's Okay this survival situation is on Survival we have a few more uh to go through here though that one I'm gonna go ahead and say probably a fail and so love a fella continued his journey until he ended up in a desert it seems that we have some sort of advanced desert pyramid to get into fingers crossed it's just get in get out see a little bit of a spawner that's fine oh good lovely purple spiders who knows what those do that's good oh and it's just infinitely infinitely impossible to kill bro I've been taking damage that's kind of sick all right let's get this thing out of here all right let's go down seems pretty standard to me no I did not just well made it to a desert village um I I'll be honest I don't really have a lot of energy to get up to that but I do need to know if there's something in it because I you don't see like balloon care packages too often in Minecraft just gonna go ahead and go see what's up there all right a little bit of a curiosity here for me and it gives us a good Village scouting here hello good this dude again there's no way you tracked me all the way across the I mean we're like across the entire Island this doesn't even make any sense how you could have made it here oh there it is I really did not hit that well oh Metal Ingot I've never even heard of that an enchanted gold ingot well that's illegal uh I've been exploring this world for guys there's one thing that we still need to do we need to get off the island I feel like we could maybe make a boat make our way off the island and get out of here and actually have used real boy scout survival techniques to get water and food and if we do this I would say well I'm not sure if we completed the challenge because we died so much but you guys can tell me in the comments what you think let's go ahead and make a boat here wow look at that an iron long sword does nine damage it's this oh it is long oh look at that all right let's get over there oh look an island with different items it's got It's got a city it's got everything this seems like an actual safe place to be this seems like the actual Island we might want to be out let's go check this out real quick and see I believe this might actually be a location we could stay at safely I don't see mobs I don't see zombies in the sunlight I don't see giant holes and crevices that I could fall into and die at any oh villagers this is the
