MINECRAFT Armor Trim 100 Day Challenge

Minecraft 1.20 has a lot of new things added to it like camels blocks of bamboo rafts decorative pots and sniffers but I'm not worrying about those things right now I'm focusing on Armor trims There are 16 different armor trims 17 if you count another right upgrade I wanted to see how many of these I could find in 100 days so I fired up a brand new world with the 23 w17a snapshot and started the Minecraft armor gym 100 day challenge I figured that a lighter would be key to finding armor trims as I would need to do a lot of exploring so getting the creeper Farm going right away is the top priority so when I spawned in and saw that I was close to a village I knew I was off to a great start just so long as there were some cats in the village after a brief scan of the village I saw a cap and even a ruined nether portal in the background but first it was time for some manual fishing here kitty kitty kitty [Music] day one started with some more manual fishing and then I checked out the ruin nether portal on my way back I spotted another cat Perfect Two Cats is just when I needed to get the creeper Farm going next was to get some sort of renewable food one cow plus one cow equals three cows math I set up my new house in a bit of storage before calling it a day day two started with wait hey editor yes are we really going to go through every single day well um that sounds boring let's just show the highlights okay fine I gathered some sheep so I could start collecting wool as I was gonna need it for when I ventured into the deep dark after that I went and found some shipwrecks so I could find some early game iron and possibly our first armor trim the first chest had a little bit of some iron and our first diamond after that we did our best to try to swim around to find the second chest early game luck was on our side the last chest had a very treasure map so I found where the treasure was buried dug it up and got even some more iron gold and diamonds another sunken ship and two more armor trims when I got back I collected more wool from our sheep after that it was time to start planting some wheat that way I could breed our cows and get some more food it was time to start building the creeper Farm as I was gonna need a lot of rockets for all the exploring that I'm planning on doing but while I'm cutting down a tree one of those creepers decided to sneak up on me wait this isn't how the creeper Farm is supposed to work I mean maybe it is giving me creepers but I feel like something's not right here time to visit the cows [Music] a little bit of some mining give me enough diamonds to finish our portal so I could head off to the nether day 16 and we are off to the nether I think this is the earliest I've ever been to the nether in any of my other series in another we came across the guest I wanted to play hide and seek killed a bunch of Endermen to get some Ender perils and after that we went digging for another Fortress and digging and digging and digging and digging and digging still digging after giving up and waking my way back to my portal it happened I found a terrible Fortress but I couldn't find it it was nowhere around I looked high I looked low and I just could not find where this Fortress was I thought maybe I would have better luck on a Strider so I hopped on one and rode him around but still didn't find anything I went back to where I previously got the advancement and dug around a whole bunch luckily enough I did find the nether fortress and so it was time to start searching around no no after finding the rib armor trim it was time to kill some blazes for some Blazer that way I can make some Eyes of Ender and start my Journey to the End time to visit the cows again [Music] before taking on the Ender Dragon I wanted to enchant my bow with infinity as I didn't have many arrows so I visited these three knuckleheads nice after that I brewed up some potions of slow falling grabbed my eyes a vendor and it was off to find the stronghold huh [Music] it didn't take too long to find the stronghold now just to hope that one of these chests has an Armature in it and then it's to find the actual portal after finding two more eye armor trims I located the portal room lit the portal jump in time for an epic battle with the Ender Dragon [Music] wow what an epic fight well now it's time to go off and find an entity so I can find the spider armor trim and an elytra because that is going to be key in helping me find all the other armor gems that I need to look for after bidging this way and that way and this way again I finally spotted two end cities and one of them even had a ship ooh chocolate box would be nice give me that Elijah foreign armor gym it was time to head home but we ran into a problem another man who wanted to give me a hug and a water bucket that apparently only Flows In One Direction ouchies your hugs hurt off we go to find another Elijah in Arma trim we bridge this way and that way and this way again like I said before shocker boxes would be helpful a lighter would be very helpful and hopefully one of these chests has an Armature in it no this time I made it back home safely I wanted to put mending and I'm breaking on my Elijah so I visited the Nook Labs after a little convincing they decided to give me it so I put it on my elytra now that I had an elytra and Rockets it was time to craft up two shulker boxes and two brushes to go on adventuring to find some more armor trims the first thing I came across was this desert temple it was dark and scary inside and full of these weird green ghosts but I managed to take him out one at a time swinging my sword foreign [Applause] [Laughter] [Applause] you scary ghost now let's see what kind of treasures we found no no no when I got back home I realized those scary green ghosts had followed me all the way back here so once again I tried to take him out with my sword one after his another well I got a Little Help from one of them because he blew up killed his friends not really sure what's going on after that it was time to go off adventuring again and I came across this weird structure and these weird green guys I weren't sure if they were more ghosts or maybe they were Halo but either way one of them wanted to play some tag with me that wasn't very fun come on but he forgot to put on a sunscreen and so he got a really bad sunburn after it's more adventuring I came across this Pillager Outpost in the middle of the night I ran up to it as fast as I could broke a bunch of leaves stuck inside went to the top floor to see what was hiding in the chest another armored trim to add to my collection after that I hopped on a boat tried to find the trail runes as there's four different armor trims that I can find there it took quite a few days to find one but in the middle of the night I happened to spot just the top of one sticking out of the grass it was day 47 and I thought I was making good progress as I started to excavate the ruins this villager came running up to me I don't know if you wanted to say hi or what and then I thought he had a bunch of people behind him so I had to take care of them and then I went back to Excavating the ruins I ended up with three more armor trims from the ruins after that I went back home traded with a cartographer got a woodland Explorer map and was off on my next adventure I managed to get lucky as there was a jungle temple right next to the Woodland mansion and I still needed the wild armor him so after fighting off a few skeletons I searched through the chest to see if I was gonna have another lucky day no no after having no luck in the jungle temple it was off to the Woodland Mansion the first floor didn't have any chest in it but I did find a friend that wanted to go boating the second floor had even more friends that wanted to go boating but none of them brought their life jackets so I had to kick them out the second floor had more interesting people like this guy who raised his hand like he knew the answer like we were in a classroom but I didn't call him and then his classmates got really mad at me and boy did they hurt I went back to talk to him and even tried to convince him to speak but his classmates were really angry so I ran out of that place as fast as I could when I got outside I ran into the principal but he was just a distraction mm-hmm well I guess it's time to find that Woodland Mansion again good thing I got these sweet boots to turn water into ice makes running across this big lake a lot easier after exploring for a little bit of time I realized I went the wrong direction so I decided to go say hi to some friendly creatures after getting the new map I made my way back to the Woodland mansion and gathered up all my things the second floor is still out of that guy with his arms in his hands so I decided to poke some holes in the roof on the third floor I didn't find any more chests or sneaker rooms so it was time for a new adventure like an ocean Monument using some TNT I blew a few holes in it swam inside took on the Elder Guardian hopefully it'll give me an armor trim with another armored trim found it was time to go back to the Nether and raid the Bastion that was right by my portal so I bridged over to it checked a few chests no no and then got attacked by the locals after making my way back and collecting all my items I already paid the favorites that I local [Music] foreign got me back with a good scare after I realized this guy wasn't going anywhere I shot a few errors at him and then his other buddy came in to joined the party I had to do some amazing Parkour to get my helmets back it almost killed me but I think I collected everything that I dropped I figured I'd try to get away from this spot as I wasn't safe and then I saw this guy he was coming after me so I decided to make a jump for it once again it was time to collect my items but they were being guarded by this guy so I threw a block at him but that didn't distract him at all so instead I decided to jump down and try to use a mushroom to scare him off instead I checked out the remaining chests in the Bastion no no I found a new Bastion and must have really angered the Penguins man were they making some weird noises after they calmed down it was time to check the chest for some armor trips no no no for that it was time to go and find another Bastion well this Bastion looks promising no [Music] I can make it I can make it I know I can make it no no no no no no no [Music] once again it was back to the end to getting an elytra but this time I got smarter I collected three of them right off the bat back at the base I went to visit Three Knuckleheads so I could get mending and I'm breaking on my Elijah but something looked different about him they just didn't look the right I was going to cure him of whatever illness they had but things went horribly wrong foreign [Music] villagers it was back to ratings more bastions no no [Applause] no through nope I got so excited I didn't even realize this wasn't the snout armor trim gay 80 and I thought I was done with another so it was off to find another Trail ruins as I still needed one more armor trim from it since I was in the jungle biome I decided to look for a jungle temple before I came back to this Trail runes nope back up the trail runes I set up a perimeter so I could safely work then I started digging out the excavation site no no no no day 82 and I was on my way back home having found 13 different armor trims it was time to find an ancient city this mountain looked prom scene so I landed in the middle of it and started digging straight down to see if I could find the ancient city I ended up finding this huge cage that had skulk all over the place it looked promising and it was because hiding underneath a hole in the floor was the ancient city now it's just a matter of finding the ward and silence armor trims without running into the warden no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no I decided to return home to drop off the Armature that way I knew it was safe but instead the unexpected happened and I ran into a bunch of nasty skeletons good thing I had all those extra elytros and was able to easily get all my stuff back and I found the other hour trim oh day 93 and I was feeling pretty confident I only had two armor trims left to find first was to find a new Woodland Mansion this Village should be far enough away that we get a map to a different Woodland Mansion I traded with a cartographer until they gave me a map then I was off to find the new Woodland mansion that hopefully had some chess and a new armor trim Woodland Mansion insight day 96 and we were heading back to the nether as we only had one armor trim left to find the elusive snot armor trip after exploring a handful of bastions it finally happened day 100 it was time to go home as our challenge was complete back at home I made a wall out of cherry planks and item frames to Showcase all the armor trims that I had collected now I was really happy with the progress that I had made during this challenge but still sad that I didn't find the last one there was only one thing left to do I looked over the small area I called home and said goodbye to the Minecraft armored trim 100 day challenge
