Mario with the wrong animations is hilarious [Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury modding]

today we push the limits of super mario 3d world modding by giving mario and other characters the wrong animations and seeing what happens what what is going on with this you're not able to do a second jump like that while you're falling are you and why does it look like i'm moving when i'm not moving i'm just standing still but it's like it's like mario's walking on a conveyor belt that's being pushed backwards right now why does he do like a second jump in the air but it doesn't boost him [Music] i've got to try something try this why does he keep doing that he just falls straight down okay let's do a ground pound here yes this is how you ground pound you just fall straight down like that and there we go we've got a running mario right now this is how mario chooses to run mario just looks like he's walking in slow motion right now just slow motion walking in the air that ground pound gets me every time let's just test out a dive let's see what a dive is going to look like all right yeah it doesn't look like you're moving too much but that's a dive let's see what going through a pipe is going to be like yes this is how you travel through pipes you just keep the same position that you kept before whatever your whatever your pose is before you go into a pipe you just keep that same pipe like you just walk through a pipe like this just just stand and the pipe transports you and i like how you're transported slightly above the pipe you're not in the pipe you're slightly sticking out of the pipe let's crawl into the pipe yeah you can crawl through the pipe just like that and i like how you move like this this is a dive right now [Music] i like this here a lot it looks like mario's coming to hug someone and look at this if you push this crate and then you keep running after that it looks like mario's still trying to push something mario is pushing an invisible shopping cart in front of him right now and if you zoom in on him here it looks like mario's trying to open a safe it's like he has his ear against the safe to listen to it and with his other hand he's turning it to get the combination to open it and now mario is sliding into home plate i like how you just maintain the same position that you did before you are moving as you're running like this okay and let's complete a level let's see what it looks like when mario completes a level how is mario going to celebrate he just looks to the side he doesn't look back he doesn't spit or anything that's so weird okay now we are just going to play as a very very regular toad nothing strange about luigi over here let's just start moving [Laughter] oh my goodness where are his arms i get that he's sucking into the ground a bit where's the rest of toad okay and he's making luigi sounds [Music] he looks so happy about it look at the big smile look at the big smile his smile stretches down so far into his chest [Applause] [Music] oh there are his legs and his arms when you do a long jump like that we've got a cat that is swimming in the ground now it's like its hands are coming out of its face it's like it's foaming at the mouth right now ah yes this is how cats climb up walls this looks just like a cat climbing up a wall to me all right let's complete a level with this toad creature oh it becomes so normal for a second when you're at the top like that wow it just becomes a regular toad but it speaks like luigi oh and okay i was gonna say and a toad pops out but when you move things are a bit strange peach is always one of the strangest characters once you start moving around like this peach looks so cursed she looks like she's hunting for something right now she's like i am looking for some souls to eat where are souls i must devour souls yeah so as you can see peach's legs are different from her dress yeah so a lot of different parts of peach are kept in different files like peach's upper body and her legs are in a separate file from her dress that's why sometimes when you change her out stuff like this you'll see stuff like her leg sticking out from her dress like this t-posing peach isn't real t-posing peach can't hurt you hands up hands up peach what is she looking at she's like oh my god my leg is sticking out of my dress [Music] like how she spreads that whoa i'm gonna say i like how she spreads out her arms like that when she floats but looks like princess peach has some other priorities right now it's weird that her dress is just hanging straight down this doesn't look right watch her feet watch the shadow of our feet when she climbs up a tree just looks like it's detached from the rest of her body all right let's see what giant princess peach is going to look like [Music] a pretty normal other than the fact that her legs are sticking out from her dress when you're so fast that you can't even keep up with your legs your legs are in front of you you're trying to keep up with your legs we thought that sonic was fast we thought that mario was fast but princess peach can't even keep up with our own legs her legs sticking out are so weird okay uh princess peach why are you sitting like this princess peach you are not plessy that's not how you walk either like how she's at an angle she's riding on her dress right now like it's a horse once she gets fast enough she goes upright okay this is looking a lot more normal now why is peach running like this those arm movements look so exaggerated she doesn't normally swing her arms that much does she they say a picture is worth a thousand words what comes to your mind when you see a picture like this wait a minute something weird happened when i jumped off the tree okay yeah this is how you climb trees this is how peach climbs trees yes let's climb some trees what in the world is this okay there we go okay finally we have achieved this princess peach again we haven't seen helicopter princess peach in a while but helicopter princess peach is back there we go helicopter princess peach has returned whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa toad your feet are supposed to be connected to your body i understand that you want to do luigi's flutter jumps like this but it does not make you stay in the air any longer and it just looks so strange it makes toad look a lot taller i can't tell if his arms also stretch out but it definitely makes him look taller when his feet are so far away from his body so weird zeke toad jumping like this all right let's test this out whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa toad does not walk like this i thought toad walking as luigi was weird but here's toad walking as princess peach oh my goodness what are your feet doing all the way down there toad [Music] your feet shouldn't be that low toad looks so much taller and what if we become little toad that is so strange this is so strange what if toads looked like this what if this is how toads actually look where they had their feet below their body like that how about we go through a pipe i thought he would just keep lying down after he came out of the pipe [Music] it's like he's a dolphin now we get little dolphin mario mario sure stretched out a little bit there first his arm stretched a bit and then he stretched like across the screen yeah and again it's like he stretches a bit and then he stretches fully he's like this is in my final form and then he transforms into his final form like that every time that happens it's like it's a premonition of what is to come when his arms stretch out a bit like that it's like right after that he just becomes fully stretched all right let's get out of this pipe [Laughter] there's a belly flop after coming down he's still crouch walking the entire time in spot just facing down like that oh my goodness we are now the bird but we're not making any luigi sounds do you think the other birds will be afraid of us as we get close to the bird let's see [Music] ah they're still afraid they can tell that i'm not really one of them [Music] ah if you try to get a power up the game crashes and rosalina can be pretty similar with her legs sticking out of her dress here oh my goodness it's like she is trying to enchant a leg in front of her and she's a magician she can control this leg in front of her with her psychic powers that's what she's doing right now this is how rosalina walks now this is how she walks yeah this looks a little out of place it looks like one of those creepy dolls rosalina just the look on her face it just looks like she's asking for help she just looks like you know what's happening right now look at me i'm sinking in the ground why aren't you helping me all right let's try changing rosalina like this oh my goodness oh my goodness this is what toad walks around like apparently it's so strange to see rosalina walk around like this let's take a closer look at that it's like her limbs have all been shorted and her head has been pushed down i think she normally has a neck let's see yeah it looks like she normally has a neck see what happens if we get the mega mushroom like this what will we walk around like hopefully it's even more exaggerated it kind of looks like a shrunken down rosalina all right and rosalina has done the level oh she's just underground slightly oh never mind she's weirder than i thought it's like her legs are upside down [Music] mario's sliding down this thing's very funny [Laughter] we need a caption for this photo right here this right here is a very important photo to get a caption of
