christ to the sick homeless and the poor the church through ali kapwa 2022 seeks to help us live out compassion by sharing our blessings with the needy alai kapoor has long served as a channel for generosity to support our social services to the poor and marginalized victims of calamities and disasters the charitable donations raised during the second collection for the six sundays of lent march 6 2022 to april 10 2022 will be sent to caritas manila's damayan program our social service arm for relief assistance and humanitarian aid for our brothers and sisters in need through the damayan program we helped feed more than 10 000 malnourished children in extended relief and rehabilitation assistance to urban poor families and severely affected by kovid 19 pandemic victim victims of typhoon or death and other natural and man-made disasters in 2021 as we continue to provide social services to the poor it is our fervent prayer that we support ali kapwa 2022 in the words of pope francis a small amount if given with love never ends but becomes a source of life and happiness may we be blessings to the poor in our journey to renew our hearts for jesus christ this lenten season
