Live PD: Vehicle or Arsenal? (Season 4) | A&E

- I'm stopping a vehicle for not using a turn signal and then utilizing a handicap space without a permit. How you doing, sir? - [inaudible] what this is, bro? - What's that? - You got the car in park? - You have a handicap permit? - Do you have a handicap permit? - Is there a reason you're parked in a handicap spot? - You didn't see the giant blue thing painted-- - Huh? - You didn't see the giant blue thing painted there with the wheelchair? - How come you're not wearing your seat belts? - OK. You didn't use the turn signal when you turned right here. - Huh? - You didn't use a turn signal either right here. - OK. How many guns you got in the car? - OK. Don't reach for anything. Where's the other one at? - You have a permit? - OK. Lawrence 77, another car, no rush. Whose rifle is that? - OK, step out for me. - You can open your door. You can-- you can leave all this stuff right there in the car. - No, you stay right there, bud. Step back here. Looks like he does have a valid handgun permit. However, he is suspended prior with 10 points on his license. He'll be a ticketed for that, and we'll tow his vehicle. We'll take a look at the weapons, see what he's got. So there's a pistol under the front seat. Like he said, he has a valid permit holder. So we're just going to run it, make sure it's not stolen. And it looks like there's a AK right here, so that's cool. Hey man, what about the AK? I thought there was only two. - What you mean? That is the AK right there. - So there's three guns? - [inaudible] I-- I thought I took that our my car. - Oh, OK. - It's a-- a 556 AR [inaudible]. - He claims it's a pistol, but it's clearly a rifle. He just took the [inaudible] off, loaded, one in the chamber and on fire-- not really safe. And number three, is the AR right here. I was speaking to the driver. I saw AR rifle. So I had him step out the vehicle, briefly detained him, because of the weapons and multiple people there. Decided to inventory his vehicle, because he was suspended and the passenger was not valid. During the inventory, we found his handgun, which was loaded, the AR, which is loaded and on fire-- not very safe-- and an additional Draco AK-7.62. Went ahead and cleared him, he was a valid handgun possessor. So he's gotten a ride coming to take possession of his legally possessed handguns. All right, transferring this veritable arsenal to her trunk, the ammunition's been separated. The weapons are clear. So there's no possession violation. Unload all your weapons. All the extra rounds are in the chambers or back in the magazines. They're in the trunk. Leave them there. Once you guys leave the scene, you're welcome to stop somewhere, reload your handgun, whatever you want to do. All right, man? - All right, [inaudible]. - All right. - He was a valid handgun possessor. So he was cited for his license and fail to signal a turn. Luckily, there was no safety concerns for us. They cooperated despite the presence of all the ammunition and rifles. So we'll be on-- onto the next one.
