- We've stopped him several times. Each time the guy just refuses to-- to update his tag or get his tag lights fixed. So the tag's been expired since 2017. So we've got multiple infractions on him. Good afternoon. Do you have your license, registration partner? [dog whining] - OK. You don't have any ID on you? - Hi, puppy. Hasn't given it back yet? - Why did they take your license? - OK. What's the pup's name? - Killer? - It's a pretty dog. Give me one second and let me see what I can-- I'm familiar with Mr. [audio out].. We've stopped him a couple of times. I know we've gotten narcotics out of the vehicle. We're going to run check for everybody's information. And we've already got a K9 unit on the way. - Ah, well, it was like that last time. You're gonna get back in the car, partner? Watch your back. Don't get back in the car. Get back out of the car. Get back out of the car. - Yeah. Get back out of the car, go back. - [inaudible] come get in the car. - Pat him down. - Come over here to the car, all the way to the car. - Can I set this down, please? - You got any guns, weapons, knives on you? - Nothing. - Nothing. - I mean, telephone in my back pocket. - What's this? - You don't know nothing about-- you don't know nothing about the gun sitting right there in the car? - The BB guns? - Are they BB guns? - Yes, sir. - Whose are those? - They're-- they're his. - They're his? Keep him right here. - Got it. You don't have anything on you? - No, ma'am. - What's this in your pocket? - Don't reach for it. Don't reach for it. - A little bit of money. - What is it? All right, keep your hands on the car for me. - Sorry. - That one does appear at least to be a BB gun. I mean, they've got-- they've got the weight to them. They're not inexpensive if they-- they are both BB guns. This would get-- if you jumped out with this, you're going to get shot really quick. I mean, if you take a good, long look at them, there is nothing to-- from the naked eye to include the magazine and the weight-- to distinguish this. - Mr. Corey? - Yes, sir. - Those your BB guns in the car, man? - Yes, sir. - Are you going squirrel hunting or something? Why are you rolling around with them? - I just shot-- moved over here, like I said. And I came to get some of my things. - OK. - So I was taking them back to the house. - OK. - Yes, sir. But their target practice. You know, there's the little targets you can get. [inaudible] squirrels, you know, I don't like to kill things, you know what I mean, like, without eating it, you know? I'm not going to eat it. - Yeah. - So I don't really mess with squirrels too much. - I could not tell it was a BB gun till I actually removed the magazine. It had that kind of weight to it. We just kind of counsel them. It's not illegal to carry them that way. But, you know, better ways to carry them, maybe have them in the back. Maybe make us aware that they're there instead of just leaving them by the-- by his feet. Had I noticed that when we were out there initially before I pulled him out, he probably would have had a gun drawn down on him. Y'all are free to go. If you want to get back in the car, I'll talk with him. What I've done is I took the magazines out. I put the BB guns in the back seat for you. - Yes, sir. - I just don't want them sitting there by your leg while we're still dealing with you. - Yes, sir. All right. - Like I said, it's nothing illegal. I find it odd. It's an odd, odd way to carry them. Y'all are free to go, partner. I appreciate your cooperation. - No problem, sir. Thank you.
