But when I say what do you have on you as far as a weapon, you can't just reach into your bag OK? - What is that on your side? - It's a .44 Mag? - Yes. - OK, hold on a second here. OK, get in front of my vehicle. 18, start me a second. Don't I know you? - You're the one with the tortoise? - OK. And do you know I suspended your CCW? - Yes, your CCW is suspended, so you're not supposed to have any concealed weapons on you. - I'm not asking you any questions right now. All right? When I ask you questions, then I can read you your rights. I pulled this guy over on a pedestrian stop because he didn't have lights on his back. It was hard to see him riding in the road. I didn't want him to get hit. Once he got off the bike and I hit him with the lights, he turned around. I recognized that this gentleman was the subject from my case on assault with a deadly weapon where he pointed a gun at somebody's head in a donut shop. Also this is the same gentleman with the animal cruelty charges on the tortoise being in the water and having him on the leash with a hole drilled in his shell. He's going to jail now because I ran his name and he comes back with a suspended CCW. So he's not supposed to be carrying concealed weapons. - What do you think would happen if you pulled this on a cop? What do you think you would do? - Until your CCW gets revoked. Then you can't carry that. - I don't care. - Yeah, but your CCW is revoked, so you can't have a-- - Well, they should have told you that when you left. - See this car over here, bud? - Over there. Walk over there. We'll talk later. - Come on.
