While I'm not a big fan of the vegetarian diet, what these people have to say is interesting. Their take on the health of eating lots of vegetables is great, and the part on growing your own organic vegetables in your own garden is good. Growing your own food gives you an eye for quality that makes you a better shopper.
The radishes available in any of six major supermarkets all suck. They're bland and have none of the mild sharp heat that I remember from radishes. This year I'll grow a few different varieties, maybe I'll find something I like.
EDIT: Interesting discussion around 40 minutes. The farmer lady says that she figured out she had an allergy or a sensitivity to corn, and that as long as she ate corn even her designer compounded medications didn't do anything because she was so inflamed. That is such a huge deal. Inflammation can stop meds from working.
