get over their pain oh god the pain that they're feeling at this time mighty god in their bodies in their minds lord god as they face the trauma of sickness as they face the trauma of death as they face the trauma oh god of the loss of a loved one the lust of a job the lust oh god of anything that is precious and dear to them mighty god replace them before your throne god will remember sister jennifer mccarthy at this time and her children are the same and the rest of the family members that you will hold them god in the palm of your hand that you wrap your arms along the mighty god let them know that you love them let them know that you care mighty god that you are with them in this process mighty god oh god the shakes almighty god we pray that you will hold them hold them close lord let your love surround them jesus this morning we know god is already trying to almighty god but your love and your peace god can go far beyond mighty god what anyone else can do oh god so we pray that at this time you'll hold them brother chambers his children his wife and their family mighty god we pray that you hold them close lord god almighty surround them lord god light a mighty sea oh god that lady that has lost your daughter in that fire we pray o god that you'll hold the almighty god that you'll embrace her mighty god at this moment oh god only you alone can know the pain that she's feeling right now hallelujah we pray that you will hold her those requests that were not given this morning but your people at this moment whatever is going through their mind even as a family of god a church family we mourn with those who mourn at this time and we feel the loss oh god not maybe as how they do but oh god we're aching we're feeling their pain as well and we pray o god that you surround us and help us mighty god to get through these moments and these times lord god almighty touch the bodies of those who need to be touched at this time those who are at home and they are not feeling well mighty god has them to raise their faith in you this morning believe in that god you are a healer there's no secret mighty god what you can do oh god by faith we raise our faith and it's a long drive his family they're they're preaching today also minister carmen wint i'm not sure which church she is at today in shalom pray for those who are old ministering amen that god will let us direct them and you know what we were praying a while ago for those who are sick i mean you hear me testify many times about my experience and sometimes you don't understand i was talking to pastor paul walters yesterday and he said pastor kelly he did a surge a major surgery i'm not sure just couldn't walk and it cost him over 7 million jamaican dollars to do this surgery over seven million dollars still not able to walk and he spoke with him yesterday he said pastor they have to move me around right now i had to ask them to put me in the bed and i'm just watching the funeral service of my sister my sister died in new york he said and i'm here watching the funeral service here's a man so sick and able to walk and he's watching the service watching the burial of his sister are we not blessed to be here today shouldn't we be thankful mean we can walk we can talk we can jump question i want to tell you i know time is going but i have there are persons who need a hundred thousand dollars per month for medication you don't believe that oh jesus they are a person jesus help us anyway virgin i don't want us to sit down and just look like boy you're just waiting to be served up some things i want us to worship i want us to give god thanks i just want to also appreciate god's goodness towards us when i watch that accident and they said that the young lady got shot and i watched the flames burning nobody could help her she got trapped in the car and she actually burned alive i've got some liquid burns on my finger and it's really painful my god come on let's be conference we had six days of prayer last week we had prayer meetings in the evenings but we still need a continent to pray that everything will just work out in order no while the ushers are preparing to come let's not isolate ourselves from what is happening in ukraine okay now i wanted to note something that the the big powers the big powers they are come ushers they are looking on other than the sanctions that they are putting out they are not going to help think about jamaica if a big power was to come to invade us who is going to help us all right so i just want us to pray that mr putin and i have a name for him which i won't mention here but to me and i want i am saddened for those who listen to the news you know what's happening now ukraine russian ukraine you know yes it is very sad virgin it's very sad that because you are stronger than me huh you're going to the street me anyhow but we're going to pray that god will intervene i mean whatever god's really is this could be this could be this setting upon a star for world war because if america england and those countries go to assist ukraine then china is going to assist russia and it's going to be world war huh remember this our food prices are going to triple remember i tell you it's going to triple the war is getting rough there oil is going to dry up dry up russia is the largest producer of oil in the world right no virgin prepare prepare you might think that's not sorry have a seat we don't we talk about that later on right we talk about that later here good i understand what you're saying all right i'm just trying to say this to you today brethren prepare prepare your hearts not for war but for the return of christ because these are the things that are happening the bible says look up time my god we are in the presence of the king of kings what a privilege what a privilege an awesome privilege how many would love to visit buckingham palace or even the white house but let us recognize that the greater than the queen is here a greater than the president of the united states is here and even the president of russia hallelujah i'm so so glad to be here and especially today my god when we look back and see where jesus brought us from and where we could have been we have all right to shout to jump to sing to skip hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah and when we consider all that is happening around us what a privilege what a privilege and so i greet you this morning i'm so thankful to be here it's been a long time i've not been in this 8 30 service the early morning service and i've seen faces that i normally would not see god bless you all amen today it's a precursor to well all of today pastor said is holy ghost rally every service is a holy ghost service people should be getting the holy ghost in every service but because we're focusing on the holy ghost rally this evening we want every person to get excited get excited and tell everybody you meet come and see a man something is happening at king's chapel you can't afford to miss it praise god and so we're going to be looking two things those who are called to minister the midwives the soul winners and those who need to be saved and we are going to be looking at the power of desire the power of desire and said matt chapter 11 24 reads what things whoever you desire when he pray believe that he received them and thou shalt have them almighty god we are so thankful to you that you know every person's heart you know the desire you know even our motive why we are here this morning lord god as we stand before you lord jesus we pray that desires that are not o god spiritual you would take them from us every carnal desire remove lord in the name of jesus and here we stand naked before you lord god this is the pre holy ghost rally service and we want mighty god to be filled with the power and the anointing we want to be soul winners as you said in your word ye shall receive power after that the holy ghost has come upon you and it shall be weaknesses help us to be true witnesses oh god of your death burial and resurrection as i stand here this morning my god i pray lord jesus that you will cleanse this lump of clay and not only me lord but this entire congregation that lord you will forgive us lord god of our sins lord god you alone know our thoughts are far off and if there's anything that is displeasing to you lord god cleanse eradicate right now in the mighty name of jesus help us lord to be on one accord help us lord god that we will not be distracted by the things around us and above all lord we ask that you will send your ministering angels oh god hallelujah to minister to the hairs of salvation those that are hairs of salvation oh god touch the hearts of the unsaved touch the hearts of the backsliders touch the hearts of those that are weak and those who are even strong lord we ask for a fresh anointing bless o god this service we pray in the mighty name of jesus hallelujah what you may be seated what things so whatever ye desire when he pray when ye pray believe that he receive them and thou shalt help them it takes faith the bottom line is faith faith we have come to this time in history there is no need for us to wonder what time is it the signs are all around us the signs are all around us and as pastor mentioned earlier most of us seated here we are listening to what's happening in ukraine and russia we may have heard of wars but we have never been so intimately involved we can get up-to-date on what's happening we see the signs all around us it tells us that we are in the last of the last days i've never heard so many people talking about this is the last day the lord is about to put in his appearance the it's on the tongue and the lips of the unsaved i heard a lady and i and the way she said it i was marbled she was not saved her conclusion after her conversation because this is the end it is it has to happen i said to myself what about the church is the church recognizing the time in which we live the national body has given us the acronym p-u-s-h push push if ever a time the church needs to push it is now we need to push we need to pray until something happens and if you have not started today is an opportune time to begin to push history both secular and spiritual has given us some men who would not satisfy for mediocrity they possessed a desire that was unusual in their generation you see every generation god is looking for a man god is looking for someone who would dare to take the message to his generation every single generation and god has raised raised us up in this generation seated here among us and listening on social media maybe three or four generations how have we impacted our generation brethren when we look at persons like martin luther king in his generation he impacted his generation in the secular world he stood up for what he believed in and he sued with all his might today his name is a household name streets are named after him not one but many streets if we desire [Music] little that's what we're going to have the serophonician woman she desire lord yes lord it is not me to give the children's bread to the dogs but she said yes that is true love but even the crumbs even the crumbs that fall from the chil the table she was willing to settle for the crumbs but in this 21st century we are not going to satisfy with the crumbs you know why when she said that the lord looked at her and said i've never seen so great faith no not in israel but she did not have the holy ghost there was no church but we are in the church age and the holy ghost has been poured out we are recipient of the holy ghost so we can no longer settle for the crumbs the lord said greater works than this are these shall he do do you believe that you have the potential to do greater works yes we do we do one thing i know about my god he's not a liar in isaiah 43 it says that the lord will do a new thing a new thing a new thing praise god and we must expect the unexpected praise god israel desired a king their desire was so strong that god gave them a king be careful what you desire be careful what you desire the king told esther she can have whatever she wants our desire she was not even queen as yet praise god psalms 37 and 4 is a delight that i said also in the lord and he shall give thee the desires of vine heart don't take the word desire lightly sometimes we allow ourselves to desire the wrong thing amen and it gets us in trouble praise god push until something happens and that's what we want to do push we want to push until something happens praise god we have some godly men in the bible they were just ordinary men praise god but they desire and prayed and believed you first desire then you pray and then you believe put him in prison for 13 years and we have joseph hallelujah send him to table and born of a harlot and you have jephthah put him in the lowest tribe praise god a man who was so afraid that he went into the cellar to trash his wheat and we have gideon we talk about daniel throw him into the lion's den and we have daniel you see they were pursued with desire desire the three hebrews brought to hebrew boys they were cast into the fiery furnace but they have a desire that they would not bow they would not bow it doesn't matter if it cost their lives so deep was the desire of paul to preach the gospel he suffered being whipped in shipwrecked starved we could go on with the list but at the end of it paul cried out all that i may know him in the power of his resurrection and in the fellowship of his suffering which of us here has that desire to know god to pursue god with all our heart all our mind all our strength that we would push and we would push hallelujah until something happens hallelujah there can never be a revival praise god it doesn't matter how much the national body calls for a holy ghost rally if there is no desire within us there will be no birth the bible lets us know that as soon as zion travails she brings four children hallelujah we need to look at nehemiah nehemiah had a desire so strong was that desire that he could not eat when he heard that his city the walls around jerusalem was still down broken and was being trodden by the neighbors his desire was so intense that the king took note and the king gave him leave of absence to go back to jerusalem you know the story hallelujah he has such a strong desire that the bible lets us know when he went there and he did not even tell anybody about his assignment he walked around and observed in the night at the dusk and he came back he called a meeting he said we are going to build that wall the rem might have thought he was cuckoo but the desire was so strong he said listen you are we have opposition but guess what you are going to work i believe we are able to build the wall in spite of the opposition in spite of the compromise in spite of the the you know what he went through they had their spear in their hand and they kept watching they were determined he had an army that was determined to build the wall they were united they had a purpose and unless we are united today unless we see not as the bishop's desire to have this holy ghost rally then it is going to be in vain the bible says that in 52 days because they were mocked they were jeered they can't do it but because they had a mind the bible said that the world was completed in 52 days can we as the united pentecostal church of jamaica have a revival is it impossible if every man every woman every boy every girl would stand in his place and pray and believe god and see themselves as a soul winner nothing is impossible nothing is impossible i just want to bring a little scenario to you what if we were those who are working what if two weeks passed and you did not get paid would you just sit down and say that's okay would you do anything about it are you just let it ride what if today when pastor say it's open time nobody came nobody marched what if two weeks we'd never collected an offering or a time would it be okay so how is it that we feel good we don't stop i can't recall anybody saying even including myself weeping at this altar for weeds have passed and we have not seen one soul receive the holy ghost i'm sure we would find the supervisor we'd go to the hr department we would start to find what is wrong what happened i brought two weeks and i didn't get my salary do you not think that god expects a return do you not think that god wants to see souls saved do you think god feels okay and smile and say that's okay did he say in his word that he would add to the church did he say monthly did he say hallelujah but he said daily hallelujah so how is it that we feel so complacent gradually it wasn't easy preparing this because i am guilty and i said god i had to preach first to myself so what's the purpose of the church desire nothing beats desire when john was imprisoned and cast on the isle of partners did he lose his desire did he say well lord look at what i've been doing and see because i'm standing up for you and preaching the word i'm now thrown on this isolated he was putting up at a boiling isle cast on the isle of patmos as a prisoner no no a thousand times no john desired more than anything hallelujah and it's no wonder we have the book of revelation hallelujah because the bible lets us know that he was in the spirit on the lord's day hallelujah hallelujah isolated beaten abandoned by his friends hallelujah he did not give up he took the time and he said god you're everywhere you expect me lord to be a soul winner they didn't tell us we don't get the whole of what happened on the isle of patmos but i'm sure he never kept his mouth shut because other prisoners would have got him and said why are you here what did you do and maybe some of them were already christians and so they would spread it among the other prisoners he was there for the name of the lord jesus for preaching the word of god for standing up for winning souls word to god we were imprisoned for winning souls we were castigated we were ridiculed because we are winning souls paul said he suffered more than anyone else and that's true even when he stood before the leaders the governors and the kings oh hallelujah he was not afraid to witness because that desire was just bubbling in him he said i was not disobedient to the heavenly vision and he gave his testimony and when he preached and he preached he said you are beside yourself too much lord has made you mad good to god we were mad for jesus i would to god that today we were mad for jesus that we could be accused of being mad but he said i must see rome was his heartfelt cry i must see rome it didn't matter to him lay ahead he had that urge that desire he said i'm an apostle to the gentiles hallelujah and i must witness to them oh hallelujah they've locked him up in prison it did not stop him he did not shut his mouth but even prison hallelujah the bible said midnight porn and silence they preached and they sung oh they worshipped god the god of heaven could not keep still hallelujah he said my faithful servants i have to come and i delivered them the other prisoners because listen they were not on the surface they were deep down and the dungeon dark but when the earthquake when god answered hallelujah when god answered the very jailer my god he came trembling he was about to commit suicide but paul said i said no harm for we are all here hallelujah oh god it was a jailbreak hallelujah but god has a purpose and he came and he knelt trembling at his feet and he said what must i do to be saved oh mighty god i would that somebody would ask us that question hallelujah what must i do to be saved hallelujah i would today that somebody this audience would get up and say what must i do to be saved because conviction hallelujah has taken a hold of you i will tell you this you are not here because you felt like coming you know sometimes we think we are here we are our own big person i do what i please hallelujah but it was ordained thy god for you to be here it was purpose for you to be here this morning hallelujah some the mistake and step out of the presence of god ignoring the message because you may look and say well it's just a person it's just a woman preaching it's just so and so it's not one of those high ranking preachers hallelujah with um name and degree and whatever and pain but god is the best things hallelujah he was on our team never go among the learned he found himself in the marketplace among republicans and sinners he ministered to them that's why we are safe to minister to the lost hallelujah and so desire halloween the day of pentecost the bible said that suddenly suddenly we think that pentecost can be repeated yes it can be repeated every time someone speaks the holy ghost pentecost is repeated hallelujah it is the only book in the bible that has no conclusion because every day we should be adding to that book is the book of action the church is a church action hallelujah we should be adding when the day of pentecost was fully come you see it's not an overnight thing that god arrived at the day of pentecost before the foundation before you and i were born god had the church in mind that's the mystery satan didn't know about the church and we are not going into all of that because we know that time is of their sense but when peter preached that first message quoting the prophecy of joel that prophecy was written 800 years before it was fulfilled and if you look carefully it says when they when when when paul when peter preached the message was so convincing that the men who were there because only men attended the feast of pentacles there were no women and so when it was noised abroad they came to see what it was all about they were pricked in their hearts when they heard the message conviction took a hold of them praise god and they said men and brethren what most we do he said now when they heard this they were pricked in their heart and they said unto peter men and brethren what shall we do peter said repent nobody can't underestimate the importance of repentance if you are here repentance is the first step there are three steps to salvation repentance being one and very very important some may say well i have repented that's good but you need to go to the second step because repentance is synonymous with burial because we identify with jesus in his death his burial and resurrection death equals death i mean repentance equals death baptism is a burial his resurrection oh it's a filling in filling up the holy ghost so he did all three setting the example so you are here this morning and all you have done is repented but you have not taken the other two steps you need to take that step mark said he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved he that believeth not shall be damned it means that you are damned mean that you are cursed that you have no part so don't be satisfied with only being at number one because how futile it would be if a person dies and that's it we just leave the dead body and there's no burial what would happen the law would come in don't it it follows naturally that if someone dies then the next step is burial hallelujah and even the natural and the spiritual if that body if it dies and a place of torment there's still going to be a resurrection and if it goes to a place of bliss there's still going to be a resurrection so if we accept the new birth when we are born again you see the philippine jailer asks what must i do to be saved the jews acts what must we do nicodemus said when he came to jesus by night he also had a desire it was desire that prompted these groups and persons to be asking those questions something got a hold on their lives conviction and guilt begins to work on them and so they cry out you see the bible tells us that we were all born in sin and shapen in iniquity there is no person in this world that can say he was not born a sinner for the wages of sin is death but the gift of god is eternal life amen the wages of sin is death but the gift of god is eternal life praise god god wants us to be involved in soul winning and this morning because time is short i'm cutting my message they said there's a hell to shun and a heaven to gain the reason why you fight hell on a daily basis is because hell knows that you have spiritual keys that can lock the chains of people that's why you are saved but he shall jesus's last word before he ascended but he received power after that the holy ghost is come upon you and he shall be on me both in jeopardy and in judea and in samaria and unto the uttermost part of the so you see that the holy ghost from the death pentacles is an ongoing thing god is still pouring out if you're here this morning hallelujah you know you are still in sin you have not repented you are not born of the water you are not born of the spirit you are living in sin and if the rapture should come today even while i speak you know you would be left behind and not only to be unsafe but to those who have backslidden it's been a long time you have not felt the moving of the holy spirit you come to church but you are still cold you listen to the messages but nothing moves you you can come this morning i'm inviting us to stand you know your position you know where you are hallelujah that's some writer said there is room at the cross hallelujah if you should die and you lose your one soul you have no body to blame but yourself hallelujah that's my desire every day to see jesus i wake up in the night and i say oh i want to see you jesus above everything else i want to make it hallelujah hallelujah i want every soul in this place it doesn't matter what you possess in this earth you are going to lose them it doesn't matter how expensive your furniture is your car sooner or later it's going to deteriorate just like our bodies are deteriorating and before we know it we're standing before the judge what will you say will you say to him that i never heard how to be saved hallelujah hallelujah peter said to them repent oh my god repent repent mean turn in from your sins it's like a man going in the opposite direction and make a right about turn amen hallelujah you know your sins repent and be baptized every one of you for the remission of sin lord jesus repent and be baptized in the name of the lord inviting you i'm inviting you i thought this morning about the many in ukraine who may have had the opportunity to visit a church and heard a message like this an invitation was given and they did not acknowledge that invitation there are casualties in ukraine couple hundred have died and many of them were not saved do you know what will happen to you in the next moment i'm inviting everyone to more return to his house neither shall this place be anymore you understand that man and in fact none of us know today if we're gonna get back to our house so many leave their homes i've never gone back they die on the street in hospitals on a road it burns my heart when i saw that fire that that girl his mom said she left for work on her way for work and she was burnt alive on the highway nobody could help her everybody stand up and look they could not go close to that friends what am i saying to you i'm saying to you none of us is guaranteed that we're going to get back home today hallelujah hallelujah why would you leave without christ in your life today here is water you can be baptized in jesus name jesus is here you can receive the gift of the holy ghost why are you taking a risk eternity is long i said eternity is long eternity has no end no lawyer can't be a case for you no judge can set you free the only judge is jesus christ and he says whatsoever man so that he shall also reap why would you leave here in a setting like this where you can give your life surrender your life over to christ and then end up in hell why we're going to close it's your choice i can't give you the holy ghost i can't repent for you it's your choice i just the lord just plant these two verses in my heart and i said my god my god lord lord you have spoken today to your servant everybody heard your words today lord is appointed of the man wants to die and after death comes the judgment you said where the tree falls it remains there until of us [Music] lord i pray that every person hear my voice right now whether online or hear lord god that they will repent today and be baptized in your name as prescribing your words oh god and fill them with the baptism of the holy ghost even on their way homes at their homes anywhere lord present them to you right now we pray that you'll deliver them lord in jesus name everybody's saying in jesus name come on in jesus name come
