i've got my quarter that means that i can get a cart and go into aldi and you can come with me and we can start finding some really cool new keto finds i've been doing this whole keto find thing lately and it's been awesome just trying to identify things that maybe are keto maybe aren't labeled as keto but are still keen so we're gonna have some fun with this let's go grab a cart and let's see what all we have right now all right so the nut section can always be a little bit weird let's see if they've got something new here i've done a full aldi haul where i went into exquisite detail in fact if you're watching this video you may have stumbled across this video or my channel because of that original video let's see if there's anything new okay so i did find a couple cool things first of all simple macadamia nuts but the thing i liked about these is these were not roasted in any oil so simply dry roasted macadamia nuts but 10 ounces for eight bucks which is a pretty good price considering if you get a trader joe's 10 ounces is going to cost you 9.99 so a couple bucks cheaper not an amazing amazing keto find but definitely something that i wouldn't have expected to see at this price point at least here in california where things are expensive so not a bad place to be getting your macadamia nuts here at aldi then another thing that i found is for four dollars i found these marcona almonds now the nice thing about marcona almonds is they're different from regular almonds because they do not have the skin on them which means they do not have the phytic acid which means your body can actually utilize them a little bit better now what i mean by that is the phytic acid normally chelates to the minerals that you would get out of almonds so what that means is most almonds when you eat them with the skin you don't get a whole lot of benefit but there's a couple little things we have to look out for here see they fry them in peanut and cotton seed or canola oil so unfortunately it doesn't make the cut and that's why i wanted to show it to you it seems like it would be a good keto item but it's a little bit deceptive because they roast it with a separate oil whereas the macadamia nuts were dry roasted which is always what you want to look for on keto when you're looking for nuts do not jeopardize the quality of the nut by having it roasted with a low quality oil let's see what else we can find found another little find here that might be a little bit tricky we have these parmesan crisps or we have the cheddar parmesan crisps both are a tremendous price but let me show you the difference in which one you want to opt for 2.89 it's a really good price you're gonna pay like four dollars for these at most stores so this is the regular parmesan one aged parmesan cheese which is milk salt and enzymes really good clean then you have the cheddar one break it down a little bit more you have cheddar cheese salt and otto aged parmesan cheese cassava flour so they're adding cassava flour into it which actually drives the carb content up that's why there's seven grams of carbs in a bag with the cheddar ones versus hey what do you know three grams of carbs for the non-cheddar ones so do not get the cheddar ones that extra little bite of cheddar flavor you get is costing you serious carbs they usually do that just to get the cheddar flavor to bind a little bit more i don't think it would have needed that much extra carbs but you know it is what it is and honestly they have another option there so it's all good they didn't have that cheddar option before so now it's just kind of throwing a wrench in things and confusing people hopefully that clears it up let's see what else there is okay just stumbled across something that i've never seen here at aldi before dilton okay so we have strive which is a cool brand of built on now i'll show you the price is a little bit steep but when i explain biltong i think you'll get the gist of why it's more superior far superior to jerky carb content here zero baby zero so we've got beef we've got vinegar salt coriander black pepper nutmeg clove and lamb casing okay this is for the original and then we have a peri-peri flavor which might have a couple grams of carbs nope still zero carbs it is 5.99 for a bag of it still zero carbs okay so the difference between biltong and jerky is bill tong is air dried for a couple of weeks so you end up preserving a lot of a the flavor but you end up usually with fattier cuts of meat so in this case a lot of times you'll find yep look at this 8 grams of fat 19 grams of fat for a container i'm not the biggest fan of having a bunch of fat coming from your meat sources i like to get it from you know macadamia nuts and olive oil and stuff like that but in this case it's pretty awesome so a seriously cool keto fine i'm gonna go for hatch green chili because i'm a sucker for that and again it's a little bit pricey because you only get four sticks but if you're looking for a quick snack i mean this is the this is a meal replacement flat out 310 calories 34 grams of protein that is a protein slam so definitely going to get this this is flat out a meal okay so this would work if you're on the road tremendous keto find at all the way to go give you a comparison when you look at a lot of these turkeys like here's a spicy garlic artisan jerky yeah six grams of carbohydrates six grams of sugar not the end of the world but yeah seven grams of carbs seven grams of sugar i mean do the math okay you're gonna pay 3.99 for one of those bags 5.99 for something like this that's not going to ruin your diet i really want to see if they have that keto bread here last time i came here they were sold out not seeming to find it but i will tell you it's not exactly the cleanest stuff so you typically don't want it i wish i could find it so i could point it out but there's some hydrogenated stuff in there some stuff you really don't want if i stumble across it i'll pop it into the video okay i just stumbled across something that is really cool definitely keto and super awesome really inexpensive fine for what it is it is an organic nitro cold brew with mct oil check this out okay only 90 calories 11 grams of fat but it's all coming from the mct oil in this case we've got organic coffee water organic medium chain triglyceride oil so it's organic as well a little bit of acacia fiber not even enough to add a gram of carbohydrates so probably in there just as a binder of some kind this is really cool it seems like a little bit of a high price 299 for one serving but that's really just a cool product to have this is basically a bulletproof coffee in a nitro can it's like bulletproof nitro coffee or i shouldn't say bulletproof because that name is trademarked but a keto coffee that is nitro i'm going to get one of these just because i want to try and give an honest review of it but that's a super cool find at aldi it just shows us that all these taking steps towards providing more keto friendly options they always have these are also a cool find but they're just expensive let me just show them to you real quick they're just fun if you're like on the road or ginger shots so if you're just on the road and you just need something really quick like in place of an apple cider vinegar drink in the morning or something not a bad little thing but they're just a little bit pricey considering it's one shot it's still a fun keto find either way i could spend hours and hours and hours in the cheese section but i'll tell you right now gouda is good to go great is good to go swiss is good to go be careful with cheddar parmesan's good to go and goat cheese is the jam the thing i like about aldi is they have a ton of different goat cheese options i'll just show you really quick what they have but then i want to show you something really cool that i found that is kind of a cheaper or less expensive version of what you might find at costco okay they've got these flavored crumbled goat cheeses they've got plain goat cheese they've got these goat cheeses that have some sugar added to it essentially anything goat cheese is going to be the best kind of cheese you can have on keto because it's like 30 percent mct so it creates a lot of ketones in the body essentially getting you into ketosis deeper and faster this may seem really weird at first but swiss and group are both high altitude cheeses which means when the cows are at high altitude it creates a higher level of conjugated linoleic acid that's kind of greek to you probably but what that essentially means is it's an omega-6 form of fat that is actually very well documented to help with weight loss so when cows come from a high altitude so it's like true swiss or true group a how do you say that properly it's going to be good quality stuff it's kind of nice that they have a blend of the two cheeses that i would recommend in terms of cla so a fun key to find if you're just looking to switch up the kinds of cheeses that you would have aldi has this nice blend and it's only 2.99 this is cheaper than most bags of mozzarella shreds you get in a normal store here's what i wanted to show you 4.28 for these cheese wraps that are mozzarella so you can make like a roll now they do have the folios too which are also the ones that you would typically get at costco these are weird though i've never seen the cheddar ones and this has got let's see it's still clean so even for the cheddar ones so between these two i would actually probably go with the cheddar oh my gosh they have cheese curds sorry i'm getting distracted that's a really good price for folios comparable to what you pay at costco and these are like the smaller ones so i really dig these basically they're tortillas whatever they're kind of hidden up there you gotta look for them up at the top at all they usually so oh man they're not the healthiest thing on keto but i call it squeaky cheese because when you eat cheese curds it makes like a squeaky kind of sound in your mouth because it like squeaks on your teeth they're just extracted during the curdling process they're still cheese they still melt sort of like cheese and this is still pretty clean there's some preservatives in there not something i'm going to get but if you're looking and doing a little bit of dirty keto and you just want a quick keto treat it's not a bad one to get i don't want to spend a ton of time in the dairy section because i could spend all day talking about that let's go see if we can find any more keto finds here i don't seem to see anything super cool here in the nut butter section nothing that's really jumping out at me i see typical peanut butter typical no stir peanut butter typical separated peanut butter then i see some almond butter for 4.89 but it's really that's a pretty small one it's not a tremendous find and keto i don't know i would prefer macadamia nut butter or maybe pecan butter walnut butter the almond butter is just overdone too high in phytic acid so i don't know if we'll really get a whole lot out of this one that's not to say that you shouldn't get it it's just to say it's not a tremendous keto find let's see what else there is as we get on this snack and baking aisle i did find some milled flax seeds for a really good price 2.29 for these milled flax seeds here's something really fun to know about flax seeds so they are high in omega-3s but land sources of omega-3s like that aren't coming from a marine source like a fish source are pretty low omega-3 to begin with so you don't get a ton out of it so what i would recommend you do is combine even a tiniest amount of turmeric with this and it makes a huge difference turmeric activates more of the enzyme that converts alpha linolenic acid into the usable what's called docosahexaenoic or echocentanoic so these are the usable forms of omega-3 that you would normally get from fish so normally you have less than a one percent conversion rate to that usable form in the body if you eat like a form like this but adding a little bit of turmeric can increase that by two to three x that's pretty cool and you can add just enough turmeric where it doesn't even give it a different flavor it just activates that enzyme in your body so this is a cool fine for baking or to make some kinds of like uh keto oatmeal in the morning things like that you mix a little bit of this along with a little bit of hemp you've got a pretty cool little blend there see look at that total carbs 10 the fiber seven okay it's just straight up milled flax seed very very very good source there on keto i don't think we're going to find much in the chip section here that's not a bad price on avocado oil but it can be deceiving okay grapeseed oil run far far away not what you want to be using ooh here's some geese i could find what do we have here oh this is pretty separated that's interesting you usually don't see this free of lactose casein cow's milk fat mangu is what i would opt for in this case when compared to coconut oil or any other oil i like ghee because the butyric acid feeds the gut it feeds the enterocytes within the gut which means that it can actually help out your gut cells there's some science that shows that butyric acid coming from butter coming from ghee in concentrated amounts is really good for those ontario sites really good for the gut but it's also not the most amazing price especially when i can get this coconut oil for 289 check this out organic unrefined coconut oil for 289. so if we're talking gut health benefit compared to gut health benefits ghee is a more direct benefit okay so it's healthier for you in a lot of ways but coconut oil is still a close second because of what's called lauric acid okay it's called the c12 carbon chain lauric acid i know it's scientific and weird but basically it's an antimicrobial so it helps stave off some of the bad bacteria so 639 for ghee or 289 for coconut oil i'm just gonna go for the coconut oil in this case at aldi all right going on the cereal slash ethnic isle let's see what we got here this would be a good time for me to mention by the way if you want some good keto cereal check out magic spoon i'll go ahead and i'll put a link down below they are a keto friendly cereal so they're sweet with allulose which is a phenomenal sweetener that has just a ton of new research coming out as far as blood sugar goes and everything else like that really cool actually turns the milk the color you want it and it's all with natural color so you're using things like turmeric and using things like beet and stuff like that so really cool my toddler loves it i love it it's something that i have every once in a while anyhow check them out down below you've got to try magic spoon seriously if you're looking for just a keto breakfast treat little cereal now and then so you don't have to choose the sugary stuff highly recommend check that link out down below you won't be disappointed such a sugar fiend when i was 300 pounds like that was all i would consume was cereal in the morning and there's not a day that goes by where i don't miss cereal so i love being able to have some cereal choices now and then just to be able to curb that craving so i don't know maybe i'm just crazy okay i saw something that jumped out at me here i saw low-carb tortillas and i wanted to be able to talk about them for a second i saw these soft taco sized cauliflower tortillas and at first i got really happy still am a happy guy but not as happy as i was because the ingredients here cauliflower powder and the next ingredient whole wheat flour then corn flour so they use cauliflower just to probably say hey it has veggies in it if you give it to your kids they'll have veggies it's definitely not keto definitely 100 not but then we have these low carb tortillas from la tortilla factory let me show you the label and explain a little bit about them water cellulose fiber so it's basically just fiber then enriched wheat flour so it's basically wheat flour along with a couple other things essentially pure gluten so we have 15 grams of carbohydrates nine of which is cellulose fiber which is just going to go right through you i used to eat these when i was on a diet and i'll be honest i lost weight with them uh it did work but man i felt plastic inside that's the best way to describe how i felt you know when you eat those things that are super low calorie and you're like this is like a franken food it's not even like normal food it's frankenstein together well that's kind of how i felt i felt like my intestines were just like digesting plastic not to say that they're not trying to do something good but i think they're more so just trying to game on the low carb you know marketing train right now anyhow not truly keto not finding a lot on this aisle let's keep rolling around let's see here sometimes you find stuff on the end caps you have some of these meal replacements let's take a look price-wise this protein powder is not bad is it going to be keto ooh eight grams of carbohydrates let's see what's getting all those carbohydrates what are we getting it from whey protein concentrate maltodextrin as the second ingredient ooh okay you don't need to run far far away from maltodextrin but just be aware of it when it's a second ingredient they're using that to make the scoop seem bigger so when you scoop some protein it seems bigger but really you're just getting the cheapest form of starts you could possibly find that's disappointing let's take a quick look in the frozen section because this is where aldi seems to shine for me a lot of good frozen items and most of the frozen stuff generally at a store is good it's usually flash frozen it's usually the best way that you can get the freshest stuff without having to pay a super high premium so i saw a couple things in the fish here i want to see comes out of me at first because i'm a big clam guy let's see what's in these oh nope water bread crumbs okay never mind 11 grams of carbs that's not going to work never mind that looked good at first but here's something i like 11.29 that's for 12 ounces it's not the best price in the world but i do like this wild caught center cut portions of alaskan sockeye it's center cut and you can tell because look at how deep red this is okay the deeper into the fish you get the more astaxanthin which is the red pigment the antioxidant that makes salmon red you're going to get i don't need any of this but this is a great find and that's a really good price for really high quality sockeye salmon there also just so that you know scallops are a really good keto find but this is not the best price ten bucks for really not that many okay you can get much better prices at costco but scallops you're going to have a higher level of zinc a higher level of this can be level of phosphorous and some of these minerals that are really important on keto that you tend to miss out on so i always recommend if you do eat fish to try to get shellfish in your diet at least one or two times per week one of the best foods you can break a fast with too we'll come back to the frozen food section here in just a minute i want to go down to aldi fines aisle because this is where you usually have to look the aisle that says all defines so it's usually limited time premium buys is usually what they marketed as and a lot of times you'll find some really really good things here for really cheap prices i am not finding much in this aisle here but i did stumble across one thing that i'll show you they have this protein 2o water which i will tell you they have at costco in their new and improved form so this is water whey protein isolate see it's whey protein isolate notice how it's clear that's because it's so pure it's just protein isolate it doesn't have any of the milk solids in it so they can make it almost like a kool-aid that's how you can tell something is that pure the unfortunate thing is this is their old rendition which is probably why it's here in the all defined section and it still uses super lows the costco version uses erythritol and stevia which is a much much much better option so although it's not the most amazing find here at aldi because it's the older version it's still something cool to show you that you can keep an eye out for at costco or at other grocery stores other than that there's not a whole lot that i'm finding they've got these spin drifts here which are kind of cool because they're carbonated water slash juices they're totally keto friendly there's a couple grams of sugar just because they're actually putting real juice in there but the grapefruit one has three grams 17 calories so it's not fasting friendly but it's a nice little beverage a little disappointed on what i'm finding here in this all defined section right now usually i'm finding things let's see here's more of these parmesan crisps looks like they're closing out some of these flavors the pizza one oh man that's a lot of flavoring in there yeah let's see we got silicon dioxide we've got maltodextrin what about the jalapeno one oh here we go that's a good find okay so if you're gonna go for a cheese crisp it's either the plain ones or these jalapeno ones because look we have just aged parmesan cheese cultured milk salt enzymes and a little bit of jalapeno flavor that's pretty darn awesome okay so happy to find that it's not a cheaper price than the other ones but still a cool find they might be closing it out though let's see if we can find anything here in the refrigerated section i will tell you all these shines mostly in the refrigerated and in the frozen section their regular sections are just like any other store really oh so this oat milk stuff you got to be careful with it let me show you this the milk barista blend still 14 grams of carbs three grams of sugars but 14 grams of carbs mainly because they have they must have some fillers or something in there let's say we've got oat milk sunflower oil minerals calcium carbonate i guess they're just not filtering the oat a whole lot so it's maintaining its flavor but also maintaining its carb content typical deli meats but let's see this is rotisserie breast meat here fully cooked still multiplex still a bunch of fillers and flavors natural flavors probably not something i want to go for trying to see if i can just find just a good clean deli meat that someone could choose but it's not looking real good right now i think we're striking out on the deli meat here but that's all right we made up for with all the good cheeses they have i guess okay now we're in the meat section see if there's anything new that has come here which by the way i did that full aldi haul that really breaks down like a full grocery trip i'm just trying to run in here and see if there's anything new and exciting um not seeing much new in the salmon world they're carrying some tilapia which i would not recommend you get let's see here let's see okay we've got 100 grass-fed ground beef but that doesn't mean that it's grass finished all that means that at some point they gave it grass or they gave a grass pellet so i'm not too excited about that oh wow striking out right now when you're choosing your meats just in case this is a newer video for you to watch i recommend going for leaner cuts and opting out of the fattier cuts if you can simply that you can put the fats coming from a different source like macadamia nuts or something like that so even though this is not grass-fed grass finished it's so lean 96 lean four percent fat that is crazy crazy lean which means even if there are some antibiotics things like that those are usually stored in the fat so if the fat is this low we're okay going non-grass-fed grass finished and here's what and here's really what's going on remember how i talked about how minuscule the amount of omega-3s are in land sources well it's already a small amount so then if your total fat content is only four percent it's an even smaller amount so don't let the omega-3 omega-6 ratio throw you off too much if it's super lean it's very important if it's going to be a higher fat cut but if you're really on a budget like this is already two dollars off it's gonna be four dollars for over a pound of really good quality lean pure straight up protein so it's not going to matter as much if it's that lean so this is a good find definitely didn't have this before happy to see it they have tons of new frozen items but nothing jumping out of me right now and here's the bay scallops let's see 549 for bay scallops it's only a seasonal item but that's a really good price there that's a good price on ahi let's check that out yeah five dollars and nineteen cents for some really fresh looking face pie flash frozen but good sized chunks of awful tuna that's a good price on that just so that you know that's a very good keto find it's just something you don't want to have more than like once a week once every two weeks just because of the mercury content i'm sorry i'm talking a little bit quiet here i've been kicked out of this aldi many times for filming so i'm trying to be more discreet especially when i am filming by myself looking like a total idiot this is kind of new this is a garlic garlic and herb cauliflower see if there's any sneaky stuff in it oh my gosh sweet keto find cauliflower parsley and garlic no natural flavors no weird stuff it's just garlic and herb cauliflower rice four grams of carbs just all coming from the veggies for a buck 89. i have plenty of rice cauliflower at home i don't need to be getting that but heck yes good find there has anyone else ever noticed that when you have tahava tea like this taha iced tea you get totally addicted to it and it ends up feeling like you're on some kind of like weird trip i don't know this stuff is so high in caffeine it is so good but i get so addicted to it so fast i don't know what they put in that stuff but we've joked around my friends and i that there's something in it because it is not like normal tea it jacks you up gets you crazy amped and then you get hooked on it all right what else we got i've seen a ton of items in the frozen section here now we're back into the refrigerated section with like some of the other cheeses and some of the bacons let's take a look at bacons and hot dogs they have these simply nature hot dogs which are probably comparing with the applegate ones let's see organic beef water contains sea salt ground mustard again that's clean that is very clean there's nothing weird in it it's pretty much beef with some other stuff i would feel comfortable giving these to my son wow that's a good price too because i know at target the applegate ones are 5.99 at least here in california so tremendous little keto find there the simply nature aldi version of applegate farms hot dogs totally good to go on keto especially if you're doing dirty keto get those instead of the 229 weird hot dogs that are frankenstein together with all kinds of stuff here we got appleton farms which is going to throw me off thinking it's applegate let's see what we got here with the bacon oh it's turkey bacon not opposed to turkey bacon but strongly prefer pork bacon as the fatty acid profile is much better we're about to get into the yogurts and stuff like that which is where i really shine as far as dairy research and dairy science goes let's see if they've got anything worth talking about they rotate their stuff out a lot looking for an unsweetened greek yogurt oh sweet they've got icelandic style skier i think that's how you say it use yep so skier true icelandic ah no they have agave in there why guys why couldn't this have been unsweetened so agave is pure fructose i would almost would have rather they put sugar in there be careful of agave because a lot of brands think that agave is healthy and safe but it's just as bad if not worse because it's pure fructose let's see what this one is though here's a plain one thank god okay so we have this one seven grams of carbs and it's just coming from the milk it's just coming from the yogurt itself so not something you want to have a ton of but that's for one fourth of this i'll tell you a fun tip when it comes to yogurt what i'll do since there are a couple of carbs in yogurt a lot of times i will allocate my yogurt meals towards the evening time so it's like a dessert treat put a little bit of stevia put a little bit of monk fruit and enjoy it and it's like having ice cream that way the couple of carbs that i get out of the yogurt it doesn't really affect me because it's coming in at the end of the day and as you've probably seen in my other videos carbs a little bit at night actually can help you sleep by elevating those tryptophan levels in the brain so yogurt's good to go sometimes see if they put anything in it it's just straight up ghee it's just spreadable which is kind of cool on sale for 3.99 same stuff is what we talked about earlier it's just spreadable instead of i don't know if i don't know what really makes it spreadable it's usually spreadable i just found a nice keto find that is comparable see i don't know if i trust this okay irish butter oh i almost got caught check this out so i saw the big bold print made with milk from grass-fed cows but now watch this with canola oil spreadable irish butter they take beautiful butter and they add canola oil to make it spreadable who doesn't love some good plant oils from canola that are going to jack up your fatty acid profile that is a trickery just deceptive keto item what about this one though countryside creamery pure pure irish butter not spreadable made with milk from grass-fed cows this is just ingredient milk but let me tell you something a little tip about shopping if you met someone and they lied to you and then you came up on them a couple weeks later and they told you something would you believe them that's the way i look at brands if they're deceptive if they cut corners in other things they generally are not good to go in others so because i feel like i got a little bit tricked on that other one with some fine print and some just trickery and marketing tactics i don't want to believe that this is really grass-fed grass finished it's probably coming from some cows that got one bucket of grass pellets at some point now that could be wrong but i just have to go with my gut and looking at the judge of character with a brand so even when i talk about like brands on my channel for instance i know people give me flack for that but i work with brands that i usually trust for reasons like that and it all trickles down to how i shop too all right so they have these golden free eggs or they have the organic cage free it's a total toss-up which one do you go for do you go for free-range non-organic sustainably raised on small family farms or do you go for organic cage free i'm still inclined to go non-organic free-range because the organic standards with eggs are not very high so what that essentially means is that they're still eating soy they're just eating organic soy they're still eating chicken meal it's just organic chicken meal it doesn't really act as a testament to how they're raised so i always look for the humanely raised stamp because that usually means it's a little bit higher standard so go for pasture raised over organic it's usually a better option and really look for organic pasture raised that's going to be the next best bet cage free doesn't mean anything there's really not a lot in the frozen section right now this is disappointing there's just not that much cool stuff usually they have different kinds of ice cream things that i could show you but i'm not seeing much [Music] a little something that i found that i just wanted to point out cauliflower crackers got to be careful because usually they're just cauliflower as the first ingredient yep cauliflower then rice flour not a terrible product just not going to be good on keto so just word of the wise on that ooh here's a fun little find 249 for pure toasted sesame oil which people get a little confused about the sesame oil is normally deemed as not so healthy fat but it is a very good fat which i talk about on all kinds of different videos see that polyunsaturated fat profile normally we have to be careful with that because polyunsaturated fats are normally not really really good unless they're high quality fish oils if they're coming from something like sesame it's not going to be the best thing but let me explain something there's certain antioxidants that are in sesame oil sesame and sesame and when it becomes test toasted excuse me they elevate significantly more those antioxidants actually turn into a different third antioxidant which has the ability to protect the polyunsaturated fats the polyunsaturated fat is like a fish oil if you were to leave fish on your counter for two hours it would start to stink terribly because it would start to break down that's why the oil is considered fragile or sesame oil is just like that it's a fragile oil except it's a fragile oil that is coming from a plant so it's even worse right because the plant oils are usually not going to be as good of a or favorable of an omega-3 profile long story short this has a unique antioxidant that protects itself so imagine if you were to put fish on the counter and it had its own built-in mechanism to not go rancid that's the way the sesame oil is so it's a super fat in the world of keto believe it or not let's go check out and i'll meet you back at the car and we'll recap and explain a little bit about our trip this thing that was super cool as i'm checking out the lady goes wait a minute you're the keto guy because she pointed out this she's like i hear this is really good if you're doing keto so my boyfriend has it all the time and she goes wait a minute i hardly recognize you with a mask on you're the keto guy that's done the aldi videos yep i am and i usually get asked to leave but today i was accepted with open arms and was even thanked for the good content that we put out so that was awesome you know awesome to know that i'm helping out not just people that are watching the channel but people that work at aldi too so anyhow let's load this stuff in the truck the old ranch truck which is filthy and needs a serious bath and yeah
