Jollibee Secret Menu | Reviewing Jollibee in a Jeepney!

a lot of people don't know that there is a secret menu at javabean and I'm going to show you that right now welcome to the best ever food review show where today we are reviewing jolivet now the nice folks at olivine I reached out to them on Twitter and they very quickly never replied at all well they probably never saw it to be fair if they knew that someone of my stature was coming to the Philippines to review fast food I'm sure they would have jumped on the chance to be part of that but I'm not hating because I found a new possibility a new angle for how we can review to all of you today see we have this beautiful jeepney that we've rented we are in car car and what we're gonna do is take the creeper through the drive-thru I'm gonna get some of the classic foods there and let you know what I think you jollibee is the Filipino answer to McDonald's McDonald's comes here with all their hamburgers and all their fancy food and then jelly beans they're like hey McDonald's we got it from here the local people love it and we're about to find out why in a minute is it nearby we're driving away from the McDonald's now what's interesting is every McDonald's around the world it's a little different I know when I was in Taiwan they had wasabi sauce which was amazing what they have in the Philippines is they actually have Fried Chicken my Filipino brothers and sisters I don't know if you know this but McDonald's in the US doesn't have fried chicken and rice that is not a u.s. thing that was McDonald's coming to the Philippines and saying these people love fried chicken we have to give them fried chicken and rice the nice people on the street who sell you food they we bought like 10 of these torches torta the whole box is 100 okay give me a whole box you could do like a whole buffet when you drive through a car car oh that's why they call a car car because that's where you can eat and I want to give some away if we can my men you want a torta torta yeah enjoy let me okay good this guy's doing a Tour de France behind us he needs a little a little snack around Oh oh my god there it is is all the beauty that is Jollibee it is both jolly and it is also a beat now we all like bees one of the happiest places in the world we're gonna go through the drive-thru because we ain't got time to stop we're headed to Cebu City we're gonna making two more episodes today what me I will have one chicken double spicy yeah a large coke Zero french fries rice two gravies three gravies what else is popular what do Filipino people like and the spaghetti I need a chocolate sundae called a chocolate sundae oh yo should I do this like a real food review wow so chocolaty I didn't expect it to be so yummy nice soft serve ice cream now it's important to start your meal with a dessert and then I'm gonna show you this next move I think you're really gonna be impressed you get your french fries and you dip them into the sundae like that it's gonna bring together a bit of saltiness and the saltiness is gonna bring out the sweetness of the chocolate okay bro you're trying to do a food review here oh god everything's gonna blow away this is a terrible idea you get a little bit of chocolate on there you get your dessert and your meal at the same time next up guys I would love to show you close-ups of all these foods but we do understand that we're in a moving Jeep me going about 30 40 miles an hour I don't know what that is in kilos look it's Jollibee if you want to know what this food looks like go on their website Oh next we have here an authentic Italian pasta Charlie be it's good it's a good time that's their slogan jollibee it's a good time here we got that authentic spaghetti people love their spaghetti in the Philippines and they like it a little bit sweet and we even have some we're gonna call it sausage it's maybe really a hot dog we got some hot dogs in here we're talking day care food this is like what I ate when I was a kid and my grandma was too hungover to cook just kidding she wasn't hungover and she was a nice lady rest in peace hmm oh there's actually it's actually good a lot more media than I thought it would be I thought this sauce would be weak that would be a little bit thin and I thought it would be too sweet it's just a little bit sweet it's got some body to it with the spaghetti you don't want it to die your lips red okay you look like an amateur and you look like a big fat kid you got to be careful with the spaghetti and of course we wash it all down with a coke a Coke Zero that is because I am on a diet trying to lose weight here people obviously I bought like five meals I'm not gonna eat all that spaghetti right now we'll save some of that for the camera man a lot of people don't know that there is a secret menu and child Abid and I'm going to show you that right now it is double spicy chicken you can get original chicken you can get spicy chicken where they put on a little bit of spicy powder or you can just say yo my up with spiciness now I wish they would put two flags in here that's a spicy this place says spicy it's adorable this is double spicy this is what it's about this is a classic fast food combo here in the Philippines we got our rice packaged up like this and we have our Fried Chicken very crispy on the outside oh look at that I mean we ate chicharrón recently this is like the chicken version of chicharrón it is so crispy good that is that next level of spiciness so much spice oh it's hot nice big nice piece of white meat crispy on the outside doused and that hot powder oh I can't talk after eating spicy food yeah double spicy that's the thing to do next is the gravy this is what makes the chawl to be so special probably right here in the palm of my hand it is not just the chicken it is the chicken gravy it is so savory so delicious you can eat it on the chicken you can eat it on the rice basically you put this gravy on anything and it will taste better I'm talking Esau you put some of this on balut for those of you who have not been to KFC this gravy tastes a lot like theirs okay we're gonna really moisten it up make sure every part of that chicken is gray if I'd and throw it in there's a reason people love javabeans jollity please pay me to be your I don't know do something pay me give me a hamburger give me a hotdog so good something you'll not find in most burger joints or chicken joints in the US is this right here this is a hockey puck size wrapped up piece of white rice let's unfold that a little bit so it'll mostly keep its shape so you can eat it on the go in the u.s. we eat this kind of gravy with mashed potatoes never with rice cuz it gravy again it's so good it doesn't matter what you put it on it sees past boundaries beyond cultural beyond pound beyond cultural mountain beyond cultural boundaries doesn't care the color of your skin doesn't care the color of what is being dipped into it Oh gravy rice makes everything nice don't even put it on anything just drink it trying to get YouTube views no I will drink gravy trust me I used to weigh 300 pounds today's the first day the rest of my life I know how to get fat so there it is folks that is my chocolaty review in the back of a jeep mean it is maybe not the most convenient way to eat all the bean because all of your items will be flying everywhere and she will spill your drink and your gravy might fall in your lap you don't want that you want the gravy to all fall into here Jala bean where dreams come true where everybody is happy I want you to have a jolly
