wailing and crying and just was so filled with the joy of the lord and i i felt like for the first time that i was just like oh my goodness i now know where else would i go but the presence of the lord like god i pray that we taste that we taste an even deeper realm of your glory tonight lord and that you just ruin us ruin us all lord just mess us up because you're so worthy of it you're so worthy teach us how to ascend how to ascend above it all and to look at you and to behold i pray for your spirit to lead us into worship that we just get all struck in you lord all struck so we bless wept in his glory maybe since since the early days of your salvation [Music] tears matter to the lord i think he misses them remember when you wept over john 3 16. jesus jesus touch us deeply deeply your journey with the lord he's bringing back to remembrance all he's done you don't think jesus just helped you along do you you you know he saved you he saved you he didn't help you along the journey some of you should be dead tonight but jesus came in radiant radiant in glory clothed in slender arrayed in glory and he saved you he came skipping on the mountains and saved you he came walking on the turbulent sea and he saved you you saved your child delivered your child to some of you he gave a child and you couldn't have children and tonight you're here with that miracle child i think you need to remember all he's done he is a great and mighty king he is a great and mighty king praise you god we love you we love you we love everything you do everything about you even what doesn't make sense come and break us open tonight break us open at the core of who we are we want nothing between us and you we hold nothing back tonight have us see through us touch us jesus touch us the morning service so you actually have to use a bible on your own tonight [Music] once you turn to john 3 just just kind of wave at me would you do that [Music] okay i want you to close your eyes for a moment say this [Music] say jesus is in the room say it again jesus he's in the room now make it personal say jesus you're here and i know it say make me aware of your presence amen let's begin reading in verse 1. i'll read it there was a man of the pharisees named nicodemus a ruler of the jews this man came to jesus by night and said to him rabbi we know that you are a teacher from god for no one can do these signs that you do unless god is with him jesus answered and said to him most assuredly i say to you unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of god nicodemus said to him how can a man be born when he is old can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born jesus answered and said most assuredly i say to you unless one is born of water and the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of god that which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the spirit is spirit do not marvel that i said to you you must be born again the wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes so is everyone who is born of the spirit nicodemus answered and said to him how can these things be jesus answered and said to him are you the teacher of israel and you do not know these things most assuredly he said that a bunch in this passage didn't he most assuredly i say to you we speak what we know we as capitalized there speaking of the trinity and testify what we have seen and you do not receive our witness father son and holy spirit if i have told you earthly things and you do not believe how will you believe if i tell you heavenly things no one who has ascended to heaven but he who came down from heaven that is the son of man who is in heaven and as moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness even so must the son of man be lifted up that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life listen carefully for god did not send his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved he who believes in him is not condemned but he who does not believe is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten son of god before i read verse 19 i just want to say it's not enough to believe in god or the lord or papa our savior has a name [Music] jesus is very clear that's why the way is narrow [Music] let me keep going and this is the condemnation that the light has come into the world and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil for everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light lest his deeds should be exposed but he who does the truth comes to the light that his deeds may be clearly seen that they have been done in god sin causes shame [Music] let me just talk to you about sin for a moment sin at the core is not the stuff you struggle with many people in this room tonight [Music] are living you're living your life trying to deliver you [Music] and day after day you are attempting to deliver you from the symptoms of sin so the definition of sin it's not your porn habit your porn habit is flowing from sin it's the fruit of a deeper issue [Music] your anger issue with your spouse isn't that's not the definition of sin that is a sin your sexual perversion is not the definition of sin it's a symptom and your life's been spent trying to deliver you and save you from the symptoms thinking that by dealing with the symptoms the root will disappear no it'll never work that way [Music] jesus goes directly to the core of the issue he doesn't pacify he doesn't prune your sin tree he uproots it and burns it [Music] say this say jesus is a savior we we say it so much i'm not sure we realize what we're talking about jesus doesn't just help us through [Music] he doesn't help our life he is life he doesn't take sinful broken michael and attempt to tweak him he killed him the bible says it is no longer i who live but christ who lives in me you know two years ago i said i think it was two years ago i don't how long have we been doing this two years yeah it's been awesome i said i want to cross on the platform [Music] do you know devils hate the cross it says something to them it says a lot more than we think it says it says christ jesus bore the curse of sin and was nailed to the tree cursing the curse because the tree curses anyone who hangs on it when jesus took your sin your sin died with him we're talking about majestic wisdom adam lost all he had by eating from a living tree [Music] adam ate from a living tree and death came jesus died on a dead tree and life came this wisdom is too much [Applause] [Music] that's why it's not even a contest people are like why do you follow jesus i'm like give me five minutes just a minute just a minute and he hung on that tree as the first fruits as the first offering jesus is not in the business of pacifying and barely minimizing our bondage you can be free tonight and you'll know how many of you know that there's a person a person sitting to your right and to your left raise your hand if you don't i'll lay hands on your eyes you know you know there's someone there you know that there's someone near you if god comes to live in you you know we're talking about the god who spoke the cosmos into existence he actually promises to take up residence listen in your skin salvation is a greater experience than jumping out of a wheelchair and i've yet to see some one person get up out of a wheelchair who didn't know you know you know when jesus comes you know when he comes to live inside of you why did i read john 3 because jesus uses masterful terminology this is what he says you must be born again nicodemus comes and he says clearly you're sent from god there's no way you'd be able to do the stuff you're doing if you weren't and jesus ups the ante he's basically saying that's not enough i'm glad you think nicodemus i'm sent from god and i'm glad you believe in the miracles but that won't do it for you you need to be born again let me be really clear i am not an average prophet teacher who merely works signs and wonders i raise the dead that's what i do i will raise your dead heart you need to be completely obliterated and born again that is salvation you are given a new nature a new name and yes a new life last week i said something that i guess a bunch of y'all liked which was encouraging when you preach a lot proof of our salvation is not our attendance it's his residence it's not our attendance it's his residence does he live in you okay now let me help you along how do you know if he does is his life being expressed through yours if he lives in you he will live through you you do you have any idea who i am talking about clothed in glory a raid of splendor he wears garment he wears light as a garment do you know the father has never accomplished anything outside of jesus i don't just mean that in from matthew to revelation never this is the jesus i am talking about the jesus who created the cosmos longs to come live inside of you tonight if you want to be free you can be the christian life is not a life of bondage and it is not a life of sin what is sin let me touch on that it is the heart saying i don't need god that is the core of sin i don't need god the first mistake adam and eve made was not to eat the fruit it was to talk to the devil when they could have been talking to god they look away you get run over [Music] now we serve a god listen who sees all oh he sees everything in the dark he sees every website you go to he hears every conversation he sees you when you lock your door there is nothing hidden the bible says has he who formed the eye can he not see you [Music] it goes on to say has he who planted the ear listen can he not hear you so i don't say too many uh bad thoughts do you know you'll be judged on every idol word you ever spoke say man i've never cheated have you looked lustfully at a woman jesus said that's adultery [Music] so holy is the lord that he even hears our thoughts [Music] when the angel of the lord who was jesus came to abram abraham and sarah said in a year sarah will have a child the bible says sarah laughed within herself she didn't laugh out loud and jesus said why'd she laugh that was that was the angel lord jesus pre-incarnate why'd she laugh she goes i didn't laugh he says certainly he laughed jesus here's our thoughts now here's the deal his requirement is absolute perfection not indeed alone in thought and motive perfection [Music] so unless you've lived a perfect life not a good one because good's not good enough unless you've lived a perfect life your eternity is not secure in fact it is damned that's what the bible teaches unless unless you accept the perfection of another unless you give your life over to another it's not enough to believe his bio [Music] nicodemus believed his bio we know you're sent from god you are working wonders it's not enough to check on the box i believe the son of god but no no if you believed it you'd follow him would you stand please tonight jesus comes in mercy many of you have come for a healing a breakthrough in your marriage but the greatest breakthrough in your marriage would be you and your wife getting born again tonight i want you to take a moment i i i don't want you i don't want your faith to hinge on your upbringing on the fact that you go to church on the fact that you're in a youth group on the fact that you love jesus events none of those save only jesus saves you might be a jesus school student your salvation cannot hinge on your attendance as a jesus school student you actually need him and he is here to save say jesus you are here to save i want you to just close your eyes for a moment if i'm talking to you tonight you want your eternity to be secure you want every sin washed away and you want to pledge the rest of your life even if it means dying you're going to pledge the rest of your life to walk with party at a guy's house in dallas and um basically it was my job to preach at the house but they didn't tell me we'd be eating burritos while i was preaching so i had never done that before so the guy put me at the table the maldens were there peter lewis was there george brandon just some other friends it was really in the early days of upper room and uh they were like firing up quesadillas and uh burritos and i just was woofing them down and preaching it was awesome and they began to share their heart and tell me they're part of their testimony about israel and why women i never forgot it and and our hearts really connected and um we've just had some wonderful moments in his presence together some wild meetings in upper room i think i think upper room allowed their crew to release some of the wild ones there's like a holy vault that has not been released but some of them were absolutely i think my favorite well i have a few but uh i i preached i've preached home meetings for upper room so back when they would meet in a house they'd have like leadership meetings miller's probably watching now but miller would go skiing and they'd bring me in to like fill in for him and we had never met which is a big deal i mean when you're pastoring but he'd watch on facetime and he'd like lock in on me make sure i wasn't a heretic and then i i'll he'd literally i'd see i'd see the computer and he he'd be like in a cabin in colorado just eyeing they call him big eagle and he was just like looking like listening to every word and uh so anyways one of the meetings they were powerful man huh powerful times together so one time i i had prayed a prayer that you really need to watch what you pray i told the lord i don't like it that devils don't manifest when i preach because this is why and if you have one save it for the next church so i just worked hard all right so i was like you know i don't want them to like our meetings i don't want demons to enjoy jesus image start our ministry i want them to leave so the lord started healing people one night out of a room and and uh this girl walked up with lupus and i didn't know you lupus comes in stages but it was like the worst stage so she came walking up the platform meredith was here and um the lord this was really weird the lord said i didn't know she had lupus but i said if you have a fatal disease and it's incurable i only went i wanted to start with you guys and i've learned that when you feel your faith is strong you go for the gusto when your body gets tired it can actually affect your ability to minister so i felt good and um it looked like a murder scene in their bodies were everywhere and it was just one of those and this girl came up and i didn't know she had lupus and the lord said give her a hug so i'm like what does a hug have to do with her needing a miracle so i just did it i didn't even know the disease so she came up i hugged her when i hugged her she buckled over and started like throwing up well i i didn't know but when you have lupus getting a hug at that level what she said would feel like you're getting hit with a baseball bat so i hugged her which would have been like torture for her she felt no pain she buckled over and she started vomiting at which point i didn't know what to do because every church has like a different role like system with deliverance all of a sudden i turn to my right and there it takes an offering bucket from like i'm at the pulpit i'm at the pulpit she's here it's not a huge platform but it's like this far right she she it was like one motion she takes your bucket whizzes it on the ground slides it never tips over this had to be the lord it it doesn't tip over lands under the girls just and the girl just getting delivered and totally healed and i'll never forget looking back like oh that's god that was amazing that was amazing but um those were great days and yeah it's an honor to have you guys i love you it's a joy and it's a real privilege okay so we're gonna give it the end of service tonight uh but i want us to give generously last week we had a massive crowd unfortunately we had to turn people away and i'm just being honest as a pastor it was like one of the lowest offerings that we've had in a long time that is it's not a money issue listen it never is a money issue it's a worship issue we come into his presence with hearts of generosity because he is generous and if we're going to be a jesus people we will have to be a generous people no you didn't like that huh i'll say that again if you're going to be a jesus people we have to be a generous people because jesus gave all it's the way it is sometimes you want to pull a bill and go that was a good point bill you have to encourage yourself well i told you guys last week we are under contract on the acreage it is official uh it's all yeah come on it's been a long road yeah awesome yeah and you can do better because it's been a long road come on give the lord praise there we go there we go good good good so now now we need favor with the county and the city and all the committees and and we just need all the soil stuff and water stuff and we just need god's favor so i'm going to ask you guys to pray daily so i want you to write it down pray for the land okay and i am believing that the building we build which will be larger than this that it'll be debt free it'll be debt-free and we can have a centralized hub i mean i almost drive an hour to get here yeah but it's worth it what was the little girl's name what was her name mariah it's worth it to be there what is it huh amariah wow beautiful name well it's worth it but i can't wait to have a centralized location where our school can meet and uh we we already began working on the designs and we're the arc the architects have started it's just awesome so i'm going to be on instagram live just kind of keeping you posted throughout the process and again i'm believing it'll be a debt-free building for our children's children's children say amen um let me just follow the holy spirit here uh i went to switzerland a few years ago and uh a guy stopped me in the lobby it was really crazy he had a southern draw to his accent and i was like this dude's not from switzerland and he was standing there with heidi and he just turns around and looks at me and goes i don't know who you are or where you're from but he said i listened to the prophecy today and it maybe i can let you guys listen to a portion of it at some point some of it's personal so i may have to you know clip it a little bit but he goes i feel like you're going to have a connection with with benny hinn and he's like and maybe like kenneth and some others and i'm like okay like he's got it i'm like okay he he's like i don't have a clue he goes and then the lord says he sent you to a city known for vacation so that you would build a habitation so i thought he meant switzerland because that's where we were so i'm like sweet this place is awesome i don't that's how like like geneva i mean it's gorgeous vineyards and i'm you know there were tourists there so i came home i go babe i got the coolest word you're never going to believe this that's why i need jess in my life i'm like we we may end up in switzerland she's like what i said a guy said that the lord sent me to a city known for vacation so i would build a habitation she goes you idiot you live in orlando i'm like oh yeah that makes sense totally but the prophetic word was this has been four years i listened back through it today before i came here he said you're going to connect miracle movement with the local church of all these amazing healings last week by the way how about wendy was that last week oh personal is wendy here personal altar call personal miracle she missed the first one told me in front of everyone that she didn't hear a word i said while i was preaching and god healed her and then i she got led to the lord isn't jesus way bigger than our mistakes he's amazing and then the man who was on the search and rescue team who had the shattered vertebrae that was incredible just healing after healing and i began to listen to that word and i was like oh okay it's happening so the land is pivotal the building is pivotal the money we're spending on rent that we have been for years now is just wild and and and god provided for our camera equipment how many of you think it's incredible we have a mobile sealed team six tv truck now that can go anywhere and do just about anything the lord provided that in like 10 days right 10 days and check this out the the the last piece of equipment from china came on a tuesday they shut everything down on wednesday and we would have been waiting for six to eight months to get what we needed had it been a day later god provided it all and on the last day he's phenomenal all that to say i have some other good news we are having jesus 20 on december the 19th you need to give jesus praise listen yeah there we go there's someone happy let uh don't don't throw it up actually jesus 20 will be december the 19th one day at the central florida fairgrounds we are taking them outdoors yeah yeah and the lord i'm stir i'm stirred up just thinking about it i feel like you know when we began when we had jesus 14 i didn't think anyone would come and i was just hoping to get three to 400 people in the room and to my shock 600 came i thought we were changing like the whole world when i saw 600 people come i was just blown away then 90 days prior to the to jesus 15 60 days the church we were using up in seminole county called us they said look we have a school we ran out of room you can't have your event here and i was like and i love them very much and it was the lord actually used them i was like wait pastor are you saying i can't use the building i only have 60 days these things take like a year to plan and he's like yeah unfortunately so we rushed out and and and i was getting counsel to continue to use church buildings and it was it was a great meeting so we rushed and found a building at the doubletree down on kirkman by universal was anybody there at jesus 15 okay yeah michael jones i saw some footage of you the other day on your knees when the lord came when brymer was leading that was special so anyhow we got booted out and the event went from like 500 people 600 whatever to 1500 in a year then we moved to jesus 16 which was at the windham off international drive and that's when bill came and like 3 000 people came with overflow and that was the first year we started the healing rooms bethel brought their healing teams there were 800 people in the healing rooms and people were getting healed like crazy so many saved god's power really came the next year we got basically booted everything was shut down nothing would open so we went for it at the marriott world center do you guys remember that jesus 17 that's when y'all came and that's when jesse had that wild moment with everybody on the platform and that was crazy crazy crazy time and that is really where our heart for america god really gripped us lou i don't know these wild ladies showed up with a flag and lou had my head when lou prays for you i'm not joking you if it's not god he'll sprain your neck because he's bobbing and your head's you're just like wow i'm serious lou has the strongest abs in the kingdom he's been an eternal crunch since 1988 [Applause] so so lou took my head and pressed it into the ground at our own event and i'm like face planted and he's you know there's nowhere else to go i mean he's just pushing my head further and further and i i looked up and i see todd's dreads lou has his other hand on his dreads and todd's face is like and then i look up and upper rooms lelissa's dancing meredith jumping spinning joel's doing some wild i don't know what to call that whatever he's doing and then this flag shows up these ladies bring a flag up and i hear chris overseas screaming america shall be saved america shall be saved and something started gripping me up there plus i got a rubber on my forehead and it was a really special time and that was really where my heart got gripped for our nation around that time i had a dream where i saw america kind of the gateways to america the regions of america that that the lord wanted to visit and that america would see a great renewal and a jesus movement so this would have been you know a while ago so all that to say by the time we went to jesus 18 people started coming in from around the world i think we had 82 nations represented at jesus 18. and then last year if you include people we turned away just on the first night almost i think eight to ten thousand people showed up and they would have kept coming had there been room so this year has been a challenge we've all been walking through this challenge you know and to to meet indoors is a greater challenge so we had nowhere else to meet really and we just decided to not do it because just things were there were so many moving parts and and and uh things to work through just a lot the planning of it people flying in whether they would fly in whether they would quarantine when they got home the budget all of this this stuff so something started stirring in jess and then it hit me which is usually the pattern i'm the slow one she's the prophet and i'm the plotter she's like she's like well well actually let me say this by the time we got to jesus 16 i was don't misunderstand this in a good way getting bored with the indoor scenario because i've never felt like a conference guy in fact i'm probably the furthest thing from a conference guy like if you put a badge on me with a name tag at an event i'm not wearing it don't say hi to me like i'm coming to the event to get smashed that's that's really all that matters so i didn't want our events to be like your average conference you know where like you come and you grow old there it's a destination event the snowbirds come down in december like i made sure that chris overstreet was at the marriott pool during the breaks baptizing people and making everyone at the pool feel uncomfortable because i didn't want our people drinking like pina coladas at the pool you know virgin pina coladas like i just didn't want like some destination vacation thing i wanted jesus to break into our cities and shake them to the court i was like no i'm not doing the so so our our amazing events coordinator kurt he's like this is what we've got to work with but every time i'd get indoors and i'm like i know there's more i know i know there's more and lou started giving me words in 2016 at jesus houston he's like i see stadiums lined up and i see so many miracles taking place and people coming to jesus at a rate you've never seen and then he started saying no stadium is safe and and already stadiums are too small for america i'm telling you you didn't grab that but you don't have to stadiums are already too small they're already too small but agree with it even if you don't believe it they're already too small so we were kind of i was i've been feeling that for years and i've been waiting waiting for the right moment and the prophetic words were bigger than my faith which are the right kind usually a good one your faith has to catch up to it so anyhow jessica's we need to go outside so we started trying we looked at football fields all types of stuff and they're like no no no no no and we looked at you name it if it was a field we tried to get it and something that could fit enough people and and still be a good safe environment so all the doors closed down so jess goes we need to go to the central florida fairgrounds which is like right down the road and i'm like ah i don't know that's a lot of work she's like we need to go there and i'm like well let me try all the fields the whole time every field i tried you won't get it you're not gonna get it i mean i'm literally getting letters of recommendation written to get people to allow us to use the field and from like wonderful leaders and just because you're wasting your time you're not gonna get them like thanks for the faith so anyhow the only place where we could do it that was big enough ended up being the central florida fairgrounds all right yeah so let me back up and at jesus 17 prior to it i should say the lord woke me up at about one in the morning and i literally heard a voice that was if it was an audible it was more real than audible it shook me out of bed i stood up i sat up and the lord said this take the word conference off of your event and just put jesus in the year so i said okay so i did it and we posted it that was the first year it was the first time we ever did a flyer that said jesus 17 and not jesus conference so when we posted it to my shock we start getting all of these emails saying kathleen was one of them they were like we got saved or touched at jesus 81 or jesus 84 jesus 78 and i'm like these are typos what are they talking about i had no clue i'm like what are they talking about they're like well so finally kathleen did she call you or something kathleen said these weren't these big jesus festivals the jesus people movement that was really birthed out of calvary assembly pastor alex was a youth pastor there jesse's grandfather was the pastor of calvary assembly right here on i-4 which at the time was one of if not the largest assemblies of god in america he i think when he got the church there were 250 within a few years they had 10 000 people attending he was the pianist for smith wigglesworth not bad sorry joel you just got me buddy they're always way cooler when they die yeah so i'm like wait wait what they're like yeah that happened right here in central florida i'm like no way so the other day i went to the fairgrounds by faith before we even sign the contract i said take our film team i'm going to go film there because when we get the approval by faith i want to tell the world to get to orlando and invite the nations to this city to come worship jesus so see the lord so happy so i step on the field where's hope the pope can you walk and can you come towards me come here hope the pope best camera operator can you stop filming me come here a little awkward all right nobody can have her she's the best now she comes up to me we go there she and by the way she's a boss she's like you stand there walk this way i'll get this angle go up the stairs like i felt like it was a gladiator movie like i'm like oh i was feeling something i walked to the side put that look on your face like before you preach i'm like do i have a pre-preached face so anyways she whips out her phone and she goes you want to see a picture i said yeah sure and it was her parents oh picture your mom took on that field and what year in 1981 so i said whoa wait a minute are you telling me that we're standing on the same field where the jesus people came and adored jesus for days on end so yeah for all that to say we are if you want to register you better do it quick because this is the first you can take me out there are you addicted to that thing you are that's really weird because she's smiling and she's smiling doing it [Laughter] look if you want to come you need to register asap because now people know because there's thousands watching right now they know and listen listen to me god wastes nothing god wastes nothing orlando has been on god's mind for thousands of years listen up listen carefully kenneth copeland said in the 80s that one of the greatest moves of the holy spirit to ever touch the world would be birth in central florida there's also listen there's also a prophetic word that connects both coasts that connects both coasts from california to the east coast that a jesus people would emerge now listen this thing is not a trend it can't be a trend we're not marketing some jesus movement with some cool pictures i'm telling you there are people emerging who have fire in their eyes they are from another place you can't buy them they won't compromise they are in love they're not moved by what most people in the ministry are moved by they're wild-eyed and soft-hearted and they are not afraid to die for jesus they've got all of that in one so this will be december the 19th we'll probably go from two o'clock to 11 p.m we have to pull the plugs at 11 but it is going to be like it's only nine hours as opposed to four days but god can do more in just filled it all with himself when he descended into the lowest parts of the earth he took captivity captive released the saints from the underworld ascended and on his way up began filling everything with his own presence he's not average not average on top of that all that is lives in him all right now therefore if jesus is all he cannot be part of anything i mentioned this last week you don't get to pick him for your team he doesn't help your plan so you don't get to go i'll pick mauldin i'll pick michael meredith josh jess and jesus you don't pick him he he's not standing there on the field going i hope they pick me he's not insecure he's above all so there are only two others next to him who are actually one with him the father and the spirit since he is all he cannot be an addition so it's actually not biblical to say jesus is at the center no he's he's at more than the center he's at more than the center amen jesse amen jesus he's not just at the center so we don't get jesus in the middle and then go now let me add a little bit of us he's all and as eric says if you want to experience him as all you have to become nothing it's simple math if he's all we are a goose egg that's a golf term zero zilch but a zero plus jesus is just fine that's why catherine used to used to say if you can use a nothing use my life and oh did he ever so it's not if i get jesus i will get revival it's not let me come to jesus so that i get a blessed business he will bless your business but he's not going to work for you you're not on your payroll it's got to be his business because he's all so oh i'm going to ruffle some feathers here but it's good you think this way who is his equal say no one say he's above all we don't come to jesus to get our candidate elected no he will not share your heart with your favorite candidate it's in the coming to the lord in mass that a nation receives godly leadership that is true but we don't come to jesus as though he's a bridge or a means to get something else that's the danger of teaching a generation if you fellowship with god he will use you wait so if i if i commune with the one who is all that will be a means to an assignment [Music] therefore making the assignment the goal and not the one who i'm fellowshipping with no he's above all that was very good bill he's very good michael it's very true him who is all cannot be part of so it's not god family ministry it's just all god you you cannot compartmentalize presents you don't stop fellowshipping when you're throwing the football with your kids in fact there's pure delight in the presents throwing the football with your kids it is joyful and ecstatic to watch me hit a driver in other words there's no off switch so what we're not doing here listen we're not coming to jesus so we can have a move of god he's the move of god does that make sense i hear people say i'm i i'm trying to find the open doors and run away from the closed ones which doors do i pick and my answer has always been pick the door with a capital d the one who called himself the door you don't come to jesus to find listen in many ways you don't come to him just to find his plan for you he's his plan for you so so what jesus doesn't do is go hey come here i will give you directions i'll tell you what to do and when i'm done go your way and do it that's not what he does see oftentimes we miss his presence because while he is looking listen while we're looking for direction he's looking for affection so we miss him see we want the how but what he's trying to teach the people is the how is actually a who he's the blueprint he's the pattern i'll never forget when jessica's dad said come up on the platform at a crusade in 2008. we didn't even have an office we just got our 501c3 tell them about your ministry and i thought well i've never preached really under this man really and i grabbed the mic it was right here in orlando at the convention center and this is what came out of my mouth he is my ministry and when i said it it just sounded right the bible says i've never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed beg bread there is plenty of resources in jesus and for those of you who are believing listen you want him to do something with you i have found that he really starts to trust you with an assignment when the assignment actually begins to die in your heart because you lost it in his light you were blinded by his light it was still there but it wasn't occupying the bulk of your desire and all of a sudden you stopped caring so much so jesus said i can trust that you won't make it an idol when it dies to you he'll give it back to you let me say that again when it dies to you he will give it back to you so stop thinking about filling arenas and start
