Japanese Sushi Kit Kats Taste Test

[Music] you know when you think up something of a jokes and then realize it could actually be a good idea last year KitKat Japan came up with an April Fool's in the form of sushi KitKat and then presumably a few days later someone at next place thought wait a minute this could actually work almost a year later a crazy Falls have only gone done it they've got a made sushi kick-ass these are just limited edition they are insanely limited-edition they're on sale for just 12 days in only one shop in the whole of Japan called Kit Kat chocolate area lots of people asked me to make a video about it and I'm pleased to report we were actually able to get hold of slump after lots of cueing early in the morning if you're wondering if it's responded by Kit Kat by the way it's not although it should be because get this you have to spend 3000 yen in the shop before you get it as a kind of gift it's kind of like a special gift you get only a few dozen customers per day are eligible to get older one so it's very very rare it's wrapped in it's rather elegant band really just like sushi used to be because bamboo leaves are actually good preservatives so they kept the sushi fresh and if you're wondering what we spent 3000 yen on in a kick out shop you'll be impressed from the stuff I mean I surely add that we got there's a champagne raspberry KitKat and this nice little box we've got this Kit Kat chocolate Airy I love fruits box which is filled up little lots of different varieties of flavors and then we've got chocolate Teresa blind which is a bitter kind of chocolate but they're just as impressive as the the sushi KitKat as well as I'm concerned I've never seen these before and you need to go to a special Kit Kat chocolate shop till you get them I must admit I can't ever think this would work outside of Japan it's really annoying why do they only sell this stuff in Japan now new Nestle so anyway let's go ahead and unwrap the bounty dinner Wow bit weird though we have it three KitKat solutions here in the flavours so this one here is modeled on Magga roll or tuna sushi and it's got raspberry KitKat with a white chocolate rice underneath bloqueo rice krispies i stuck together with wasabi this one here is sea urchin and it uses hokkaido melon a mascarpone cheese flavor kit kats wrapped in a wrapped in seaweed and the third and last one is modeled on hammer going a key which is egg and it uses a pumpkin flavored KitKat and again with the white chocolate Rice Krispies underneath put things in perspective here's some real tuna sushi which is this one and you can see that they're basically the same as there's no difference one appears to be missing don't know where that one that's a mystery the one I'm most excited about is definitely the tuna one here because there's no Seeley and there's something about seaweed in chocolate that doesn't really excite me that much it also is a bit it looks like it's going to be a bit awkward to eat because with normal species you just take it dip it in soy sauce not you go you know Oh Sonam is a good idea eating sushi just before eating well actually about the same size as a normal nigiri sushi so this is a raspberry KitKat with white chocolate kind of Krispies al-majalah hmm well actually work quite well that's quite nice raspberry kick that nice sharp fruity taste with the white chocolate actually really good alright let's be a little bit more daring and go for the mascarpone cheese and Ohio Mellon a little bit weird funky line yeah the melon flavor is pretty strong and actually it's not bad for reasons I can't explain the seaweed the taste of the seaweed goes pretty well as a taste for the melon to my surprise preferred that one to the raspberry one I would like I don't even write melon so I don't know why I like that the raspberry one was an ar-10 settle on that mascarpone cheese and melon nine out of ten I was really good and now we've got the last one the tamil rakhi egg 1 which is Pompeians bladed KitKat with rice and tea which I didn't taste any wasabi they can either of those so let's see if there's any difference here fucking nesting I'm wrong mmm look very good that was really nice the pumpkin again pumpkin and white chocolate seem to go together quite well 8.5 out of 10 - not bad I must say I'm quite impressed a little bit difficult to eat that's my only criticism and also know what sorry I was looking forward to some sort with Lobby aftertaste rather than that core group is it worth queuing to buy probably not but is it worth sending someone else to queue for you invite yeah I think it is and if anyone from Nestle is watching take this great concept or what was serving it again and sell it in a box for like 500 yen or something at airports in Japan you'll make a killing that's my advise people bias people definitely buy it but yeah not bad eight out of ten would buy again thanks for watching guys I'm off now to tidy up this ridiculous mess the downsides of eating sushi kick ass on my table the messy affair you
