Pretty sure this is yellow fin tuna... On the account of the yellow fins. Not to mention buying a bluefin this size would cost more than this chef could afford. A bluefin tuna fish is also way the fuck bigger than this.
If it's bluefin and I'm wrong then I'll stand corrected, but then you shouldn't kill it. There are less 50K of these in the wild.
