hello everybody my name is Cody and this is my beautiful wife and welcome to the season premiere of The Last of Us um sorry in advance we never got to play it we still have yet to play The Last of Us I don't even know for sure what it is I think it's a zombie type thing survival I wanted to play it we had I had so many plans to play this game already but it just I don't have a PlayStation and it doesn't come out to PC until March 3rd but come March 3rd if you guys want we're gonna also play the game and we'll do it live right here on YouTube so like the video subscribe the channel it's gonna be a different experience you know this is going to be our first time experiencing the last of us is going to be in the TV medium rather than the game as for most people I'm sorry it's gonna be fun and it's a different perspective and I'm just really excited so and as always we'll have extended uncensored reactions available on the patreon and Early Access sometimes and all sorts of things so so without further Ado let's get into it I was also going to point out the fact that everyone said going blind at this point don't watch the trailer trailer ready enough I don't that's why I don't know what it is all I know is Pedro Pascal is in it who was in the Mandalorian which we also haven't seen and who was in Game of Thrones which we also haven't seen but we did plan to watch Game of Thrones later this year I don't know the last of us foreign that's what I just said I think we've watched an HBO show since Peacemaker and that's your biggest worry yes any kind of virus but most probably something similar to influenza that was something you described in your book yes a new virus in Madagascar's sake stop saying virus Global pandemic pan meaning all the whole world becomes sickle at once but in the prospect of a viral pandemic keeps you up at night as well no no no all right well no Thanksgiving fungus yes that's the usual response is this about fungus because there are some fungi who seek not to kill but to control where do we get LSD from where do you get it from fair question the fungus needs food to live so it begins to devour its host from within it keeps its puppet Alive by preventing decomposition parasites too do that fungus fungus I'm allergic to penicillin oh no that's bad for you fungi cannot survive if it's host internal temperature is over 94 degrees for instance the world were to get slightly warmer shut the [ __ ] up any one of them could become capable of borrowing into our brains and taking control not of millions of us holy [ __ ] that's gross in some way and then maybe it's yeah you're but the guy at the beginning said we can't cure it in the 60s when he had talked about that was the 60s it's 20 23 now yeah and things have gotten way worse have you not seen the buildings they lose you get that emotion too need that flashback his daughter his fatherly Instinct right over mixed with everyone being terrified of him as you mentioned yeah yeah it's just dealing drugs he's throwing dead children in the fires it's really sad it's a lot now we're heading west so I guess we're technically are we supposed to be team fireflies um because Petra yeah yeah watch them push that up when they're hanging they're [ __ ] hanging people going outside okay all right I see I see the issues at first again I was like the team's saving here right it's a safe Zone okay good first episode I'm nervous I'm so intrigued by this idea um and I've been wanting to play this game for so long but now it's gonna be fun yeah uh I'm definitely excited for next week are they all gonna be that long on the episodes I don't know eight or nine I think it's about an hour long this was a little bit longer the first episode understanding usually it is so like
