Is the E-Bike Faster? Lap Time Comparison Alta vs Yz 250

what's up guys today we're going to be doing an a lap time comparison between my two VD two stroke and then the Alta it's a electric dirtbike and that thing is insanely fast so we're going to kind of compare lap times and see which one's faster so I'm just gonna throw you guys on the GoPro and we're gonna film a lap on each one and then I'll give you kind of my thoughts after after I ride both of them and after I get a lap time on both of them [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] alright there it is on the 250 all right here we go lap time out of the halter mode 3 I'll get it [Music] there it is oh my gosh that's so cool dude what do you think how do I look on it we just got home from spinning laps on the 250 and then on the Alta and comparing lap times and stuff I haven't got those lap times up yet but when I do I will kind of after this video I'll kind of share with you guys kind of my results and what I thought about it but just feeling it I kind of felt faster on the electric bike actually just kind of instantly got on it and felt comfortable it was just easy to roll through stuff and didn't have to worry about the clutch or anything shifting that was a big thing you didn't have to worry about shifting at all you just can roll on the throttle and if he gave it throttle it go and the only bad thing about it was if you totally let off the throttle it have like weird engine braking to where it brake like really hard and almost lock up the rear wheel sometimes so that was kind of my only complaint about it but other than that the thing was really easy to ride and I thought it was like really fast and obviously you know I was comfortable on my 250 but I guess we'll see you guys probably already know which one was faster but huh well I wasn't expecting that I was quite a bit faster on my Y Z but I thought it would least be close I thought maybe I was a little bit faster on ulta just because I I guess you know it's just easier ride no clutch no shifting just that kind of thing but I guess I'm like I said already I'm used to the Y Z and that's what I ride all the time I was surprised that was what five seconds faster on my Y Z so I don't know I guess it is what it is but right now electric bikes just starting to thing I guess two-stroke is always gonna be faster let's go boys thanks guys for watching this video and if you enjoyed it give it a thumbs up hit that subscribe button and be sure to click the Bell notifications so you guys always stay up-to-date on what's going on but we'll see you guys in the next video peace
