Good call on the 'not solo ride material'
So nice to watch someone really enjoying himself.
Love the dudes like chuckle to himself, laughter of pure joy.
Man I miss mountain biking.
To qualify how steep this is for non-mountain bikers, if something looks steep on GoPro, it's stupid steep. At multiple spots he is able to just let go of his brakes and instantly have enough speed to do a substantial drop. To so that, it has to be "fuck me" when you first look at it steep.
In my years of riding and racing downhill, including time at the professional level and daily riding with World Cup racers, there's a snowball's chance in hell you'd get me onto that trail on my all-mtn bike. That's at minimum Enduro or full fledged Downhill bike terrain.
Riding that trail blind is not only impressive, doing so on an all-mtn bike is phenomenal. Though that whole trail should have a partner. There were some things he did in there which had way worse consequences than the gap he skipped.
I think people need to show more appreciation to those who actually take the time to go around making these.
I can't stand this trend of "trailers" for the video you're already watching right at the start.
That guy is legit.
Kudos to him to keeping it safe while going solo.
"This is not solo ride material."
But would a trail like that be on public or private property?
And if its private, what happens when some one gets hurt on your beyond expert?
Obligatory
I think I’ve played this map in Trials
