hi hi there hello how are you i hope you're doing amazingly today we're going to be opening up my glambag x and the x stands for like collab because there's always going to be somebody that curates this box it could be like a celebrity a makeup artist a brand owner an influencer there's some buddy that curates this specifically this time around it's khloe kardashian which um i'm expecting some things in here i have some high expectations because it's a kardashian i'm expecting this box to have like hella mega value like everything in here nothing is going to be drugstore pricing because we know the kardashians don't shop at cvs or rite aid or probably not even like target or anything like that so um there's that i'm also expecting there to be some sort of like innovative thing that i've probably never heard of because i can't afford kardashian type stuff so i'm also i'm also hoping for that yeah so yeah i should know what's in here however i don't because um long story short i can't make choice because my account is messed up because i'm on their pr list and i'm on there and i pay for this i paid for this this one's mine so because they got linked weird i can't make choice and i also can't even view like my account at all online it just times out every single time and there's no resolution for it which kind of sucks so this will be a total surprise for me however for you it would be 55 each quarter it would upgrade whichever bag you currently get so if you get glam bag for 12 a month in august then you would pay 55 you wouldn't get your glam bag you would get the glam bag x instead same goes for like glam bag plus if you get glam bag and glam bag plus then they're going to upgrade your glam bag plus i hope that that made sense but let's break into it i started with a totally naked face because we need to put things on we get ourselves a little um newspaper here that's going to tell us everything that's in it and how to use it i think you get eight things in here every single time you would select four of them and that they would select four of them the first thing that we have in here is from complex culture this is a brand that is owned by ipsy which is why you see it a lot inside this box i'm hoping that since ipsy bought boxycharm that boxycharm starts to carry a bunch of complex culture because literally everything that this brand makes like it's phenomenal i love everything this is called the rose quartz sculpting stone gaucho i don't know how to pronounce that i think that i saw bailey sirian use hers this way to create like an uplifting effect but like literally every side of it seems like it's supposed to do something an ancient beauty ritual known to help tone facial contours reduce puffiness relieve muscle tension for the appearance of smoother radiant looking skin when combined with the natural skin nourishing properties of rose quartz gives the ultimate at home facial massage first apply a serum or an oil oh use gentle light pressure to sweep up and outwards on areas of the face followed by drinking plenty of water to aid flushing out toxins yeah okay so the best thing honestly that you can do for your skin is drink a ton of water um i don't know how to do this i will have to watch a video on that does anybody post a video on it so then next up we have something in here from 111 skin rose gold radiance booster formulated with rose did they honestly have to put rose in it they could have just made it like a rose color look it inside that gold shimmery drop it's very very very lightly scented but i do get a scent of rose the booster is formulated with rosa de mesquina which i'm guessing is is rose to mask isn't isn't that a thing and pure gold to enhance the natural radiance of skin for a coveted dewy lit from within complexion sallow skin will become utterly incandescent so cello if i'm recalling correctly means like sickly looking skin so that's a bonus not looking sickly yes yes yes okay so i had received this in a sample size a few times out of macy's beauty box and i freaking love it but i cannot afford the full size of it it's like 50 or something and it's a hair it's a scalp scrub so like it's not necessary but it feels necessary when you really get into it this is by christoph robin and this is a sea salt cleansing purifying scrub with sea salt soothing detox treatment for sensitive or oily scalp and i do have really oily hair and i know everybody always says well you got gotta try to train it to go longer without washing it i'm over washing it because i wash it every single every other day listen i committed for like a solid nine months on um doing like going through that detox and cleansing ritual and trying to extend it for as long as possible and the only thing i achieved for nine months was looking dirty so it's not for me i i like i simply cannot do it this this is magnificent though it's so scrubby on your scalp it's so satisfying it feels like you're removing every little bit of product every product build up everything off of your scalp it sudses up sudsies it does get that so like after you scrub your scalp like you dip it under the water and you can like really kind of work it through but don't focus on your ends because it is scrubby okay i was kind of hoping for some makeup in here but so far none um we have the pink diamond cleansing balm lift and illuminate by rhodial this is a luxurious cleansing balm to remove your makeup and dirt from your face whilst visibly transforming the appearance of the skin take a small amount and warm it in your hands apply it to your face to break down makeup dirt in to purify your skin you use this before you wash your face to break everything down literally every single cleansing balm seems to work exactly the same so if you can find one for cheap then like do that okay makeup makeup makeup what do we have here we have by ace algae in overnight lip mask so not still not really makeup i would consider this lip skincare if you're looking for the secret to more smoochable lips than you've opened the right box eastology overnight mask is here to give your lips an extra smoochable edge this miracle worker will resurface your lips boosting hydration and leaving them soft supple and smiling when you wake up you're supposed to remove it i'm gonna put a little bit on oh oh my god that feels luxurious i'm kind of surprised it's not a lip plumper being that like exaggerated features are a little bit of a kardashian treat next up we have something in here from tower 28 which um this box is starting to feel a little bit tick-tacky i know i've seen this just like this type of a tool in general on tic tac this i've seen on tic tac this i've definitely seen on tic tac so this feels very tick tacky which i'm not hating i'm i'm actually i'm quite digging and and an entirely curated tick tock must-haves box sounds freaking amazing actually shine on milky lip jelly yeah it smells like carrots we'll give this a try a little bit too oh it's coconut i don't know or maybe that's the shade next up we have an anastasia beverly hills brow pen wow i am all sorts of confused i thought abh was going under didn't they like declare bankruptcy or something i stay out of the beauty community a lot more now um when i very first started my channel two and a half years ago i really wanted it to be like a beauty channel because i just simply loved all of the beauty youtubers i looked up to them i wanted to emulate them and that's what i wanted to do and i'm honestly so glad that i did it i'm so happy it is my shade and um it is just like a felt tip liner pen oh my god this is really good like look at i can't do it very well but you can go like thin lines you can go thicker lines i think it is going to match really well i never get brow products i love getting brow products in these boxes okay and then i think i'm on the last thing here yes the last thing in here is also by anastasia beverly hills this is a modern renaissance palette if you haven't tried this yet i feel like you've been sleeping under a rock um i don't know if this was the best palette to put in this box because i feel like anybody who gets the glam bag x probably has tried this cult classic eye shadow palette in the past however eyeshadows do expire after two years so if you tried it when it was initially a thing then you should probably take that old palette throw it in the garbage and then open up this one i can't get into this it is a beautiful palette the abh eyeshadow formula is honestly it's not my favorite it has a ton of fallout so like this is a do your eyes before your face kind of a palette and i'm gonna do my face before my eyes kind of gal um i don't get along with it as well as a lot of other people do who is calling me in case you've never seen this palette before it's a really nice one it kind of you know what i feel like huda rose gold remastered palette almost kind of duped this palette right doesn't this kind of feel like huda duped them and then added a whole another row of colors maybe yes but abh also does come with a brush it has a blending side it also has like a flat shader or a shadow brush kind of a side you could use it to smudge underneath honestly it's it's a terrible brush i don't like the brush i've never been able to use them bo go ahead and use this today since we're gonna put some stuff on my face i feel like we have a decent amount here so there were a bunch of different variations of things you could have received based on your beauty quiz preferences chloe curated five of these products just for you there are a lot of variations that i did not get so you could have received like the charlotte tilbury magic cream which is like another cult classic coveted product and herbaport herbivore botanicals prism ah bha exfoliating glow facial the patrick star one size palette was in here as well as some cosis mascara and ole enrichment banana bright face primer armist beauty lip to cheek demure um like a blush and cheek thing a mac lipstick an olek anderson banana bright eye cream tower 28 looks like it came in two different shades okay so for what i gather chloe selected five of these products and then when you turn the page then you have 17 more products that you would have been able to select three items of there's peels and balms and lashes a sparkly eye topper also from one size olaplex number zero intensive bond building treatment i would have selected that if i had my choice dang morphe continuous setting mist i would have selected that as well i freaking love that setting mist i know it's cheap it's only 15 bucks you can use a coupon at ulta 3.50 off yeah i would have selected that it's so damn good uh the moon oral care by kendall jenner the teeth whitener even color wow had a practicing product in here called pop and lock high gloss matte finish so yeah there was a lot of really really really really really good products in this one and i am super excited about it i think that it was fantastic i have my other bags here do you guys want to see them real quick i'll blast through them real quick we won't include them in the try on but just so that you can determine to see what size ipsy bag might be best suited for you so this one is the glam bag x 55 quarterly i'll do my glam bag plus now this one did not get sent to me because mine that i paid for got upgraded to the glam glambag x this one did get sent to me in pr so it's just going to be a representation of what you might find in may's flambe plus so first up here we have some cush mascara from milk makeup which is an absolutely amazing mascara and it is of course full size because everything you get in the glam bag plus it's 25 per month is going to include five full-size products you're going to be able to select um i believe three of them so two of them are assigned to you you get to make the choice of three next up here we have something from complex culture i do not have this brush oh i'm so excited about it so their brushes are freaking fantastic because they're tapered they seem to be weighted properly and they're just beautiful but they work really well so this is just a really tiny like crease definer brush like this is that kind of brush you use to make that v on the outside i think it is called an easy crease definer then i have in here from hey honey and this is an eye serum open your eyes lifting eye serum to smooth your lines and reduce your puffiness and this hey honey i believe uses honey which is like a natural antibiotic antiviral anti-whatever this fluid revitalizes the appearance of your entire eye contour to deliver a bright rusted look open your eyes wakes up your eyes reduces your puffiness provides hydration tightens your skin and effectively minimizes the appearance of fine lines for a visibly lifted effect gently smooth one or two drops of fluid around your eye contour okay next up out of the glam bag plus is the tarte maracuja juicy lip lip oil in the shade rose but i'm hoping it's not in the center rose i'm i think i think i got it everything is all pinky and cute and florally and rosy because it's the mother's day month it's called flower power and it's may and i'm guessing that they kind of did that on purpose that makes sense now that's why everything is this color oh this is different than i thought it appears to be a solid except it has like a clicky button on the bottom oh it does push it up it takes some effort that might be more more effort than necessary for a product like this oh oh my god that's that was a mess look at that it just kind of like it felt luxurious it felt wonderful at first but then it just kind of smashed and melted mmm okay there we go mulipy on that one it's kind of cool i don't know it tastes weird um and then i also have a fenty beauty by rihanna fly pencil long wear pencil eyeliner i don't know it it does seem nice i wonder if it would work well in my water line up with the overall value of the glam bag plus on the screen so that we know the overall value they never send it on the card the card always has like some kind of hints or tips or tricks or whatever and then do you want to see my ipsy glam bag that i pay for this is this is the one that's going to be most curated for me um oh there's stuff inside here okay so i have outside of here two things from tula skincare it looks like they're the exact same oh because there's only one pad in each and this is the instant facial skin reviving treatment pad polish and exfoliate your for smoother brighter looking skin so i got two of those and then in my bag here i have something from item beauty a lip quip moisturizing lip oil that's the vibe for may i have an overnight lip mask a lip gloss a miracula lip oil and then now i have a lip oil oh my god that smells so good it smells like juicy lemons and then we have a skin and co roma citrus hand cream in this little like sample size tube so the glam bag is 12 a month and you get five deluxe size sample size products sometimes you get full size products but it does say that it should have a value of 50 or more i usually see a value of like 40 to 45 in my boxes or my bags honestly but the value isn't necessarily what matters to me as much as the curation and if i'm actually going to use the products um next up is from a brand called l m infinity sleeping lip mask and i just simply cannot put anything else on my lips right now to be able to test this out this one seems to be a little bit more of like a vaseline kind of texture as opposed to everything else and then the last thing in here is from contacts and it's nail lacquer i thought context i have lip products and stuff from contacts i think i was expecting something to be pink and floral and something for like mother's day given the whole like vibe of the rest of this box but this is very very very nude it smells like nail polish so that is it swatched onto um the cardboard it looks like it probably would need a few layers which i think every single nude nail polish needs a couple layers to build up the opacity unless you want it to be like super thin and milky okay so that was fun that was good right oh i forgot to do the overall value of i'll put the overall value of the glam bag up on the screen where did my phone go but i'll put the overall value of my glambag x that i paid for up in just a second okay so the overall value of my box was 395 dollars which is really good considering i only paid 55 it's like almost getting 80 off of all of the things as long as i would use and actually want to use all of the things which this box is pretty good okay let's do my makeup first up let me take off my rings there's not a ton i can try i might use some of the stuff that i got in the other boxes but i'm not removing my makeup and i'm not washing my hair and we already tried the rose gua sha so next up i think would be the rose gold radiance booster which i'm just going to um let it soak in for a minute that was far too much i don't actually see any of the shimmer anymore which i'm happy about oh never mind there it is we just needed to shine the light on it it is golden i'm gonna put on my foundation and then we'll be right back so i already forgot that i told you all that this is a mess and you have to do your eyes before your face so i look wild because i'm gonna leave my under eye powder on because i know that this is going to fall out all over the place and um yeah we're going to dig into the modern renaissance palette real quick raw sienna here and kind of dust that into my crease this mirror is garbage it is so blurry that made it way worse i must use another mirror this one's also a mess i don't know i literally do not have a single clean mirror so we'll deal with this raw sienna again and just get that into my crease my camera battery died this is good this is working out well just swell all right then i'm gonna go into um cypress umber here which is actually a shade that they recycle in a couple of their palettes so it must be a really nice shade oh it kind of is but look at look at that look at that fallout um yeah it is a really nice deep brown it is um super duper patchy until you blend the absolute out of it like if you're using an abh palette get used to doing this yeah you have to blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend blend i'm gonna go in on one side with this antique bronze which is a little bit lighter but also as a shimmer and just kind of like put that in the middle i'm kind of hoping it'll marry this look together i think that was a bad idea it's a little bit richer it's a little bit chocolatier clean that off real quick and then go in with primavera and put that oh i should put yeah primavera primavera that's all we're doing we're committing to that that's gonna be our inner lid shade lastly i'm going to go into vermeer i have no clue what are these words it does have good crease shades it does have good like highlighting and shimmer shades it doesn't blend like their mattes don't blend as well and i already knew that going in i guess you really could get a lot out of this palette um if you have some time to dedicate to that blend i didn't get any blush bronzer highlighter setting spray none of that so i'm just gonna finish off my face real quick and be right back next up we have the abh brow pen it is super precise almost too precise that i'm gonna have to like try to mess up that bottom edge a little bit but it is a nice pen okay so i have a pen called i think boy brow or brow flick from glossier and and i love it i gotta stop moving my eyebrows i'm doing it i love it except um after about like four or five swipes i have to like try to pull this like goop string off the end of it but outside of that it works really well but this doesn't do that this might be my new favorite brow pen when you brush through it you can make it a lot more natural okay just to finish up my eyes i'm gonna use the milk makeup crush mascara and then that fenty beauty eyeliner i figured we could use the complex culture brush real quick and just dip into raw sienna i don't like to put very many colors underneath my eyes because my eyes water constantly and if you can't tell this one's already watering tearing up towards the edge there which is so frustrating um so it's just basically going to be gone in probably like an hour anyway but just to use this brush just to kind of finish off this look a little bit and clean up underneath i like this brush a lot oh my god it's perfect for this do you see how it's like beveled like a triangle i can just dip into it on one side and then just brush that one side clear underneath everything without disturbing my mascara oh my god i love this okay great brush we have one last thing to try oh my god there's so much product on my lips that my lips now just feel like abused and not nourished we have the tower 28 milky lip jelly i don't think that smells like coconut i like it it's thin it's definitely not sticky it still feels nourishing i think it gave me a little bit of color but not like a whole lot i really like it i think that that's great okay so overall i thought that this was an amazing month we have exactly what i was expecting in a way i was hoping that things were going to be expensive which this box is valued at damn near 400 and that things were going to be kind of like innovative which like the gaucha thing definitely is i don't really feel like this did much as far as radiance boosting goes i don't know i don't see anything on my skin necessarily oh yes yes i do i definitely do see some of the glitteriness coming through i wish there was a way to make like dewy and luminescent something that's not glitter gold glitter on your face because i know when i go outside i'm gonna look like a disco ball and i have a play day after school at the park and the other moms are going to wonder what's up with my face uh yeah this is a really good box um glam bag x so far i've only received it twice so you've only all have ever received it twice has been a home run both times so i'm very happy with that and um i think the glambag plus for this month was really good and i really enjoyed my glam bag itself that was curated for me that i paid for i thought that that was really good too so yeah really good month okay so uh thank you guys all for being here for this super
