what's up everyone so we have been given exclusive access to taught this incredible home behind me one of the best architectural properties here on the palm of Jumeirah we're on Front gym billionaires wrote the most exclusive from I can't wait to show you guys around let's start on you another thing I won't do starting on the exterior let's take a better look at this home so it's designed and built by Naga Architects based here in Dubai and what an incredible presence this home carries on this frond now the Landscaping over here you can see they've got travertine insert in the path here as well as an incredible amount of travertine on the exterior of a property very expensive now over this side you can see the grass here they've actually gone for real grass instead of Astro turfing which I love there's lots of plants throughout this home really bringing that jungle theme inside to the home we have six bedrooms over four floors lots to see today and then as we come up to the door I mean wow what an entrance here we go hey Matt come on in wow this is an incredible entrance so how did that door open so I opened the door via this button on the wall show your page for recognition oh Facebook recognition which basically makes the door open automatically pretty cool and I remember as well you have a remote right yeah you got a remote so you can do it say if you're sitting in the lounge and you want somebody come on in just open the door for them wow an incredible height it's a seven meter high door 12 meter high ceiling Heights should I show them through this way come on Into The Powder Room firstly I've got to show you inside here directly this space is amazing have you ever seen a faucet detail like this I don't think we've ever seen that on the channel so wait for it I'll turn the top on pretty cool so we've got the marble sink and flooring travertine on the walls then straight across here we head into the study now I'm going to take you over to this doorway here because this accesses straight out into the Zen Garden more on that in a moment though we're going to take a full look outside this could be one of the six bedrooms currently set out as an office they've got a different kind of layered travertine on here with their LED lighting really bringing that to life an incredible finish and as we come into the ensuite again travertine sync I've got the black sanitary wear and a nice window outside so let's work our way back into the hallway so back in the entrance the travertine from outside has seamlessly followed inside so you've got it on the walls in this gorgeous Sandy beachy color which really fits the theme of Dubai you've got large glazing by the door which brings all the natural light in and then coming back here we have this incredible floating cantilevered staircase with these cable handrails which are very unique the handrail on the left is actually built into the travertine now coming down this side on my left we have a Japanese inspired zen garden and Koi pond I love that me too it's very cool the way they've brought the water through the home obviously we've got the seafood there we're going to go straight out private beach access even got a keyhole design water feature I love how much thought has gone into the build of this filler can you see on the floor you guys might be able to see that the light is dancing on the travertine flooring and that is actually due to the ripple effect so all the way up two levels of glazing there is water on the very top floor fresh water pump from the ground that creates that effect also there's a glass walkway above us but there's an even cooler glass feature in the kitchen I'm not trying to show them let me show you come on through so we've talked about this being over four floors who has the basement down there and as you can see I am now standing on a huge bit of glazing kind of feels weird would you be happy to have this in your kitchen what do you think summer um dress so it is completely see-through it looks down to the wine wall and everything down in the basement so it is a very unique feature and it certainly makes for a lot of light down there anyway let's talk about the kitchen so we have the center Island here with the white porcelain finish they've gone for Mila appliances here clever induction system built in here so you don't have to have a big fan these chandeliers are very cool because we learned earlier you can actually change the height of them by simply pulling up and down as so and then you touch the light to come on there's a few sets of them around here we have tons of storage space this side for the kitchen the fridge being over on the far end secondary kitchen through this door now this is where you'd have your Chef working preparing your meals keep the show kitchen nice and minimal lots of stuff here Siemens Gas Appliances door outside to the barbecue but we'll show you the full outdoor tour in a moment we're now going to work our way out of this space and get into the Open Plant area summer take it away we have yet another travertine wall but what makes this wall you unique is they've created insets within the travertine to place ornaments I could definitely visualize how I would style this space if I lived here now moving on to the 10-seater dining table with the same light fixtures above and the kitchen island and then over to my favorite part of this villa which is the sliding doors which leads you out to the outdoor pool and we are going to head out there in a second the minimal tones continue through the living area so we've got nice cool colors here on the fabric of the sofa speaker system in the ceiling recessed with LED lighting surrounding a feature wall with again more travertine porcelain on there as well as a gas fireplace and massive TV now I'm going to show you one of my favorite Parts the zen garden and show you just how easily in and Outdoor Living flows effortlessly and here we are on the exterior eight-seater dining table there's actually speakers in the ceiling and these carry throughout the interior as well this is one of my favorite parts of the home the connection with water such a tranquil space to sit and enjoy time and if we look up we can see more of the architectural profile of this home so much glazing and traversing on the exterior it's absolutely incredible this is bedroom six that we showed you at the start so you can access directly out of there onto the gardens again real grass here so nice to see behind Tom you have access to the front of the property where we started the tour we're going to continue back now you can look at some of the greenery beautiful landscaping now here an interesting point we have a horizontal window that's just behind the fireplace letting so much natural light in let's go up a couple of steps onto the main Back Garden area to my right a sunken seating area nice fabric cushioning with travertine surround what a place to sit where the sun goes down and enjoy those views what do you think summer how incredible is this I think this is my favorite part the swimming pool the beach The View I mean you've got the Atlantis over there it's beautiful I love this infinity pool the colors of the tiles right yeah light blue yeah and it just flows when you're inside they've really got the colors of sand to match the travertine and then the pool matches the color of the sea so it really just allows your eyes to continue and enjoy that view it kind of actually looks like Sandy color blue Sandy color blue yeah it's beautiful honestly it's absolutely incredible so I'm going to now take you down and show you what it's all about living here on the palm so I'm going to head down the travertine steps with the LED light surrounding we have an outdoor shower here what a beautiful spot to take a shower little access gate here and you join me on the beach right outside your Villa how incredible is this to be able to walk out here beyond the pool and have this literally as your backyard I mean the view and the architectural profile of the Atlantis residences is one of the best in the world and you can literally head down here grab an E4 or a kayak and enjoy that all right let's head back up now let's just take a moment though whilst we're here to look at the rear of the property one of my favorite Parts which we haven't shown you that is the very top floor where we have yet another infinity pool I mean it looks out of this world let's keep exploring as we move back up the staircase there's one area out here I want to show you guys so come on through we're about to go down there in a moment it's very cool so stay tuned over here we have a couple of seats access directly from the kitchen perhaps a nice place to come out for a coffee in the morning or somewhere to enjoy your outdoor kitchen with your barbecue here and then you have another access to the front of the property from there if we look up you can see a really interesting detail and that is a big part of what affects the light and I'll explain more about that as we get inside but for now we're going to head down to the basement level and show you the cinema and the gym [Music] emerging from the outside to the Inn we have the travertine door here with a bathroom inside vertical window actually for lots of natural light I'm going to go through the sliding doors into your very own home gym this is a great space actually loads of room you've got techno gym equipment over this side the mirrors on the wall speaker system and blue LED lighting but lots more room to add some stuff here so you have to let me know what you do with that area now I'm going to go through this wall this is the wine or drinks wall that we saw from the level above so the glazing looks directly down into here pretty cool a quite unique feature now Tom if you come on through we'll show everyone into the cinema room [Music] thank you this looks very cozy very cozy recliner chairs and I've also noticed these chairs have a USB port to charge your phone and the cup holder has a cooling setting and a light setting so your drink can stay cool while you watch a movie nice I'm just going to get super comfortable here should we have a quick nap time this is lovely two hours later now we've seen the ground floor and the basement we're going to take the elevator and go check out the incredible bedrooms you ready let's go foreign [Music] of the elevator what I love about this one in particular is it's completely Seafood as you travel up and down between the floor the glazing is there so you can see across to your Villa and that's certainly a common theme within this Villa all of the glazing so we have loads of natural light up here we're going to explore that area some more but firstly let me take you this way into one of the bedrooms so you have a seating area here access out onto the balcony the views are so amazing and come on through so this is one of the six bedrooms we again have the white porcelain finish here access that onto the balcony and let me show you through to the Wardrobe section which is just here now interesting feature with this glazing you might think oh Matt all that glass is great but I don't want to be able to see into the bathroom well that is where you can simply tap this and boom it goes completely frosted and unsee-through anymore this is a beautiful ensuite though worth stopping for a moment in because of how unique this travertine sink is I mean look at the Exquisite detail on here the lines are very minimal we then have a bath here surrounded by travertine and an amazing Skylight above okay continuing this way walking into one of my favorite bedrooms and the reason for that is all of this incredible Greenery we have a jungle literally entering into your bedroom which I think is so important in Dubai now if you look up to the facade material used over there that is masharibra and it's essentially a lattice segment part of the exterior wall which allows nice amounts of light to come in and blocks the really harsh light so you get these really unique finishes inside and that finish actually dates back to the ottoman times in the Egyptian era very interestingly next bedroom travertine surround again white porcelain access out onto the balcony similar to the last one the ensuite for this bedroom again tons of natural light but how amazing is this this is why it's my favorite room because you're in the space and it almost feels like it could be in Bali with the jungle right next to your bathroom lots of mirror storage and again you can just press one button to frost this glass continuing to explore we have the staircase there we talked about at the start now this is super cool so another few massive planes of strong hopefully glazing here and this is what makes the view and the dancing sunlight down on the ground floor so amazing because above me on the next level of glazing is the water and so again you can look all the way down and just makes the home flooded with natural light I want to pause for a moment to show you the entrance we have this beautiful chandelier very custom that's the front door there and some is now going to show you the next we've got a few more bedrooms to see I'm going to take you in this one this room has a really cool circular bed you don't actually see these very often a unique feature wall which gives depth to the room and then they've utilized the entire wall top to bottom for storage which I gotta say I like and then my favorite part of this room is actually the ensuite so through here you can maybe see in the reflection of the mirrors all the plants I'm obsessed with plants and I love how they've interconnected the outside Greenery with the inside okay now let's head to the other side of the hallway and check out the next bedroom so a little bit different style in here with the red theme but the same feature wall as the other bedroom and then this ensuite has Glass Walls if you're coming in here Tom look how cool the sink is with the slanted this reminds me of Kim Kardashian's house she's got a similar one to that and then again so much natural light coming up coming down from up there and you can also change the glass to be frosted like that now let's go up to the final floor and meet Matt up there [Music] hey Matt hey welcome to the top floor I haven't actually been up here yet so do you want to show me around yeah for sure so I just came out of the elevator you've got the stairs as well now this is what we've been talking about through quite a lot of the tour is the water the fresh water that's pumped all the way to the top of the building sits on top of the glazing here and allows that shine to go all the way through to the bottom you can actually see the light dancing even on the ground floor wow that is really cool should we head into the bedroom has through the doorway here this room is insane it has one very cool feature which we're going to show you here it is so you essentially have an infinity pool from your top principal bedroom I think what we should do to start with is the best feature about this room is all of this glazing as you can see you can slide it all open and then you have direct access to your plunge lap pool so if you open those ones somewhere yeah [Music] I love how you can just jump straight into your pool cool down I think it's one of the coolest principal bedroom signs I've seen now let's show you the rest of the space so we have the bedroom area here with the white porcelain feature Walmart Beyond there and look at the size of this hallway so as we come down here we have the glazing here you can see in more detail the Macho ibra external finish so this is your wardrobe got a tinted glass here loads and loads of cupboard space and come on through to the ensuite wow the lighting in here is incredible amazing right it's such a tranquil space we have the big shower here huge pieces glazing you actually have views across towards the Atlantis Resort there it's iconic they've also added an outdoor bath outdoor bath and an outdoor shower out there wow so the one thing about this house that I think they've just mastered is the natural light yeah I don't think I've seen a house with more natural light than this I agree 100 so why don't you now show us the other outside area down there yeah let's go let's finish the principal sweet tour with the outside section over here come with me so you have an outdoor kitchen area a gorgeous seating cocoon and then also you can step down into this sunken area where you've got the view of the pool and the beach foreign temperature is dropping this is a beautiful time to be here in Dubai now I want to show you the garage we looked at this at the start but not in detail so actually Behind These tiles is the garage and I'll open it up now for you so you can start to see how it's set within the wall behind the door is space for two cars you'll have to let me know in the comments your dream two car setup if you were to buy this filler now let's head around the back and see this place in Golden hour [Music] here we are at Golden Villa in one of my favorite parts of the property the infinity pool the back of the property looks amazing at night it does look incredible I love the way on the second floor with the bedrooms they integrated the plants and the greenery with the ensuites in the rooms and then
