Touring the MOST LUXURIOUS Mega Mansion in DUBAI with a $60m Car collection

foreign [Music] [Music] hey guys it's Nesta today we're going to be touring one of the most luxurious mega mansions in Dubai and to say I'm excited is an understatement it's got its own bowling alley and garage filled with supercars we'll leave the specs in the bottom corner and we want to thank BCI for allowing us to take a tour they've just finished renovating it from the ground up and finally we want to thank you guys it's because of you and your support that we've been able to tour this kind of home and if you haven't already please like this video And subscribe to our Channel now without further Ado let's begin the tour [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign right outside the front of the property you have an automated gate which leads to the tiled driveway now I love how that blue gray contrasts so well with that white marble exterior to this side of the property we have an entrance to the pool area but we have a covered parking space just in front with these two stunning cars now if you think these are beautiful wait till you see what we have in store for you on the inside because right on the left hand side of the building is the entrance to the sub-level parking along with another covered parking space here with an actual garage door which houses two of my favorite cars at the front of the property you have this Archway which by the size of me you can see how big it is the scale of it is huge you have a marble walkway all the way up to the front and that black door contrast so well with that mic marble as well now the first feature that we have that I want to show you is this property is all the entrances have fingerprint engine but I've got the key here so we're going to head inside right now so as we come in you can tell the size of this door it might not have been so evident but by the scale of me you can see how big it is and it's actually not dark tone so this is made of wood just like a lot of the cabinets here here on this side we have closet space so much and the cupboard doors they have that wainscoting design on the opposite side we have a small seating area where you can put your shoes on just before you go out and above me this stunning chandelier which stretches all the way up to the ceiling you can see onto the first floor from here so you have a viewing balcony down here and right behind you is the entrance to the Great Hall and you can see the pool but we're going to get there really soon I want to show you the office before we head in there this is the welcoming part now through here you can see the front of the property with the fountain adjuster and there's car behind in here in the center we have this chandelier or piece of artwork I still haven't decided that sort of look like leaves the walls also you can notice it has that wing main squatting design and you can see that throughout the property and you know how I mentioned that the cabinets were made of that wood so you have the wall and this is the shelving so if you want to follow me we're going into the office the back wall and shelving is also covered with that wood and you can also notice that it is reflective so it brings in some of that natural light that we have from those double doors which is the exit to the side of the property this desk in the center you can feel the quality from it and the chair at the back made by visionnaire which a lot of the furniture in this property is made by visionnaire the white contrasts so well with all that wood in the back really stylish in front you have this small seating area and this shelving here which is also a screen between the welcoming area and the office itself now these doors are here they open up to the Great Hall this is one of the most stunning spaces I've ever seen in my life never mind in any home right in the center we have this fazioli piano and this grand hall are all part of the centerpiece of this home above me we have the Skylight which is in that yin and yang design and the chandelier is hanging down it matches that pattern so as you move it around it forms around this is the most stunning thing I've ever seen across the walls you'll see that wainscotting design and this part of the home is visible from all the upstairs corridors so it really emphasizes how important this room is the stairs are made from one piece and I have no support beam so it looks like they're floating and it has that recessed lighting under that dark marble which contrasts so well with that white marble that we have throughout the whole ground floor now if everybody wants to follow me we're going to head into the first guest bedroom now this first guest bedroom looks like a primary bedroom you might get in another home you have the fireplace is underneath that TV setup and right across from you there's this bed with the felt padded back wall and the mirrors either side which open up this space even more you have an exit here to the left hand side of the building where the entrance to the sub-level parking is also a small seating area to that side now through here all the bedrooms have an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe so this is this is the first one that we're going to show you we have the glass cabinets with the recessed lighting that comes on once you open up the doors the bathroom is covered in travertine and has that unique vanity with a sloping sink and it's a true walk-in shower with a huge rain head now I want you to come out of this guest bedroom with me so you get your orientation straight of where we are because it took me a while to find my way around now you can see we're in the corner of the Great Hall again right behind you is the entrance to the service stairs and the staff quarters but I want to take you around this way first we have the first guest bathroom this one has travertine throughout with the floating vanity and I love that recessed lighting that it has behind the mirror walking back across the Great Hall to this other room I still can't wrap my head around this place it's stunning but if you want to follow me everybody let's go this way so this is the guest bathroom and I think this is for the entertainment now if you look inside here it's split into two halves this is something I would imagine that you have in one of the fanciest restaurants so I love that bathroom now this is the entrance to the lounge area these are double doors that open up now right in the center you have this seating area with the carpet underneath now this room is a little bit dark but it has that carpet and it lifts this room up to my left here we have this book Matched marble TV back wall with the TV built in and of course you can see right behind me we have this indoor pool which you can see surrounded by that laser-cut wooden wall this is so amazing you can see downstairs from the pool into the basement into that candy room we have access outside to the pool area and the pergola is really close and right here on this back wall we have these shelving with the recessed lighting that lights up all those little accessories I love how BCI have dressed up this place but as we head out we're in the living and dining area which is connected to that Great Hall as we saw earlier now the first thing you notice in the living area is that view onto the pool so you have five exits these are double doors under these archways it really reminds me of something sort of South American or Mediterranean the living room is kitted out with Ellis sub Furniture that's a famous designer now above us there's this art feature which is hanging from the ceiling it's not quite a chandelier which I thought at first but it kind of looks like birds to me at the back of the room we have an art piece with a recessed in Ridge wall design now between the living room and the dining area is this bronze screen separating it with the fireplace underneath this room is just as beautiful as the living room this is Alice Saab dining table now the touch and feel is amazing above us another hanging art feature now this one has a bit more of a rose gold tint to it this all is connected to the living dining and show kitchen all has one flow with can walk around in a circle at the bottom of the show kitchen we have this breakfast table with the shelving behind it also a view onto the pool under that archway now this is sort of a perfect kitchen for me because it's so super modern that marble looks stunning and but here at the front you have this sort of ridged white wooden cabinets which look like a cottage and I've sort of grown up in the village back in the UK so it reminds me a bit of home now they have a convection cooked up here there are still some finishing touches being done to this place so it's missing a convection fan that comes out of the kitchen cooktop I hope we have a video for that once it's completed or we saw that in one of our previous videos the c80 so if you go to that one you can see what it does the back wall here you have these wooden cabinets these are the double fridge freezer here which open up and we also have so much storage now the appliances in here are Gaga now so even that conversion cooked up we have a coffee maker convection oven above us here as well there's this chandelier which stretches down the whole breakfast bar area in front some more Ellis sub high chairs I actually sat here and it's that perfect height so if you're not sort of and it has that indentation so your legs aren't touching the ball amazing on the back wall there there's a TV setup which you can watch something while you're having breakfast this here is a secret door which leads into these staff quarters let's go inside and this is fully kitted out here on your left is the pantry and above us in the center of the commercial kitchen we have this restaurant grade convection fan made by gagana all the equipment in here is gagging out just like the gas stove cooked up the freezer fridges and the convection oven here also if you come around you can see there's a dumb waiter which leads up to the first floor also and the basement now we're on the left hand side of this property if you want to get your orientation straight we're heading out to the front of the house this first door here is the maze room the next door we have is the bathroom and this is also made to the top quality with travertine walls and a walk-in shower another maze room along the way here on your left are the service stairs which lead from the basement all the way up to the Rooftop at the end we have the laundry room so we have a two washers two dryers and so much storage now let's head outside this way right here we have the seating area from the first guest bedroom behind you is the archway which you can see the front of the property and the entrance to the sub-level parking but I'm going to show you the first covered garage that I showed you at the beginning of the tour inside of the first lot of supercars that we're gonna see oh but it's fingerprint scanner actually I have the key card I'm going to go inside and open the door at this property we have over 60 million dollars worth of supercars and this is just a teaser of what is to come in the basement especially for me Lamborghini is my favorite Supercar and this one is the Veneno LP 754 it's one of three that have been made so it is super rare it's made fully out of carbon fiber you don't know how excited I am just to be around these cars I've never seen anything like it now unfortunately you've got to leave these cars and continue the tour we're going to get head back by the front of the property towards the back garden now I want you to see the job that BCI have done from the core from the shelling core what they've created with this place especially for me the best part of it which is the back Garden so immediately we have a soothing water feature just to your right and right here is the exit to the office now as we walk up you'll notice that this is all tiled throughout and it's leading up to this Olive Tree now this is is over 500 years old and it's in one of those like plant pots but it's the biggest plant pot that I've ever seen now this back area here this is the kids pool area and it's been kitted out like it's for adults as well so they have their own fire pit a shower as they come out a trampoline I mean if I was a kid I could not imagine living in a place like this this would be heaven with those palm trees above as well and that slide sliding into the pool these kids are so lucky to live here you know what I might even ask the owners to adopt me so our next stop on the way is the pergola that you have inside you're surrounded by glass so from the exterior it's mirrored so you can't see in and on the front you have these accordion doors which open up to your pool area right in the center we have this seating area with the TV back wall they've used that same stone that they've used on the exterior of the home and right underneath there's a fireplace if you want to continue on this way we head towards the pool area this is stunning here is the exit from the lounge area with that indoor pool you have a seating area which is covered and when the shade comes across while the sun sets you have another seating area this is the entrance to the basement which I can't wait to get to we're gonna go straight after the pool area we're gonna go straight down there you pull these Sun lounges sit inside where you have a view onto the Burj Khalifa as we move along I want to talk about the lines of this home I remember from the living room we talked about those sort of Mediterranean South American arches now they've continued that with the lines of that balcony which is from the primary and one of the guest bedrooms underneath we have a seating area each side and down here you can see into the gym and the Zen area which we're going to get to when we're in the basement in the center of the pool we have these palm trees coming out this is a Jacuzzi now in the pool you also have fiber optic cables so at night when the pool lights are turned off you can see like these little stars inside the pool as we head to another pergola which is the barbecue area you have another little seating area but this for me is amazing can you hear the sound of that Fountain this place feels like paradise as we head into the barbecue area this is fully fully kitted out so you have a pizza oven sink fridges they have air fryers a hot plate and a barbecue right at the end another water feature right here at the back giving even more of that paradise feeling a dining setup here which seats 10 looks out onto the pool and the fire pit you know how much I love fire pits and from there you can see the scale of this pool now sitting down you can see around 20 people in here it's massive and this from there is the best view of the home we've sat there one night and just looked it was such a pleasure to be here as we head back we go around that side there is two changing rooms fully kitted out with ensuite shower surrounded by travertine before we enter the basement I have saved the best feature of this home for last probably the most expensive as well this is a one million dollar pop-up TV and sound system it folds up out of the ground there's one of three in Dubai it's got 4K quality and it has those speaker systems that are surround sound imagine sitting out here watching a football match with your friends this is something that I've never seen before now let's head down these steps into the basement oh and now the fun starts so this is where sort of their boys have their toys I really don't know where I want to show you first so I'm gonna go step by step this first door here is the cinema where we have the softest carpet throughout here at the back amazing quality reclining chairs and you can see also above we have those fiber optic cables which are creating that sort of Starry Night you can even choose the colors we have a 4K projector just here and right at the front you have that screen with the lounge beds here with a coffee table also I'm a bit of a geek so we have a little Lego Darth Vader here in the back this door here leads into the candy room you can either enter the cinema from where we came in or if you want the full Cinema experience you can come in through here this you have the backlit central island in the Middle with a top Brewer coffee machine now if you remember we had those in one of the BC you guys First videos and these things cost around seventeen thousand dollars you have some artwork here in the back and for all you candy lovers you have a full Choice here with this cool little Lego figure around this side you've got a seating area and the essentials obviously you've got to have a popcorn machine and for us adults a wine cooler and one of the last features in here above us you can see the indoor pool that we saw from the lounge area you could probably see people swimming up there but they still haven't filled it up before we enter into one of the craziest places in this home I'm going to show you we've got some storage here so this pocket door if you're ready for this they have a three-lane bowling alley underground have you ever seen one of these before right behind you they have some shelving with bowling shoes and nicely decorated with these like metal pins and the bowling balls at the back of the room so we have this seating area where you can wait while others are playing and I want to mention this back wall here so I have those futuristic lines to it this bowling alley is equipped with a state of the art system now the entrance to the room is right down there and before I have a go I want to show you one final detail here you can see those metal louvers that they have at the top really nice design that they have but I've got to have a go while we're in here so if I I've not had to go in a while I did have a couple of practice shots so hopefully this one isn't as bad as most of them let's have a go foreign [Music] left oh we'll leave it at that I won't have any more goes one final thing that I want to mention before we head out of here is this bar area that we have with that backlit red design that contrasts so well with that black that they have all around and a really cool feature that they've done they've used metal bowling pins to decorate this whole back wall so this bar is equipped with the fridges a coffee machine everything that you'd need now if you want to continue the tour we're going to head back down the hall into the spa area so if you want to follow me so our first entrance here is into the spot if you remember this is where we came down from the pool area and that's the entrance to the cinema so you have a pocket door as you come in made from wood and that wood is continued on the walls with that ridged wood design now I didn't notice this when I first came in but they have a secret door which is seamlessly put in and this leads into the maintenance room for the aquarium that we're going to see a little bit later on here we have two entrances this one has a pocket door it leads into the hair salon and this entrance here leads into the massage room you have two massage tables right in the center and on the back wall there's this wooden floating vanity with a really cool Stone Basin that's sitting right on top of that wood also from here you can see into your hair salon which I find really cool it's so soothing in here you have a water closet just in here and if you lead through this door this leads into the actual Spa area so the first door as we enter is the steam room with the Mosaic tiles you have a shower inside as we head up the steps with the recessed lighting underneath there's a small seating area right in front of your jacuzzi this jacuzzi has a fireplace in front of it and if you check it out we'll turn it on for just a second you can see the bubbles coming up and also really cool feature above you have the shower which can come down as well let's turn those off so the sound doesn't fully come out right behind me is the Swedish sauna you can see the wood there and what I love about this place it has that natural light coming down and they have an olive tree which sort of really gives this Zen vibe as we come out the spa we're in that entertainment area now before I show you the goodies in here we're going to head into the gym you can see they have shelving either side with two entrances leading in now the gym is fully kitted out they have that soft flooring in here with state-of-the-art techno gym equipment and we talked about Zen Vibes in the spa we have another little Zen area here outside with the seating now if you want to go out there there's this revolving door here and the Stepping Stones surrounded by those rocks which leads up to that seating area what I love is the sound that that Fountain makes now if you follow me this way we are finally in this entertainment area the first thing you see is this pool table and the foosable table this pool table is worth around 150 000 it is absolutely mind-boggling right in the center we have this seating area with the bar at the back fully kitted out you see that Onyx on the back wall created those arches like we saw in the living room I think it all has that same sort of theme you can see the cars behind me but I want to show you the fish tank right behind you this is a great feature in here it lights up with that blue it's stunning we'll go this way first I want to show you the wine cellar this is without exaggerating I do exaggerate a lot but this is the best wines that I've ever seen so if you have space for about a thousand bottles a marble island in the center I can imagine just here like cutting up some charcuterie tasting wine and then if you move around you're looking out onto your car garage where we're going to head to just now but I'm so scared to coming down we want to show you so bad we've been holding it all for so long but follow me let's go this way guys I cannot believe I'm in a place where this many super cars right in the center we have this turntable which houses your LaFerrari now Marco I know this is your favorite car and I said that Lamborghini was but it's kind of been winning me over this is a crazy piece of artwork and ridiculously expensive but not the most expensive one in here in the corner we have a Bugatti Devo now this is made out of carbon fiber and it's limited edition VIP Motors has some of the rarest cars and it's astounding how they've managed to match the walls with that blue color of the trims and the interior next along the way we have the Porsches we have the 918 and the GT2 RS this is also a beautiful car you can also see behind it it has a Supercharger so we have two of them down here so if you want to go electric you can have those kind of cars as well now at the back here is a car that I've never seen before Marco you told me this is a new model this is the Ferrari Monza now this has no windshield and you actually get a helmet with it when you buy it but it has also has that Wing mirror right in the center which I found unusual and my classic favorite car which I would have as an everyday would be the Ferrari 458 this is stunning these are all pieces of artwork and the privilege to be in here is just been amazing before we head out of here on this wall they've just put casually a Ferrari engine mental right now let's head back through here before we head upstairs I want to show you the two guest bathrooms so you have two here either a men's and a women's and what I love is this dark marble that they've used and this really unique hanging faucet which I've never seen before so if you want to follow me this way we're going to head upstairs to the staircase I just want to mention also that this whole house has surround sound system so you can choose songs and it plays in every room of the house now at the bottom of the stairs here so you have the light sensor on here we go light sensor on so you have the elevator here and at the bottom of the stairs these Cactus trees now I love these stairs it has that dark feet to it and this hanging chandelier is the centerpiece of this winding staircase you'll notice as we go up also how they've book Matched this whole marble wall and the veins are absolutely stunning now we're gonna head through this door where does it lead we're back in the Great Hall and I'll tell you what every time I come out here it still has that same sort of feeling it's so impressionable in here so let's head upstairs and take a tour of all the bedrooms so as we come to the top of the stairs you can see that this runs full circle around and all the exits to the bedrooms they all come out here so this really is the centerpiece of the home and from here you can see more clearly that chandelier behind me right here is our first living space and before we go in there I want to show you something which I haven't shown you quite yet so this is an iPad and they're dotted around the whole home and your home is fully automated so you can pick here you can choose each room that you want and you can change the lighting the curtains you also have these touch pads here in each room in case you wanted to do that as you went along now let's continue into this living room you have a seating area right in the center those views in the background as well you can see the golf course you can see people playing golf right now and there's the Burj Khalifa right in the back it's wood clad in here so it's a bit of a different energy on that back wall you have a 98 inch TV with the shelving on the side now we've already had one secret door down in the kitchen towards the staff quarters this is another secret door right here now you can see in here they have those wooden floors throughout and they have that herringbone effect which is a great design just here you can have an entrance to that Terrace which you can enter from the lounge area and the primary bedroom in the center we have that huge bed and behind it this little art feature on the wall you can see that Wayne scotting design but it's contrasted with the gray on either side across from you you have the bang Olufsen TV and in the corner there's this small working desk right behind you there's a passageway which you can enter from either side of the bed walk into your own walk-in closet which has its own little vanity in here and there's glass storage cabinets now the ensuite bathroom is different to what we've seen already it has that white marble throughout and the freestanding tub obviously a full walk-in shower with that huge rain head now let's head back out our next stop along the way is the kids play area which you have two entrances we're gonna go in this way also throughout here we have that herringbone effect and the first thing we see is this kids TV area with the shelving at the back BCI have done this so nicely at the back of the room we have this ball pit now I would have loved one of these as a kid uh a minute ago I threw one of these at Marco and you flinched so we had to do the take again I won't do it this time don't worry Marco here we have a little Juliet balcony and as the sun's setting now you can see that light coming in it's gorgeous this is the other exit just look at this small detail that BCI have done along the walls really makes it feel like a kid's room you can see right now as you're coming out how this is really a centerpiece every time you come out of each room right here we have a guest bathroom but if you want to follow me around this way we're going to head to the first bedroom this hit door here this leads to the nanny's room but we'll continue on around here now our next stop on the way is the girls room so if you can feel where orientation where we are across from us is that living area so we're going to go inside here so you see as soon as we enter we have some storage to this side and this is the entrance to the walk-in wardrobe we have mirrors on each side this leads into probably one of my favorite marble designs in this whole home you have the ensuite bathroom and the walk-in shower with the floating vanity but here on the back wall the veins in this marble just look incredible for me it kind of looks like an alien which is weird I know but I like it now if we head back through to the actual bedroom you have this small seating area here with the felt padded back wall I'll tell you what for my sister I think she would well my sister about 15 years ago I still Sierra as a little kid but I think 15 years ago she would have loved this kind of room yeah obviously have a working desk and behind this bed again with that same Archway that we saw from the from the seating area across from you the floating vanity with the TV set up as well let's head to the next room along the way I want to show you here's another one of those iPads that I showed you earlier in the living area and we have this viewing balcony onto that main entrance I love this chandelier now right behind me if you want to follow this is the entrance to the fourth guest bedroom now or fifth so this has double entry with that wood that we saw in the office in the center of the room we have this bed and on the back they've made this Cloud design out of those felt pads and the recessed lighting coming out this looks really nice across from the bed you have the TV set up with the floating vanity which can also be used as a desk this bedroom has a Terrace of its own and the doors open up all the way let me just open this up I want to take you outside because the sun setting we're going to see some amazing views soon so Michael come out and follow me right as we open the doors there's this seating area now currently we're in the bottom right corner so if you remember we were in the lounge on the top right corner with the indoor pool here you can see out onto the kids area and the Olive Tree so imagine if you were grounded or something and your parents wouldn't leave your room you can see all your other brothers and sisters playing in that kid's pool if you want to come back and follow me through here on the other side of the room we have the walk-in closet and those pink cupboards leads into the ensuite bathroom so it has a floating vanity with a huge circular mirror and you have that recessed lighting coming out from behind obviously a walk-in shower with a rain head but in this one you have a little seat and I am one of those people that in the shower I love to have a seat because I'm pretty lazy to stand up across to the next room you can see we're back out in the Great Hall our next bedroom is the primary bedroom so we'll tour this last one we'll head inside this I guess is the boys room and right in the center we have this look what looks a super comfortable wed with the wood cladding in the back and you still have that blue detail and it's laser cut as well right at the back of the room in front of this Juliet Balcony you have the working table and across from the bed there's a TV setup again with that wood cladding all around this here leads into the ensuite bathroom and the walk-in shower you also have those laser cut blue details on the cupboards in here as well and in the bathroom you have a full floating vanity and that rain head above what's really cool here is this painting that they have in the back just above the water closet now let's head back out we're finally going into the primary bedroom you're in for a treat so right now we've come full circle this is the primary bedroom entrance here I just want to mention this is the elevator which we're going to take right after to the rooftop Terrace and we have two doors here which are just for the electricals so if everybody wants to follow me we'll head inside now as we come down the entrance walkway it feels like you're entering into your own apartment is that big they've used those wooden floors with that herringbone design now one thing that is throughout the whole home which I didn't mention they have the reveal reveal detail coming up from the wall now that gold as well here is matching the gold trim that we have the first door here is the First Walk-In wardrobe now this one is used just for bags I think and they have the marble floor and they've book Matched it nicely on the other side you have a view all the way onto the golf courses and the Burj Khalifa as we've started touring the walk-ins before the actual primary bedroom I'm going to show you the other two before we head in there the first one is the his side now the pocket door on the entry an island in the middle they've used the leather on the outside now you can display your belts your ties and these are also that leather on the drawers here and above a watch showcase that I've never seen before it has to have a fingerprint scanner to open it on this side you have the glass cabinets and shelving now this door leads into the bathroom this is one of the largest bathrooms I've ever seen but they've built it for two people obviously the his and hers so you have a floating vanity on each side with the freestanding tub here at the back with that chandelier above you can see that design is stunning if you follow me round they have the ensuite shower here I've never seen a rain head this big which you have in both his and hers and right in the center you have the water closet now if you want to follow me outside this way this leads into the her side of the walk-in so this one has a vanity mirror right at the back which is the difference between the two in the center you have still have that same island and that watch cabinet as we come out of another pocket door we are finally in the primary bedroom there's this seating area in the center with these gorgeous blue couches now that artwork that we saw from the entrance they've used that in the wall here and you can see a view out onto the Burj Khalifa and to the golf course also that leather that we saw in the walk-in closets you can see them on these drawers here on the shelving the TV setup behind you have that wood dark wood that we saw which is reflective and it opens this whole Space up let me not forget this chandelier it's really a central piece in this primary bedroom and finally the bed itself you have the two bed tables either side side also made from leather and the hanging lights this is another felt padded back wall but I loved how they've used that detail of the wood in between before we head out to the Terrace I want to show you here we have that small office area which you can use it has a coffee machine as soon as you wake up you can have one and it's barely visible from the bed so you're not really disturbing your partner if they're asleep so now let's head out to the Terrace immediately you can feel that this is a central part of the home because it connects that Lounge area the primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom that we've saw we have a seating area right on this side and the other side and just coming out here to sit and look at these views you have the golf course the Burj Khalifa and the skyline in the background with the palm trees coming out of the water I cannot believe what place We are touring today these views are incredible you can see down into that Spa area that we had so you can even hear that water trickling it's incredible now I know I've said incredible like a million times now but I've just lost all words by touring this home and I don't know what to say anymore but we do have one final stop on here we have the rooftop which were even better views I've not been up there in a couple of days so we'll see what that's like together so we come out of the elevator onto the rooftop now they have a tiled walkway leading up and as we go you can see more closely that travertine facade that they have on around the building here we have the stairs with the recessed lighting and you can also see that beautiful landscaping that they've done and just coming out here it takes your breath away this is the perfect way to end your day up here this view opens up onto the city it's a little bit Dusty right now so you can't really see it so we'll go through the features up here you have that Marble Island with the dark tones contrasting so well with the light tiles that we have also at the back wall here we have a TV now it's covered right now but that's a really cool feature so when you're not using it you're not getting dust all over it this bar is fully equipped so you've got fridges and ice maker and a sink everything you need to host the party with those bar chairs right at the front around here is the service entrance so you can come up here by the stairs as well right here we have a lounge area where you can sit and chill with your friends looking out onto that view or you could use one of my favorite things a fire pit with the recessed lighting underneath now you're looking out onto the Dubai Skyline you can actually see people playing golf right now and the golf bug is
