What £5,000,000 gets you in Surrey | Indoor Pool, Bar & Incredible Interiors

today you're joining Jazz and I in Surrey and we're going to be showing you this 5 million pound Regency style Mansion just behind me listed with seymours this one is going to blow you guys away we've got over 9 000 square feet of interior space and one of the coolest swimming pools I've ever seen on the channel let's get straight into it [Music] through this pillow pillared and paved driveway we have in and out gated access so it's super secure parking here for all the vehicles you might need but we have Side Access and an integral two-car garage to my left as well the property as I mentioned before has been designed in that real Regency look with the sash windows and the Corinthian pillars outside the front door this is absolutely stunning I can't wait to get inside so let's do that come on Jazz let's go as soon as you enter the home you're faced with a feeling of grandeur this swooping Rich Timber staircase that goes all the way up to the gallery landing and the second floor above you can immediately see a sense of eclectic interior design that for me makes this house so Charming but let's head through into the kitchen first of all kitchen living dining area pretty stunning look check this table out the bronze touches that we see throughout here in a really soft cozy setup here I like the green architraving and the skirting boards are kind of like a light gray green yeah there's a lot of colors going on here but they all complement each other so well that you don't notice that there's a lot of colors going on absolutely I think when you are a bit of a collector it can be quite difficult to merge all of these things put them in the house without looking too busy but I think they've nailed it here because it looks absolutely stunning if you're wondering this is Theo he's joining us for the tour today hi Theo expect to see him a few times hey bud yeah he's chilling he's not too badly by us so we're going to step through now into the kitchen now I've decided to show you this kitchen today because as you can see I match it we've got the British racing green on the Cabinetry and within that this beautiful gray marble now this is probably one of my favorite marbles I've seen you've got the tinted splashback the nice Chrome Taps they look quite brassy brassy same with these coppery touches there's so many nice materials throughout 100 play off each other so well definitely and I love how you've got the gas Hopper on the island loads of storage and then you've got the wooden breakfast bar at the end as well yeah with the kind of live plant Separation on that for your dining space do you know what else I love this up here yeah you've got all the hanging like pots and plants and I just think it looks so amazing yeah we've got more marble on the floor as well with those dark insets yeah I love the dark insets but my favorite thing is the handles on all of the Cabinetry as well they look stunning high range of appliances you've got the wolf ovens a microwave and then over here we have our sub zero fridge now these have such massive doors so good Narnia back there yeah and then we also have a double wine fridge here and there's another fridge freezer just behind you we also have access out to the Garden where there's this barbecue area that Tom will show you soon speakers in the ceiling as well through here we have our utility space where you also have access to separate Annex now the bedroom up in that Annex is stunning for a guest bedroom especially the wallpaper is so amazing how it goes onto the ceiling and you also have a kitchen and a bathroom up there as well there's also access to the garage there's a nice car in there as well yeah it's a pretty good Annex to stay if you come in and staying with the parents and you get that whole Suite to yourself definitely oh carrying on see you later I like the the um print rug and chair in here behind me is the hallway that leads to the rest of the living areas but we're going to come through into the dining area separated off by these glass doors and here we have our beautiful dining table Tom and I were discussing how much we liked these lamps above we love that wicker and the fact that it's painted white looks really stunning once again access out to the back where you've got some Lounge areas in the garden but I think the focal point of this room is the champagne fridge yeah this is definitely the dining entertaining room when you've got guests over crack out the big wine freeze well freezer fridge you say that but we do have a bar let's not forget oh an actual bar which Tom is going to show you very shortly so after the swimming pool so we've got a hell of a lot of crazy stuff to show you in this house definitely there's green pots and they're really cute if you haven't worked out already Jazz loves her greens it sounds like I meant vegetables yeah so now we're coming down this hallway sweeping through we've got a very old piano here oh yeah how it sounds is it tuned sounds cool right I love how they've furnished down here with like ornaments and stuff and even this funky wallpaper well yeah I mean we've got a doorway here it's like a Moroccan Arabic style but check out this throne here oh this is what I mean by The Eclectic interior design I mean a home that it sorry I just bought a funny face because I just saw that table it's amazing it makes a house like you we see so many homes and often I'm somewhat let down by it's a little bit boring you know you can tell this is somebody's home there's so many possessions they've collected over the years and it just makes it feel so much more charming and characterful I agree come on through here I mean this room is stooped in exactly what I'm talking about look at this lamp we've got the old Singer sewing machine here cheeky lamp cheeky lamp got speakers in the ceiling all throughout here great spot to sit get super cozy and watch a film during the evenings maybe if it's a little bit cooler this feels nice and warm through here yeah definitely with the darker wallpaper and paint as well I like the uh little dog here we've got as well reminds me of a stitch of Lilo and Stitch yeah I love this room the bright pillows really make it I think yes and you can head straight out into a really cool connective space that sort of allows you to head down to the Leisure Suite seamlessly without getting wet on days like today when it is raining we've got loads of natural light wrap around glazing seating area just over here we have also got the main Lounge to my right but we're going to show you that on our way back up definitely before we go down there Tom I've just noticed that there's no window up there it's just like um like just empty space yeah and because these are all bi-folding doors like behind you are you can open all of this space out during the summer and the in and outdoor flow would be wonderful so come on down then Jazz into this well undoubtedly the coolest part of the home I think you guys will probably agree with me but if you don't leave it down in the comments where's your favorite check this out this is my favorite pool I've ever seen same I love the kind of critical glass that you see over there with all of the the mirrors as well that match that the ambient glow around it lovely colored tiles super characterful ceiling I mean this is stunning this is like you said my favorite it's such a good size as well like usually indoor pools they're just small well not small but they're like long and thin but this this has got some they're behind you see how are you coming down okay gorgeous oh not to mention down here we have the steam room just through this access point through there we've got a shower either side as well so when you guests are coming over so easy to be super tranquil and relaxed down here what a spot yeah we also have access out to your garden as well come on down there come on Theo are you coming with what's your Drinker Choice do you know what you're having you can't see a doom bar Moretti what you after okay can you imagine the vibe you got the football on all your mates around you've got the pool table here as well and we're speaking to the owner this glass that I mentioned before was actually supposed to be you know completely blocked off the wall yeah but then they had the idea to create this so that you could chill by the bar have a beer watch the kids in the pool make sure they're safe and it just creates that stunning look we've got the gym through here an essential part of any home especially at this price point and yeah a perfect spot you can crack these open and head straight out do a bit of an outdoor workout if that's that's what tickles your fancy yeah amazing and the garden too is absolutely stunning we're going to show you that at the end so do not go anywhere let's head back up into the rest of the living space so we can continue to tour of this house okay so we're back in that Conservatory space now where we have this other living area I'm going to take you through once again bifolding doors that lead into here check this out this space is so beautiful we've got another Lounge area with that really incredible interior design just check it out that in just insane light above you've got this really interesting couch a parrot in the corner and then we've got some really elegant paneling on the wall which almost contrasts up but they work so nicely together in that beautiful green works really well with that dark wooden flooring as well so cozy in here I love how in this house you really see a great mixture of the light colors and the dark colors working really well together we've got a mixture of flags here the American and the UK Flags let us know where you're watching from guys oh yeah are you watching from the US of a the flag's upside down or flip it around the American views will be annoyed there we go yeah perfect that's heavier than I thought it would be switching back into that marble now for your bearings we're next to where the piano was that Tom played we have an office space through here same dark wooden flooring very how do I word this gentlemanly gentleman club Vibe same as the bar and then behind me here we've got some cloakroom storage Behind These mirrors and then the guest WC at the bottom but Tom I think that's us about done on the ground floor so we're gonna head up this very Grand beautiful staircase up to the next floor [Music] I love it this is one of my favorites let's go because we've got a hell of a principle sweet to show you guys coming along look at all of this beautiful wallpaper and we've even got the draft I think the owner said they call this guy George now let's head through into the principal Suite then we've got a combination of the white painted ceiling the dark walls and then the yeah the natural materials like the wood that we see on the bed the flooring Theo would you reckon do you like spending some time up here I bet you do this is a cool seat too isn't it I mean can you imagine just chilling out here very like Bohemian vibes yeah reading a book like that wicker he said oh bless you it's okay mate it's just a bit of Thunder that's all right let's go behind you Jazz come this way because we have the walk-in wardrobes here fill up with shoes we've got the next one here for the clothes and if that wasn't enough oh oh sorry I'm not trying to shut you again but we have another wardrobe through here let's go through into that ensuite because the marble in here is fantastic mixture of the white and the gray the white marble with the gray vainage the gray on the floor freestanding bath here beautiful look in and out shower with a huge rainfall shower head up above and then we've got the Dual sinks just to that side as well come on in come on see you out of the way oh you're really doing this whole tour with us aren't you we actually have this control 4 system as well so you can access all the lighting all the shades security everything from every room just on that uh touch screen awesome convenient right now come on through here how about this for a space to get ready and do your makeup in the mornings wow and then behind here we have another toilet with a shower oh sorry I've just seen that desk Tom can we look at that yeah I know right beautiful stunning yeah all of the natural elements used in here is just just beautiful this could definitely be like another bedroom as well because it's got an ensuite speaking of another bedroom we actually have two down here so we can head through into this one because it's super green I have to be the one to show you this room without tripping over Theo so you've got the green that continues up onto the ceiling and the darker green along all the Cabinetry you've got mirror storage behind Tom inbuilt bespoke drawers oh my gosh they've even got a gaming setup this would actually be used for our editing I reckon yeah like a desk setup yeah interesting pitch on the ceiling you've got the windows here and there so you've got a nice dual aspect at the moment the rain is pouring down on it it's very relaxing yeah very tranquil the window ah then we have our ensuite through here with a huge walk-in shower again with that waterfall shower head and nice recesses with the ambient lighting ah hey gorgeous now across from here we actually have an identical room so we have a little peek in like I said very much the same with the ensuite as well but this one has got the cutest pet oh who's that oh he didn't like himself oh replaced by a pillow oh no right we actually have some more bedrooms so let's head on upstairs so now up on the last floor of the property we have two fiber bedrooms with an ensuite in the middle that they share let's head into this one first it's green you match this perfectly the two-tone the White and the green oh yes I like that stark contrast as well it's very it makes makes it pop you know so it's a great bedroom up here you've got a nice area to get ready with double aspect again and then some beautiful inbuilt storage too I love the color of the wooden floor works really nicely in here as well oh you can just see me sat down yeah let's head across and I'll show you the next one it's cool we're right at the top of the property here yeah okay this is very much a different vibe kind of reminds me of the annex bedroom we saw but I love I just love how in this house in the interior design is such a big part of it and how they paint the ceilings the same color and the contrast yeah just these solid colored rooms but this is a blue room yeah I mean but the fact that it's like the dark blue and then that wallpaper pops so much more because of how dark it is behind exactly and I love you've got those little niches again here with the double aspect too but now Tom is going to take you out into the garden and let's hope it stops raining for him let's go for me this property is just a stunning outside as it is within we've got plenty of Alfresco dining spots and all of this terraced area to entertain your guests pretty fantastic just in front of me here is the best spot of them all with the marble countertop actually continuing out of the kitchen for your outdoor barbecue spot I'll be perfect in the summer it would I love how you can open up all the doors as well so much glazing that Central section that we saw that leads you to the pool literally opens all the way out it's like an outdoor space with the benefit of cover and doors when you need it yeah so now we're backing up past that pool how about that jazz that was my favorite Pawn I think I've ever seen on the channel I agree a hundred percent so stunning yeah let's do a little swivel so that you don't have to security back down these steps in your heels yeah thank you very much come on down the garden steps down some sort of three tiers with the lawn space and the terraced areas and then we've got the dip pool just here as well that we mentioned when we're in the Leisure facilities but come on straight down Jazz we're going to head down onto the lawn space and have a look back at all of this uh lovely property that we've seen today let's go a tree a willow tree in the back Garden I mean is there literally anything that this property doesn't have apart from like an underground basement spot but do you need it I mean look at this it's beautiful let's do a swivel I'm looking at it you guys need to see it not me wow this is incredible and if you value your privacy this Garden is perfect because you're just so private here you've got access out the back great hacking Trails yeah surrounded by mature trees I'm just I'm
