high so you choose what car you want you pull it right out into the turn around and then it spins you around and spit you right out the gate just like that man we're on the front entrance of the house still and there's a garden olive trees you have this beautiful water feature for the sound and here's that seamless indoor/outdoor living of bel-air where it opens up to the house so it really lets you in and it has that perfect blood we're now at the entrance of the home with this massive solid glass pivot door you also have a facial recognition in a finger recognition here to let you in so you can program the entire house for security this brings you straight into the living area which all accentuates the mass of you you have six or seven different areas where you can lounge and hang out the bar living area formal dining area and what this developer did was the Albertini automated doors which nobody does in a residential home like this so follow me and let's take a look at this these seven guest rooms this one I would say is one of the most unique of course your view centric overlooking the massive infinity pool and this architectural wall here that has round edges is really phenomenal in the guest bathroom you have your Japanese soaking tub which is a solid piece of Carrara marble hundreds of pounds and you're bathing here and overlooking the view here you also have a really large steam shower so the guests can unwind and get that spa-like experience another amazing feature in this guest suite is the Albus you know glass windows it open all the way up and lead you out to this balcony patio that is a few hundred feet long and it shares and connects to the other guest rooms and of course no deck and no guest suite is comfortable unless it has a 30-foot fire feature that frames the beautiful view right on the second floor we have the man cave come in we have the whiskey bar we have the candy wall in the 3000 bottle wine cellar with the cigar humidor this is every man's dream right off the mancave we have the home cinema this is the most exquisite theater you have the clouds on the wall you have the walnut wood you have all the most finest leathers and it's 4d Dolby Atmos sound that means you're gonna be hearing sounds from every which way this is way better than going to any regular theater come here check this out open this drawer and you have the The most striking feature is the fabulous european lounger that makes her disappear right as she sits in it at the 9'03" mark. Who edited that abomination ffs.

EDIT: The cut from sunset to noon around 10'56" should also be shown to every film student. This real estate video is definitely a gem in its own special way.
