Can you see the eagle? There were more. They are showing me the way... I have to delete my previous GPS track first. The location is very demanding, as you can see. First target. It's a bullet. Still in the hole. A wind cap from an old smoking pipe. Unusual small. GPS (POI) #1. Sounds like small iron (of "better quality"). A Roman nail. Probably from their sandals. The Deus is falling apart. Fixed. A mineralized spot (according to the sound of my setting). I apologise for the camera angle (it get's better). Silver? I'm in shock. U.S. silver Quarter. #2 Let's see the date. It's my second silver Quarter found in Germany. There is something behind the bushes. Unbelievable, I'm very excited about this find. (in my own way) Let's investigate this spot... Another signal?... I underestimated the "depth". It was on the surface... Right there. Unbelievable... Looks like another silver coin. Silver Quarter again. Double impact! 1964 - one of the last silver made? I must be dreaming. I will be more careful this time. This was not very smart of me, but who would expect silver on the surface. Another coin! Why isn't this one shiny? Oops... Another Quarter, copper? I will mark the path. It will help me to predict the right direction. There could be more... There was the first coin. It's like investigating a "crime scene" to me. Now comes the interesting part. No, a shovel doesn't work here. Just a piece of iron. And another one. There was the silver coin. Here the last one. And here comes another signal. It's a coin. A U.S. Nickel. One more time: find #5 What can you do, another signal - it's a coin spill... This must be another Nickel. A straight path to the top. I have heard two signals. Looks like I will have work "harder" for this one. It's a U.S. Dime. Again two more signals. One moment please. "Oh no" - it's a "1 Deutsche Mark" coin. 1960. I will mark every target. There was the next signal. It's a Dime. Doesn't sound good. It's better now. Another Quarter. A thick stick for a big coin ;). The edge. A Nickel. If it continues, I will run out of sticks. Close to each other. Ants on the right side. I will keep this hole open. Sorry ants. Another Quarter. Just a Roman nail. It sounded small. I think, the coin was on edge. It's a Dime. There could be another one. A Nickel. There are no more sticks. This time it's a Dime. Two signals. "2 Deutsche Mark". I think, it's a Nickel. I could get it in seconds, but I have to be careful... ...every target could be silver. Not this time, but it's another coin. "1 Deutsche Mark". Is this another Quarter? Sounds like small iron, but... A Roman nail. Next coin? It looks like a Quarter. Find #20 A Dime. The coin spill continues. A worm. It is a Nickel. There still is something in the hole. One U.S. Dime. Something else right next to it. A Nickel. Back to the previous signal. Another Nickel. Still something in there... It was a Dime. It's not over yet. Silver! 3rd silver Quarter... I'm speechless :). Hmm... 1944, they are getting older.. Fantastic. What can you do... Let me mark this spot first. Depth: It says 6 in, but one inch of the tip is worn out. This coin is on edge. Once again sorry about the camera angle. I believe it is a Dime. Looks like there is more... A Dime. After minutes of careful digging... I should not complain about trash today. #30 - A Quarter. Two signals. Next Quarter. The worm goes back home. A Dime? A worm... I pulled the strap of my backpack, which placed the camera a little bit too low. A Dime. Mineralized ground. Still something inside? I have only one option... There really is something. Besides the worm. Almost 7 in. It's a Quarter. I'm taking everything out - just in case. I'm smoothing the edges of the hole, to get a better coil swing. I have to give up on this hole... There are big stones inside, I will eventually get back to it. Other signals have higher priority. It's a Nickel. I have a "self" made (*made by someone else) PI metal detector... Maybe I should try it at this spot... But for now, the Deus has to do its job. Big stones everywhere. A Roman nail. And something else below. You already know this gesture. It means, there is something special in the hole. It's a silver coin. 4th silver Quarter. Let's look at the date. 1941. I will wrap this one in a tissue. I don't trust the sponge, it's already stiff with 3 coins. ~6 in - U.S. coin below a Roman nail... A tick. Another signal... I pulled the strap again... It's a Dime. Maybe I should make some setting changes, but... Let's get this mineralized rock out. The pin-pointer is falsing a little bit. OK, next signal. I'm already pretty exhausted. I don't have water with me. It's a big coin. Another Quarter. A very shallow target. This time it's a Nickel. #40. At this point, I'm not as enthusiastic about new signals anymore :). Next coin - a Dime. Sounds like iron (I'm running (tone-)DISC at "3"). Romans and their nails... Time to move this tree aside. Unbelievable, another signal. The worm. This is your new home... Next Dime. This signal was under the tree. A Quarter. Probably another Roman nail. Sorry Romans, today I'm on another mission. I'm going back to the "source" (where it started). Sounds small. It's a thin, small coin. The oldest coin of today. I have no idea what it is. Probably made of bronze. The other coins are sleeping. I'm glad the stone stopped... It could end up bad, if someone is down there. The coin spill continues... Another Quarter. Is it a Nickel? Probably another one. This must be a Dime. My Deus remote control pouch is falling apart, the magnet is lose. I fixed it with tape, but it still opens. Is it a button, or a coin? Probably a button. Next nail. This tree smells nice. A worm... Almost there. Sorry about that. It's a Nickel, right? Find #50. It's a Dime. No one screamed, that's good. The signal disappeared. I will "scratch it out". It's just a little bit deeper. I wonder what has happened at this place. I have a theory - it's in the video description (below). There he hides! A "2 Deutsche Mark" coin (1948-2001). This is the small spot. There probably is more... I will inspect this area some other time... That's enough for today. I thought, I fixed it with tape. Another amazing experience - I love coin spills. Roman nails. A button? Wind cap from an old smoking pipe. 2 x "1 Deutsche Mark" (1956 & 1960). 2 x "2 Deutsche Mark" (1948-2001). Let's start with U.S. Dimes... I brushed off the soil only. 16 Dimes. U.S. Nickels... 11 Nickels. The Quarters (>1964)... 13 Quarters. The unknown (old) coin. The Silver Quarters... 1964 1957 1944 1941 Trash. And treasure (detecting time: 3h).
