Thanks very much! 1 hot pepper. 5 cloves of garlic. 2 tablespoons of salt. 1 tablespoon coriander. 1 tablespoon of black pepper. 1 tablespoon of peppers. A sprig of rosemary. 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil. Blend well with a blender. Spread well with the prepared sauce. Flip and brush the other side of the ribs with the sauce. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight). The pork ribs were well marinated. Tie with twine as shown in the video. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. 3 potatoes. Salt. Black pepper. Basil. 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix well. Place potatoes in the middle. Cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 2 hours. Remove the foil after 2 hours. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 180°C. Our fragrant and delicious dinner is ready.
