Ignite Employees Spill The Beans about the Company

my name is tom nash and i quit my corporate job as a senior financial analyst to break down companies for you but there's one thing you need to know about me i don't take [ __ ] from anybody dan bilzerian is in deep doo-doo his company ignite international brands soon to be known as ignite non-existent brands also known as the artist whose formerly was known as dan is in deep trouble the company is two and a half months behind filing the financial reports for q2 and while most companies normal companies are prepping to file q3 they still haven't filed a q2 report which is horrendous especially for a public company now after watching my videos i got a ton of emails and tons of dms from former employees of ignite and also some current employees i'm not gonna disclose the names or any details that may lead to the discovery of who these people are but i'm gonna share with you this stuff that they told me which are insanely alarming i actually spoke to a former senior employee of ignite who recently left and what i was told is that the working environment was not horrible in fact it was quite nice according to my source however the company is apparently so grossly mismanaged that it managed to go through five different company presidents in just two years the same employee actually conferred my suspicion that paul besserian is in fact the ceo and general manager of ignite in fact he told me that he personally has over 1 000 emails of paul bazarin managing the business and based on what he told me this was the situation from day one dan bazin was never involved in the management of the company in fact i'll be surprised if dan even knows how a financial report looks like all of the team meetings the budget meetings all of the annual meetings everything is run by paul dan is not even attendant at most of these meetings which is unthinkable however the other thing i was told that in the past six to ten months paul has become much more brazen with his behavior he stopped being in the shadows and he moved all the way to the front because he's looking for an investor to buy this company off him he's looking for some gullible guy who has some holding company or a lot of park money and he's a fan of dan bilzerian to unload this piece of garbage company on him so basically in the last few months the business model of this company completely shifted from actually selling cbd products to finding a gullible investor to buy this thing off the blizzarian's hands another unrelated employee who came to me individually separately confirmed this exact thing he has been working for dan for many many years and he told me that paul bazarian was running the business back when it was called green access before they even changed the name to ignite so what he told me is that the dembele zen was never even close to remotely managing the business it was always paul two separate people told me that and plus if you just look at the lawsuit of curtis heffernan the previous president of ignite one of many you'll see that he also says the same thing paul brazilian is the guy in charge and paul bazaren is the guy who kicked out curtis everton which is unthinkable because as you remember paul bazarian is a convicted sec felon he has been convicted of investor fraud he's a runaway he's living in saint kitts there's no way you should be managing a public company especially if the investors are not made aware of that which they haven't but that's a huge lawsuit coming their way i'm just waiting for the right lawsuit to happen so i can actually make a video about it and actually had a conversation with a different employee who told me that every single party that dan balzeran threw in that mansion cost the company between 500 and 700 000 dollars not only that dan bilzerian according to my source was going through fits of rage whenever the ratio of dudes to women were too high in his opinion he would have security remove dudes from the party so there's not too many of them even when these were investors potential investors or people with actual business interests with the company so not only that dan bazzer is not the ceo or manager he seems to be actually causing damage to the company in fact it seems to me that a freaking cucumber can do a better job at managing this company than dan bilzerian and i had a conversation with a different employee who let me know that dan is actually engaged in buying followers for his instagram profile he told me that based on the demographics of dan's instagram profile which he saw the demographic is that 80 of his followers come from countries like india brazil and eastern europe with ages of 15 to 18 people that don't buy jack [ __ ] this is the most meaningless worthless demographic especially if you're trying to sell premium cannabis products in north america and that's one of the reasons the whole business model failed most of his followers are not relevant they're across the ocean smoking weed they don't need ignite that same that same employee told me that there were a lot of product issues with the cbd stuff that they were marketing that same employee told me that there were a lot of production issues with the products not to mention that the company invested zero dollars in retail marketing or marketing to customers just basically relying on website sales that's a public company that's unthinkable another employee let me know that dan actually took a huge payout which i didn't notice he showed me documents from the reverse takeover offer which shows that dan pulled 16 million dollars from the company which is investors money right after the merger by having the company redeem his shares to get 16 million dollars if that sounds familiar that is exactly what trevor milton did with nikola he had the company redeem a lot of his shares to get millions right after the spec merger the same thing was done here on the smaller scale and beyond the employees that i actually talked to looking at the other employees and former employees of ignite it seems that all of them are trying to scrub any mention of ignite from their linkedin profiles and their cvs why is this because they know something we don't think about it let me just show you a few examples on february 2019 the company announced the appointment of jim mccormick towards president now jim mccormick is a very qualified guy he used to be the ceo of cushko he has a lot of credentials he lasted until november 2019. now he was replaced by curtis heffernan curtis heffernan lasted about seven months and was fired on june 2020. on june 2020 he was replaced by lester lee lester lee broke a whole new record by lasting only three months and was replaced by current ceo of the company and now president john schafer who's allegedly paul balzerian's right-hand man in actually managing the company from day one as you can see here there's a spinning door here of presidents and that's never a good sign it seems that if they continue in this path they're gonna be down to daily president appointments hey do you wanna be president for the day of ignite here you go your president have yourself a good time what's going on and the company's presidents were not the only ones taking part in the spinning door policy the company had a lot of cfos if you take a look at the recent cfos it also makes it clear why this thing has been going on eduardo mate the previous chief financial officer quit at the end of may 2019 after just a year and a half at the job i wonder why now he was replaced by paul doddle who's now listed on linkedin as the cfo and ceo of ignite as of june 2018. imagine a public company with a guy who doubles as the cfo and the ceo have you ever heard of this moroncy i have no idea what to say here i've never heard of a public company without a dedicated cfo and a ceo what the hell is going on and what about the marketing department the vp of marketing or chief marketing officers are also on the spinning door don blackstone finished attic night in about july 2019 but if you take a look at her linkedin profile now there is no mention of ignite she doesn't want anybody to know that she had anything to do with the knight she was replaced by a guy named oliver holtzman oliver holtzman lasted until april april he quit since then the company has no chief marketing officer but if you take a look at oliver holtzman's linkedin profile you'll find out that also he is cropping any mention of ignite from his profile what do these guys know that all of us don't they probably know one thing this company is about to blow up and the [ __ ] is gonna fly all over and if they have anything to do with it they're probably gonna get some on themselves this company can't even find an auditor to sign their q2 financials it's game over this is just another proof thank you guys so much for supporting us channel members patreons you guys rock
