you meet somebody wealthy their family at one point was not wealthy and then the one shows up the one one person changes a family tree forever in my family I'm the one and it wasn't because I wanted it or I hoped for it I fought for it I want to win I want to fight for my family I want my mom and dad proud of me I want my kids proud of me I want me proud of me I want to look in the mirror and be happy with the man I look back at that he gave it everything that he went for it what do you do when you tried and failed and you want to quit and you want to give up I would love to tell you that on the road to success everything is going to work out it's not if you ever go through something hold your head up you ever make a mistake hold your head up you ever do something that everything goes wrong life catch you on the Blind Side hold your head up it's not over this is not it for you don't give up on yourself don't throw the towel in so quickly many people give up on the one yard line you know the human spirit is powerful there's nothing is powerful it's hard to kill the human Spirit there's greatness in you and you've got to learn learn how to tune out the critics outside and the critic inside I believe that all of us are born unique but most of us died copies if you make that shift I'm going to win we're going to play to win now we're not playing to play we're not playing to see how we do we're not playing for fun once you start getting some win it you start changing you talk different you walk different all of a sudden this isn't the same damn human being you can change you you'd be surprised what a little winning would do you'd be surprised how good you'd be if you just decide to win be number one in your office number one in your region and when you start stacking them up your life can change no one said that the path is going to be easy and it's not we know life is rough and we know there will be pain and whether that pain is at the hands of an enemy or at the hands of nature or time or disease there will be pain that's the way life is true Champions get hungrier every time they win if you're ready to quit don't get started if you're looking for this easy path don't get started if you think they not going to close the door on you and say no a million time don't get started but every time they close the door I just get excited why cuz I am not a no I'm one yes away what I like you to do right now I want you to think about your dream because I'm in a room full of dreamers think about your dream right now once you think about it and envision it you don't have time that's a lie you don't have support that's a lie you don't have the equipment or the gear lies you you don't you don't know the best way who cares that's a lie or you're too old or you're too young of course you're too old or Too Young lie and there's you're too busy sure you are I'm obsessed with Improvement every day I'm getting better there are those of you with phones and every new phone that comes out you get it every upgrade you get it every piece of software you get it you are upgrading your technology and you not upgraded yourself so listen to me there are those of you saying I want to be a millionaire I want to be the best at this company right but your value system says you believe in sleep more than you believe in grinding your value system says you are a consumer and not a producer if you're going to go to the next level your values are going to have to change your dream is possible but not only is it important that you believe and begin to know that it's possible for you to Live Your Dream as you run toward it and not only is it important for you to know it's possible for you to choose your future but it's necessary that you work on yourself that you develop yourself it's necessary [Music]
