what are the couple things that you are holding as essential for your own home gym I know I is there not is there not any what sports can I play that will build muscle is there any plenty rock climbing that's a great sport for building muscle okay so I'll build a rock climbing wall in the house yeah that would be a good one swimming well it's not necessarily going to build muscle but get your fit in your back you're bit you're an MMA I mean you could you could have a heavy bag yeah just toy around with it I hat n those anything that's like card like you know when you're pushing yourself trying to finish a certain time hate that as well so at the moment we've got a swimm to climb see I'm keeping my elbows high so it's not like that what was I doing you were kind of doing that
