I Never Expected This...

you guys are probably wondering why I called you all here who to you Lindsay has an announcement I'm just gonna let you know I'm I'm sad but happy I have decided to move on I'm not gonna be working here anymore maybe occasionally if Matt wants my help on a job or something or if he comes out to my area but I moved to a different town and have a different job out there and so my time with more has ended Lizzie's heart is in ranching and she likes baby calves and young calves and older calves and old cows and middle-aged cows and horses so we got a little party for you a little going away party we're gonna have some cake and some stuff trying to have a good time Rhett and I just dropped the truck off around the corner this is the truck we're giving Lizzy we're gonna go over to the shop and as soon as we got a second after the party we're gonna steal her car and put this in its place this is a 2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost it's a FX4 off-road package and it's got a tonneau cover should do Lizzy really well while ranching it's got the Patagonia xt's so they're good for on-road and off-road Lizzy should be driving a little bit more gravel while she's ranching so this should be a really good truck to help her out check this cake out oh my gosh Rita Lizzy best wishes Lizzy and just like that she rode off into the sunset I said to make sure to put a Red Angus on there because that's the traditional Stout cow yep can anybody tell what Lizzie's favorite color is [Laughter] So speaking of that we have a limited number of Lizzy hats left we're not going to be making these again so if [Music] we've got a new face today this is Lizzy she's uh helping us out she's helped us out before a long time ago I was getting ready for a rodeo and you called me up you're like hey I got a job I was like okay I have no clue what I'm supposed to do but I hopped in the banana and we oh those are the one where they drove to a glamping spot or something and then we had to pull them back out to the road yeah okay I remember that job yeah I was getting ready for a rodeo I had my hair all curled I was like I usually don't look this nice Lizzie's learning the ropes of off-road recovery and uh she's picking it up quick all I gotta say is practice makes perfect the more you do something the more you get better at it yes I was shoot I forgot okay okay you want to keep this rope tight at all times yeah sorry I was on the phone I wasn't paying attention it's all good don't worry all right [Music] [Music] all right [Music] thank you 20 degrees Lizzy we're leaning 20 degrees [Music] [Music] he did it got it out I've been on lots of jobs with Lizzy but this one my favorite one I wasn't even there and that's when you got pulled in the deal yeah [Music] I don't want to open my mouth oh my gosh talk about sand and glass blasting into your face I just remember watching that and just laughing and laughing and laughing I'm like Matt everyone's gonna think that we're so reckless but I was laughing at the same time yeah it's so funny because this many Karen's hate that video yeah I loved it I smiled the whole entire time oh it was like people ask me all the time it was the best roller coaster of my life nothing could top that it wasn't dangerous it looked like we were going like 40 or 50 miles an hour we were going 15. because I am now filthy thank you Ed ladies got to come back once in a while so you can keep your hand in on welding I sure will I'll have to I might have some welding projects out there but it'll most likely be stick welding so I'll have to learn some new things yeah I'll have to come back and see the progress on the shop and everything else driving them cars out with no tires in the desk The Windsor last day tomorrow I think tomorrow well we got a lot some manners peanut we're gonna be sending peanut to obedience school because she is a little bit of a rabble-rouser then we need to have her have puppies no and then you guys do a job where like it was Lizzy and Jamie like your job and I stayed completely out of it yeah you always stay completely out of it the one I put over at observations no yeah we also did one with Erica out at the sanding yeah we did one with Trevor remember yeah all the girls and Trevor yeah there's been a few we've done together yes I am in the driver's seat of the more repair all right see holds Lizzy let's get Rowdy before we're Rowdy we're in the middle of the rowdy [Music] come on Rocky [Music] yeah because the frosting is the best part I love frosting all you can handle okay tastes like cake yeah we're gonna eat cake and then go get somewhere to go we're doing dessert first today for natural order this was like this was 2019 okay this was forever ago I'm leanerker tiny but that's Colin I think that for me to swinging in the background on the tree that is you oh my gosh that's right right there yeah so you guys only know Lizzy from when she started working here three years ago but I've known Lizzy her whole life I bet you first time I saw Lizzy was within within 24 hours of you being born as a six month old you would toss me across the room oh yeah Lizzy was fun she was like a football she was so tiny that's why I'm not scared of heights or like anything like that ever get a swing dancing yeah because he took it all out of me when I was six months old that does not seem like it was that long now she's all grown up she's all grown up and she's gonna make me cry so what's your plans um I have like what's your dreams and aspirations don't try to be the problem just tell me doing horse rides then I will also just be ranching with my husband's family and doing all that like I said she'll be mending fences and birthing calves though right yeah we'll either take some part in this one or get our own eventually but so you're gonna have her own brand of cattle green cattle green eggs and ham and let's go to lunch you're driving I'm riding with you oh you're still driving we've been in the morning all day we're fine it probably works better than the war there anyways right my AC only works if you're going like 60 miles an hour how many well it looks like you're going 60. the whole way yeah 60 with two windows down where did my car go did you leave it unlocked what Jefe what did you do I didn't do anything did you leave your keys in it I guess we gotta check this security Charleston and I remember we were having snowball fights making snow angels yeah I was like this is my deal and then you moved and Matt hit you my favorite job was the muddy one where her and I were out there and you were getting your boot stuck and falling over and stuff and we were just dying laughing at you yeah yeah I had mud all the way up to my knees and then I had a dentist appointment afterwards and so I went to the dentist very muddy hey Heidi hey um I'm just we're just riding to lunch with Lizzy right now she wants to tell you what she's driving are you serious holy smokes yeah I don't know what quite to think about it yeah it's gonna be fun it should help her help her with her Ranch and other stuff she's doing pulling them horses around okay well we're running the Golden Corral we got the whole crew with us I'll have her send you a picture [Music] it was great topped it off with some ice cream I have a feeling it won't be Lizzy's last more lunch probably not because I'll come back yep all right unfortunately we are at the end of an era it's been three amazing years it's been really fun having Lizzy in the shop watching her learn and grow and Weld and work and do recoveries so I am sad I'm also happy because Lizzie is chasing her dreams and I completely support her in doing that we'll keep tabs on her she'll pop in from time to time but Lizzy thank you thank
