i gave myself a haircut

hello i already i already recorded this before but i realized i didn't have anything covering my head and i had already cut my hair but i i wanted to put this in but i don't want to spoil the whole video by me having my hair cut and you can see it even though the pictures are already on social media but then the well it's the video you know anyway important announcement incoming look at that the time has come boy april 7th i completely shaved my head it's about to happen ready ah god it's so weird so weird seeing myself look like this god it's so odd and now it is august 23rd and my hair looks like this and it's it's fine but it's gotten to a point where i really need a haircut and with everything going on i obviously can't go out and get a haircut so i'm gonna try and give myself a haircut which i've never done well apart from shaving my own head i've never tried to give myself a trim so today with the help of uh the lovely the beautiful brad mondo going to be watching one of his men's haircut tutorials i'm going to try as hard as i can not to pick it up because i really don't i really don't want to pick it up i've got a mirror in front of me by the way so i'll be looking at myself for the whole time and then i uh just went to cbs got myself a little can i can you see you aha there you are there you are and here i am hey okay um no more around let's go okay i'm just gonna follow along this lovely tutorial and uh let's see what happens step one sectioning my hair okay okay okay okay how do i do this right there all the way back kinda and then i just need i need to put one here right do i i don't know dude what am i doing here's the thing i'm not really gonna be cutting the top of my hair at all because it's not super long yet and i like having it long and so that part i'm not really gonna be touching i'm pretty much just doing the sides so i'm like giving myself a nice little a nice little trim i'm kind of afraid right now kind of kind of horrified i don't know how to see ah how do i angle how do i angle this okay let's just go to the back we're gonna carry that line how so carry the line down the back and clip it up i think i did it [Music] how the hell do you clip hair how do you clip it how what the [ __ ] how do you clip the hair in okay i think so i think i think god i don't even know how to use a mirror back here i think i need to redo this part there are so many people that are just [ __ ] screaming right now i can hear you everything is backwards guys everything is backwards and it's really hard for my brain to to figure it out you know i don't understand how you do this to yourself how does your brain work brad mondo how do you how do you possibly figure this out okay i think and that is the sectioning please make sure you have that done correctly it's very very important this motion up the head and off the head up the head and off the head up the head and up the head just repeat that as you're cutting up the head off the head you got it all right gamers i'm [ __ ] doing it up the head off the head up the head off the head i i don't know if i'm doing this right at all it feels kind of right i don't know dude i almost just shaved my eyebrows off see what i'm afraid to do is this top part like where it's like really long and like my instinct wants to shave down i'm not feeling confident in this [Music] oh my god i just i don't it doesn't look even at all okay so i definitely missed a little bit there's like a strip in the back that i [ __ ] missed this is not going as poorly so this is what we're working with so far this is step numero uno i know the back looks bad guys i don't need to be told that the back looks bad i know that it looks bad okay we don't need to [ __ ] talk about it i feel like this isn't going that bad but i honestly have no idea like this is this is worse for some reason in my mind than when i just shaved my head and i'm i'm not really sure why this has more danger to it you know and like if i pick it up i could just shave my head again i guess but i do i don't want to i didn't really light i didn't really like having a shaved head oh no did i cut did i go too short no 12 seconds later i've just realized that i did go too short because when i first shaved my head it was only on the highest guard and now i'm which is ten and then i lowered it to six which i was supposed to use to fade but now i just did the whole pad well no backing out now how is that all right back of the head check honestly not too bad like actually though really not not that bad i don't know guys am i going insane i have no idea what's happening to me this is so [ __ ] hard to angle jesus christ oh my god i can't i can do it dude guys i i literally i think that i'm doing an okay job brad mondo what do you have to say all right all right i'm gonna do a test really quick i'm gonna take these things out all right and i'm going to see what it looks like so i'm not even looking at it yet honestly not that bad not that bad like my hair looks weird right now for sure well one i definitely cut it too short like i definitely oh i might have [ __ ] it up i'm gonna go and take a shower super quick just rinse off real quick i don't think it's bad like i think i did a pretty decent job the only thing is and i'll have to wait the back i'm unsure about and i definitely need to trim up a few places after getting it wet like like on the side there's a few weird ones and like over here and stuff i'm pleasantly surprised with how well this turned out oh the back i think is a little is a little funky i mean it'll grow back i don't really care guys i i've successfully given myself a haircut in quarantine i've never given myself a haircut before and like i mean i'm i'll like put [ __ ] in my hair too so then like on the side over here it doesn't fall over like that because that looks kind of weird but not awful surprisingly okay i'm pleased with it honestly like it's it's all right it's a little funky for sure and again i will put [ __ ] in my hair but like who is going to [ __ ] see only the millions of people that watch first time for everything i think i did okay justin i'm so sorry that you have to edit this it's only an hour and 20 minutes almost it's not that bad stop complaining thank you guys for watching let me know how i did again this was the first time ever trying to give myself a trim other than shaving my own head i've never given myself a haircut before so let me know how you think i did i think it's okay it's a little yikes in some places but like
