I bought an Abandoned Storage Unit for $5 ... WHAT'S INSIDE?!

all righty YouTube welcome back to another storage auction video I bought a locker here for a whopping five dollars so I've bought a couple lockers this will be in the second installment of the lockers that I bought it's a brand new room a brand new unit essentially so we'll see we found I'm really really shocked the one for five bucks but there was a mattress in it which seems to be something that a lot of people really kind of get turned off of because you know obviously you have all your bedbugs issues your insect issues you also have your you're dumping fees so I think that's kind of why a lot of these units kind of a little cheap and generally units with mattresses go cheap but we'll see what you find hopefully should be fun for five bucks I don't think and go wrong let's get into it and let's see we find a locker today let's do it all right if you hear a little muffling in the background there's actually a hunka vent right behind this unit I think and that's that AC unit climate control here we go so the reason why I'm really after is unit isn't for the nice mattress or box prank it's for these boxes now they could be empty one thing that did really alarm me was why is this thing flipped over you have a lite-brite which I find all the time in the trash but never ever grabbed them because the box is always destroyed this one doesn't look like it's in great shape either but I do usually grab just the light by itself we have a fan a lamp and either a roll of paper or a carpet or something that's upside down so I guess we'll get into this I won't make this into a very very long video more toys holder toys all right take a little look in here that's a full got some older toys we have an older nylon truck what what got some got some wrestling toys and got some wrestling toys some 90s cups looks like like a 90s playset Muppets some more toys Robo force not be isn't it does have it right there it's not focusing it's 1984 it says toy cars they don't look like red lines so looks like a bunch of toys the last unit I bought had a ton of toys but nothing this old an island just like a trailer that's kind of cool steel and if you call that press steel might be a more toys but the last unit I bought if you guys haven't checked out already make sure to subscribe to channel found a ton of toys but nothing of this genre a lot of newer stuff so not bad and the put the bin or the lid on right so there's a good winter coat so even that thing was flipped the other way I think that would really throw a lot of people off saying good winter coats when they're really just toys moving right along we have this I guess this is a lite-brite still has the cobwebs and you got a spider crawling around right there is that your light bright holder till I was in the 70s maybe 1967 all right no idea if it works or not yeah there's not a there's not a box spring for that mattress so it just looks like there's a mattress I didn't really see anything behind there but now as I'm looking at it looks like we have a brand new utility shopping cart hiding back there this is the vent that I was talking about I knew it was gonna hear it so I apologize if it sounds a little muffled that's really unfortunate but hey I don't think buying a locker determined by the vent placement is really important but keep chugging along here guess we'll get rid of this lamp it still has a light bulb I guess we'll see what's in it soft it looks like more toys you got grass clippings or whatever's on there this was three dollars so it's three bucks at Goodwill at one time I don't know what he even is someone out there might we have this other box of toys some trolls some Pez let's like get some other toys down at the bottom might be Santa this I don't know this is Mattel 1984 so he had some older toys enough storage auction pirate likes this kind of stuff he likes the older toys the 80s stuff he helped me out with a bunch of GI Joe stuff along that we got a nice bed here I mean the bins alone are worth five bucks oh yeah mystery box here just like splay case dominoes what it's sewing sewing supplies I don't know why I thought there'd be Domino's in there got some bags as well picture frame a picture of it gizmo [Applause] find her here nothing out lunch box good old Garfield we gotta play something an adventure game transformers this is an older one to 1984 Hasbro Navin show you like that and then we have one of these I constantly find these this one is a portable like a dining room tray power rangers some decent shapes got some rust in there but it won't work that's a good good boxer frying 10 15 bucks there plus a $5 vent yes I'll grab this five-gallon bucket which we always find now assessment pot in it it's broken up here I don't know if you can exchange these lows at Lowe's I'll grab this mattress get out of the way you can see what's behind if there's anything doesn't work but it's actually really it's a really clean mattress looks like we got a whole bed frame here also that's kinda neat previous live is a rug one's been here like it's just that might be a videogame system of some sort [Applause] might be some jewelry in there [Applause] [Music] ministry high voltage Bruce Hornsby Betty White you can hold Betty White dance and a carrageenan which I feel if we always find every Locker see what this all about supply some coin collection baby watches for the Bailey's Casino Resort Las Vegas I have no idea of value on this I don't fake their gold they might be theirs all casino chips that's what it is casino chips or casino chips we have a little clip at the bottom so we'll go first pretty quickly empty so we have a money clip for Caesars Caesars Palace maybe [Applause] I don't think I need gloves to look at poker chips even though they're proctoring through some people's hands l San Juan hotel conquest the door it's like Mexican Concord no that's one San Juan these are older ones I'd say fry 80s 70s or 80s there's it looks like there's some prohibition-era looking chips in here I don't know if Prohibition era Lee actually put the number on it I feel that they just used a color but I might be wrong Oh clay chip two of them for 25 I don't know if that's a quarter or a dollar or in dollars that's this is a collection this one right here looks like the money bag I don't know I would assume the ones that have higher values are worth more so we have a $5 one here this one's really nice what is this Caesar's Palace $25 and I wonder if you can actually return these and get money for them that's a dollar that's a beautiful chip as well five bucks for Queens Las Vegas the mint that you a lot of these places are even open anymore Resorts International antic City these are gorgeous chips this is a great collection I don't know if he like I said I don't know what the values on these I don't know if like the five dollar ones now worth $10 on eBay I don't know if there were a dollar I do not know but I do know one thing this was definitely worth five bucks for these chips they really I don't have any collections or know really much about them but if somebody out there does know they were in the seven two four four to nine Williams toad dinner with some records and other things I don't even know that genre of those records either I do have a whole bunch right now but being with Betty White and look like a couple rock ones in there they are a little bit off I don't this is not gold this has got to be just a piece of metal so that is an insane score right there all right so it looks like we're almost done with the locker that was a great score and this bin and also we got ourselves another bin but Ben with the lid that's always good also when I was loading my truck sud has taken a mattress out my buddy Andy who also is another person who buys lockers and buys a lot of lockers he was loading up his truck so surprisingly just spontaneously showed up at the same time and I show him the mattress cuz he does buy and sell furniture like sells a lot of used furniture he sells mattresses he cleans them and then sells them because he has his own business with furniture he said he would take it for me so I didn't have to throw it out it's going to a better home it was clean he said those mattresses apparently don't give bedbugs because they're like a certain kind I never knew that so you learn a little bit of information it's always good to it's always good to talk to other people at these auctions I know a lot of people get really really frustrated with other people you know buying stuff that they like and buying all out lockers but in that case by talking to the other day about buying furniture he he told me he does buy lockers if there's a clean mattress in them so that's good that is now going to a different home it's not going to the trash that looks like we have about three more items in here and as I was taking that rug to the to the to the van and it's actually a trunk mat for a Mitsubishi get yourself a trunk mat it was brand new still sealed it wasn't a rug they put in your house for mainstage which is [Music] No never even heard of this it's a game system Roberts I didn't went out there know much about this I might know about Nintendo Atari Sega stuff like that never heard of this super color volley X television computer games vintage video games I have no idea if there's ain't value there's some rust on the screws but it doesn't look like there's ain't games got me I am completely lost on what this is alrighty so that's Carter wrapping up here for the treasure and I'm actually going to put this box up front so I don't get lost with everything else wait do some more research on these poker chips if you guys know anything about any of those casinos let me know as well I know the power of YouTube is very very strong and a lot of people know a lot of different things and that's the beauty of life is you know not everyone's an expert
